Pros:Clears up your skin pretty fast, Makes pimples go away faster, Prevents new pimples, Really cheap
Cons:Smells really bad, but it goes away
Bottom Line:I use this for my chest and back. I used Olay creme ribbons body wash two weeks ago, and it made my chest and back breakout. I have since switched to using the Caress glowing touch soap and a wash cloth. I apply the vinegar (white distilled) as a "toner" to my back and chest after I have showered. It smells icky, and it stings a little bit, but it's nothing big. My back and chest are looking a lot better now. The breakouts are going away pretty fast. I wouldn't use this on my face because that skin is really sensitive, and I wouldn't want to irritate it. But for my back and chest, it's perfect! I will totally keep using this, especially during the summer. I want to wear my cute tops.

Pros:EASY TO APPLY. INEXPENSIVE.
Cons:STRONG SMELL. BUT IT FADES.
Bottom Line:THIS IS GREAT. IT REALLY WORKS. CLEARS UP ACNE BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY STOPS FURTURE BREAKOUTS. I DONT DELUTE IT. IVE USED SEVERAL PRESCRIPTIONS AND NONE OF THEM WORKED AS WELL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Pros:Best thing ever. Can use full strength if immediately followed by Aloe Vera.
Cons:Smell, who cares though. It fades.
Bottom Line:Best thing I have used for my acne. Love it. I apply it topically and digest it. Careful because it can be harsh on the teeth. Dilute it, make ice out of it, or use a straw to avoid this.

Pros:Clears up both blotches and pimples
Gets impurities out of pores
Dries up oil without drying out skin
Cons:It BURNS.
Bottom Line:If you're like me (cheap with a good pain tolerance) it's great. I've been using it for about a week and I haven't had any new pimples and my constant ones have begun to shrink. I've been using distilled white, but I'm guessing its the acetic acid that's the important part.

Pros:Fades redmarks
Clears Up Active Acne
Softens Skin

Bottom Line:I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar multiple times a day for the past 4 days and it is truly amazing. To start, I am definetly noticing my skin CLEARING UP! And it has also drastically reduced my redmarks... just last week I had a whole bunch of nasty ones on my chin region and now you cant notice them. I am still shocked that my skin is healing. The left side of my face is almost perfect with the exception of a few little guys which don't bother me at all, I honestly have no desire to be completely "flawless". My face was a bit dry when I first started this but now it is perfect, I don't even have a need for moisturizer. I'm telling you, you gotta try this sh*t! I just dab it on with a cotton ball or cotton pad whenever I feel like it and it immediately starts working. I have also been dippin my face in hot water which also is great for me.

Pros:-Clears face completly-No acne breakouts
-Helps get rid of marks and redness
-Balances pH of the skin
Cons:-Some people might be sensative to it(Redness in the face)
Bottom Line:This is an excellent very old method to help acne go away. It doesnt only help all the pimples and blackheads from going away, but "stops" acne. There is no cure for acne, but In my opinion if you use apple cider vinegar correctly your face will start looking great and i mean great. On very few cases drys the face. Its an organic compound, no chemicals or anything such as proactiv and all of those products that never work. Use it for a couple of months and your face will look like you had never had acne!!!!!!

Pros:I am 50 years old, had acne for 35 years, tried everything. Using ACV for an astringent has totally cleared my face. Noticed results the very first day. Been using it for 3 weeks now and have had only 3 tiny new pimples.
Cons:Fumes from the ACV burn my eyes.
Bottom Line:Use ACV before spending the hundreds-thousands on other acne treatments.

Bottom Line:Ive been using this for about 2 weeks now and wow, what a difference it has made, alot less acne, face is alot smoother and complexion is a lot less blotchy...


i put it on my face twice a day, once in the morning after cleansing and once at night after cleansing followed by the CSR and its made a great difference

I also drink 4/5 tablespoons throughout the day.... mix it in with water, works great

Pros:cheap and exfoliates the skin; also can be taken internally as a drink
Cons:can make the skin a little red; though i dilute it 50% with water and this helps for more sensitive skins
Bottom Line:love it, exfoliates, regulates ph, cleanses inside your body
