| Pros: | cheap and exfoliates the skin; also can be taken internally as a drink |
| Cons: | can make the skin a little red; though i dilute it 50% with water and this helps for more sensitive skins |
| Bottom Line: | love it, exfoliates, regulates ph, cleanses inside your body |
| Recommended: | Yes |
| Usage: | natural approach has used this item for a few months. |

I've had dark purple acne scars that refuse to fade for years. I've tried everything: vinegar, baking soda, toothpaste, proactiv skin lightener, vitamin e oil, lemon juice, microdermabrasion kits, neutrogena acne mark fading peel, and more. vinegar did not help much. i used it twice a day for 2 months, and all it did was make my skin smoother. it will help control oil on oily skin, but not acne scars. vitamin e oil works the best.
