Pros It helped my acne a bit a first. It made my complexion more even.
Cons The smell lingers for quite some time. It stings pretty bad. It did little to help the acne go away.
Bottom line I used this stuff for about 2 weeks everyday twice a day on a cotton ball. It helped make my skin smoother and a little less red in the morning. I pretty much only worked for the first 3 days and then just made me break out even worse.

Pros Over time it makes redness go away
Cons Can sting, makes the area red (for me, atleast) when you put it on.
Bottom line My skin hates me from all the stuff I do to it.. 2 creams, 3 scrubs, microdermabrator, moisturizers.. blah, none of it works anymore. I tried vinegar last night.. I woke up and my newest breakout is certainly lighter, a hurting pimple (one that isn't too visible but hurts when you touch it) went down considerably. I'll try this for a bit.

Pros so far, so good..acne getting smaller, skin softer
Cons stinks
Bottom line I am a 28 year old suffering from acne! I have tried EVERYTHING: minocyclin, proactiv, murad, differin, solodyn, doryx, clearasil, neutrogena, chinese herbs, pearl powder, ETC ETC ETC! After doing lots of research, I found these 3 to be most popular: Pantothenic Acid, Flax seed oil and Apple cider vinegar.

I'm on week 2 of Pantothenic Acid. First week, pores seemed tighter and skin less oily. The second week was purge week (plus pms time) so i broke out all over my chin and left cheek. Guess it's pushing all the toxins out...I gotta be patient, because I refuse to go on Accutane!

I've on taken Apple Vinegar for two days now: 2 tbsp in water twice a day, and applying it diluted at night. let me tell you- after 2 days I am noticing a difference! no new pimples are forming and the ones i have are drying out!!! The red marks seem to be on their way to fading...I couldn't be more excited! So I will continue taking my 20 pills a day, ACV and flax seed oil! Hopefully this will

Pros cleans all the makeup i THOUGHT i got off
Cons smells pretty strong and can burn if you have any open cuts.
Bottom line I mix Bragg's Apple cider vinegar 50/50 with water and use it as a toner, Wow this stuff takes every bit of residual makeup off! (Not good for the eyes, duh) amazing that ive gone so long without using it thinking my face was clean...

FYI Bragg's has a lower acid content than the food store brand of vinegar so it tends to be easier on the face and stomach.

As for acne i havent noticed a HUGE improvement. I am faithful in applying it every night followed by tea tree oil and just added vit, E oil to the routine.

I was taking it internally in liquid and pill form but not for long.

All in all it didnt make my acne worse and I can get over the smell so ill keep at it.

Pros Balances skin oiliness and pH, heals cystic acne.
Cons Strong smell, if not diluted
Bottom line I mix 8 parts non-tap water to 1 part vinegar in an atomizer (fine mist spray bottle). It is a staple in my regimen since I've always believed in toners.

Pros It's getting rid of my acne; moderate to severe. I have no more cystic ones on my jawline and almost none (one on my forehead) and temples anymore. Next step is to remove the scars.
Cons Smell, my friend nearly threw up when we shared a hotel room but it goes away after 10-15 minutes.
Bottom line I use 3 parts ACV (bought a big bottle of Braggs from Wholefoods) with 2 parts reverse osmosis or DI water which I also fill at Wholefoods for 39 cents a gallon or any [link removed] vending machine for 30 cents. I also drink 2 tbs. w/ 8oz. water twice a day. I brush my teeth with Sensodyne ProEnamel toothpaste.

Wash w/ Purpose bar soap
Apply Dickinson's witch hazel toner
Apply Braggs ACV generously
Once dries, apply Fruit of the Earth aloe vera
Apply Oil of Olay Age Defying daily renewal cream (no moisturizer at night)

In response to Madison, stick w/ it. I've used EVERYTHING except for Accutane and I'm happy with the results. Used for 6 weeks and looking forward to my skin to get even better.

Pros Soft skin
Cons burns.
smells disgusting.
it made my blemishes look even more red!!
Bottom line Ok i've tried everything from proactiv to just plain water. nothing seems to work. i read about using ACV and i've been using it for about 2 days now. my pimples appear to be even more red but my skin feels soft. i didn't use organic ACV. is that why?

Pros -really works
-cheap
Cons -i didn'd dilute it enough the first time and my skin was splotchy and dry the next day (not unbearable though). i diluted it more and its fine.
Bottom line This stuff is great. I've been doing the DK regimen for about a month and I just added this in a few days ago and am amazed at the results. My skin has never looked better and I've suffered from breakouts for the past eleven years. I haven't gone without makeup in front of people for years and my skin is getting to the point where I'm actually considering it and that feels SO good.
