Pros Excellent toner
Brightens skin - clears away dead flaky skin
Cons Must be diluted so there is no smell
Bottom line you must DILUTE it for great results without the smell or harshness. I spritz mine onto my face in a bottle diluted at about 1/4 apple cider vinegar to 3/4 purified water. great topical treatment but only use organic braggs. the distilled stuff in the store will do nothing for you

Pros Works better and faster than any acne treatment I have tried. In addition, it is CHEAP. This matters in the least to me- even if it cost more I would still buy it.
Cons The smell is strong and acidic.. Drinking it might be bad for your teeth.
Bottom line My face-disfiguring acne is totally gone.

Treats existing acne wonderfully, but doesn't necessarily prevent it. Use a benzoyl peroxide product to prevent acne, and use it consistently. However, keep a bottle handy to treat any pimples that may pop up now & then!

Personally, the majority of my improvement came when I started applying it undiluted to my trouble spots. I found that drinking it is not necessary.

Pros It works! My skin feels clean and the red marks are definitely starting to fade. Haven't gotten any major pimples since starting (just one or two small ones on my forehead).
Cons Nothing, really. The smell isn't the greatest thing (slightly reminiscent of feet), but that goes away after it soaks in.
Bottom line I've been using it for a week, twice a day as a toner (50% Bragg's ACV and 50% filtered water). Afterwards, I use a 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide cream, and then moisturize with Jojoba oil and Aveeno (and a lighter moisturizer in the morning). My red marks are fading, and my overall complexion is getting better. I still can't believe how affectively this is working... Give it a shot, it's cheap and safe for your skin.

Pros Nothing
Cons Destroys skin
Bottom line This is the most drying thing I've ever done to my skin. It makes me break out worse. At first it seems to dry up the acne, then it just scabs and make horrible marks all over my face and it dries my face out so badly that no amount of ANY lotion could save it. It takes me weeks to repair the damage. I've even tried diluting it to about 12:1 water to vinegar and it just does nothing for me. Guess nothing works for everyone.

Pros -Helps reduce redness
-Helps reduce breakouts
Cons -Horrible taste
-Can damage teeth overtime
Bottom line Its cheap, it does infact reduce redness and breakouts. But...overall it does not prevent acne completely. I have been taking for about 8 months now and I would like to not take it but I know it works because when I dont, my acne comes back.

Works best in the summer, Winter is a rough time for acne so just stick with it.

Pros Reduces red marks and scars from acne, cheap and works better than commercial products
Cons smells bad
Bottom line I apply 50% diluted (2 parts water to 1 part ACV) Bragg ACV as a toner to my face 10 min after washing with a mixture of baking soda and Cetaphil cleaner. The baking soda acts as an exfoliator and the Cetaphil moisturizes the skin and keeps the baking soda from burning too much.I have mild to moderate acne, usually on my chin and behind my ears. My acne has cleared up tremendously after 3 days using ACV and baking soda. My scars are greatly reduced and some have even disappeared only after 3 days use. I was able to find Braggs at my local Safeway in the salad dressing isle.

Pros refreshing,cheap,stimulating,rosy glow
Cons must get the perfect dilution..or else!
Bottom line I love drinking apple cider (BRAGG ONLY!!!) i drink it 3x daily and thought I would try washing my face with it...well...at first it was great, i just kind of randomly poured a bit of vinegar into a bowl with pure water and put some BRAGG olive oil on afterwards..My skin looked perfect! Then i got a little crazy and tried a 50/50 dilution my face became so dry i thought i had ruined it for life:( no amount of moisturizer could bring it back!! luckily my skin is back to its former suppleness, but i wouldnt mind trying it again, my skin looked great when i must have used a cup of pure water and like 2 tbls acv TOPS!! you must moisturize afterwards try olive oil like just a few drops

Pros works great
Cons taste, but isn't so bad after you get used to it.
Bottom line Started drinking about 2 tablespooons a day and using a 50:50 mix with water topically. Although I did have a creakout about a week or two after I started using it, my face has cleared dramatically. I have now been using it for about a month and my face is clear. I got one pimple the other day but it was so small. I used to get large cystic acne. It is by far the best thing I have ever used. I have also noticed that red marks are starting to really fade.
