| Bottom line | It's amazing. I have used everything the dermatologist prescribes from differin to oral antibiotics and retin-A and benzoyl peroxide 10%. Then I started using the ACV (concentration =50%) and my skin has never looked better! It started working in around a week, and right now I've only got 1 active pimple compared to the at least 30 (not exagerating) I used to have. It does kinda smell, but the smell evaporates in about 5 minutes. And since the smell makes my eyes sting, I just close my eyes when I apply it. I apply it AT LEAST 2 times a day. Note: I still used benzoyl perrozide (but 2.5%) 2 x a day and retin-A at nights. I moisturize with unrefined shea butter at night and neutrogena healthy skin at day |

| Bottom line | I started this about two weeks ago, and I wasn't really impressed. What I found it did was bring all the pimples about to come through to a head. So although I didnt like these pimple, it was actually getting rid of what was already under my skin. The pimples were smaller, easier to get rid of too. About now I can see the benefits properly. No real pimples, cleaner complexion, my old scars now have a chance to fade without new ones replacing them. I am kicking myself I hadnt found this seven years ago. All that pain and I just needed some acv! I was skeptical because I had been drinking this for a while without this kind of result, I now use it topically and internally. I think it balances the pH of my skin after stripping it with a soap and controls bacteria. What I do is apply it after washing my face in the morning and at night, with a pure cotton pad. | Pros | it works as a toner, i put it on and my face was all red (like rash or somethin) but it went away after 2 hours it defienetly works but you have to be consistent use it when you're home only it stinks really really bad but its worth it |

| Cons | Only use at night or if you are staying at home because it makes my skin very red and warm. Kind of looks like a rash but it goes away after an hour. It smells a bit but it goes away quick and you must have a strong stomach to drink it. |
| Bottom line | I have only used this product for 3 days and I am seeing a difference. I have moderate acne and it seems to be disappearing before my eyes. Nothing new has appeared and what was there is going away. I have had acne for 8 years and I have tried everything from proactive to every face wash, creams and nothing worked. I am drinking a teaspoon in water three times a day and as a toner at night. I recommend that you try this! if you can't drink it just use it as a toner. |

| Bottom line | The modern man made humans fat. The modern man more than likely created acne also. Humans aren't meant to be flawed after a certain period of time. If you lived in the jungle away from all cosmetics you would not have acne. It comes to my attention that more and more people have acne this day in age, when so many products are out there! When our grandparents were children this is the way they treated it. Naturally! Natural is the way to go in growing out of acne. Think about it. Do you really think these companies want you to grow out of acne and them lose you as a customer? Hell no. Go natural people! Use acid balanced products so you don't harm your skin and make your acne worse. PS I use rice vinegar as it seems to work better for me. |

| Bottom line | I have read every comment on every website and have no idea how this works or doesn't work. I have been using ACV topically once a day and drinking 2 tbsp/2x a day for 2 weeks. I have had acne for 15 years but now I have counted seven huge cysts on my face and neck. I don't get it. Is it trying to get all the toxins out of my body? I will continue to look like the elephant man for another month but that is all I am giving it. I hope it clears up soon. They hurt! |

| Bottom line | Fantastic. Has cleared my acne when NOTHING else did. I have tried: liver cleanses, detox's, Vitex herb, Various face washes, scrubs - natural and chemically based. I tried antibiotics and retinoid creams to no avail and then throught one day i'll try apple cider vinegar topically and internally. As a moisturiser i use straight cold pressed organic coconut oil. Which is a fantastic combination. After 8 years I have no acne and my skin looks and feels fantastic. Acne was previously moderate to severe and chronic. Now I have one small pimple under my chin which is only there because I picked at it! |

| Bottom line | I've been working out 4 or 5 times a week since the beginning of February and it seems as a result the acne on my back got much much worse. I've had backne of varying severity since I was 16 and have tried soaps and creams but nothing seemed to have an effect. Finally I heard about using vinegar and picked up a half gallon jug of white vinegar and a spray bottle for about 5.00. Its been amazing, I now only have one small cyst on my back and the rest of my zits are gone or healing. Right after I work out I take a real hot shower and let my back rinse for a few minutes then I spray the vinegar on my back and let it sit for 5 minutes or so (usually brush my teeth while it soaks). I rinse it off then wash like normal - that's it. Seems to work best on those nasty white cysts. |

| Bottom line | apple cider vinegar does work great as a topical but didnt cure my acne drinking it. but i did some research and did a intestinal cleanse and have not had a break out in a month and a half after suffering for 9 years. knock on wood.i take psyluim husk 1000 mg and activated charcoal 500mg after lunch and dinner then i take a probiotic at night. i buy them at health food vitamin store gnc or vitamin shop. but the results have been unbelievable. it clears out all bad bacteria and parasites from large intestinte then i restore with a proboitic for good bacteria which bacteria is necessary for digestine. i wrote this very brief i would love to start a blog on this in particular. i no longer spend time looking for miracle!! i would love to share other thing also like how well b5 has also helped sopranoc@aol email me |
