| Pros | Free method to getting rid of acne because who really likes to go out and buy acne cream and etc... you can do it before you take a shower that way it doesn't mess up any daily routines (suggest you do this unless you want to risk smelling like pee) |

| Bottom line | okay so i started using my own urine on my face and drinking it i know iknow gross. so as i stared at myself in the mirror befor doing this i CRIED haha i guess i was just sad to know that its come down to this lol. anyways ....when i put it on it stung a bit! i have been using this for about two days. i started breaking out is this normal??????? i can literally see some pimples coming to a head ... can someone please please please write back to me if someone has had this same reaction and has beautiful skin after this affect and how long does it last (the breakout period) .... im hoping it works please guys answer me:( |

| Pros | It worked almost immediately. Its free and always available. No worrying about forgetting your face wash when you go on vacations! Dont have to worry about it bleaching all your stuff. |

| Bottom line | I just tried this yesterday. My chin and cheeks decided to completely spaz out and I was willing to do anything to fix it. Its only been one day and I think I have found my new face regime. It works and its free! I just have to make sure by bf never finds out. He would never kiss my face again lol! I might use it in the shower also...Most lipsticks had bat sh*t as one of its ingredients but its ok as long as they sell it to you in the store and give it a scientific name. For anyone who thinks this is sooo weird, why dont you stop drinking a cows breast milk and then you can judge me. |

| Bottom line | I never write reviews, but I am in a total state of shock. It has been 5 years since I have been dealing with acne and I have tried almost everything! I spent so much money on prescriptions, walgreens products, makeup, natural products, nothing would work. I didn't realize that the most natural thing of all would cure me, my own freaking pee. I was grossed out at first but at the same time beyond desperate so I tried it on a cotton ball and left it on. I could immediately feel it working and at the end of the day I could already see the difference. It has been two days since I have tried this (thanks to the reviews on here!) and I honestly can't believe my eyes when I look into the mirror. I actually have a complexion, my pimples are almost gone and the redness is gone!! My father said, "wow your skin looks really great all of the sudden." So I know it isn't just me! I honestly can't fathom a life without concealer or foundation or powder, but I am actually going to be able to go outside without it and be confident! I am so elated, I can't even believe this. TRY THIS! I don't work for a corporation and I won't get any money from you using your own pee. The people who are writing these reviews just want to help you :) |

| Pros | Tones Skin Smooths skin Clears breakouts Brightens skin Seems to soften wrinkles a little This is free, and honestly in my opinion the best thing I've ever used on my skin. You simply pee in a cup, use a cotton swab and dip it in and pat it all over your face. Let it dry then if you wish wash it off after about 5 minutes and use an oil free moisturizer because your skin will feel dry otherwise! |

| Bottom line | I thew out my Face wash and moisturizer (Dans cleanser, moisturizer) and decided to give this a try. My skin has never been so smooth and soft and CLEAR! I've been doing it a week. Once in the morning once at night. After using it on my face I let it dry for 5 minutes then I wash it off with cold water and put on Neutragenas Oil free moisturizer. This has been my routine for the past week and my skin has never looked so nice. It even cleared out my terrible breakout last week! |

| Bottom line | I have had acne for the past couple of years, adult acne. I am constantly battling 2-3 big pimples and once those are gone new ones pop up. Ive been on birth control, which does not make a big difference. It has kept my cysts down though. The other thing I have been using has been benzole peroxide, which works makes the pimples go down a bit BUT causes major drying of the skin and from what Ive noticed my pimples always end up scarring. I use urine it as a toner last night after my normal skin washing routine. This morning I have noticed the medium size pimples have reduced in size by half their size and looks like they will be gone in a couple of days. The inflamation is down quite a bit as well. A couple of small pimples I noticed coming up yesterday under my nose area are GONE. My skin feels extremely soft and all the flaking from BP is gone. ALSO, I had a big zit that was coming up between my nose and eye area yesterday (a possible cyst)well this morning I felt a pulsating/vibrating sensation in this area and it is gone. My routine: evening-wash off makeup with pevonia for adult acne, use urine on cotton pad as toner. skipping moisturizer bc the urine works for this. morning-rinse face with warm water. urine therapy optional. I only recommend using the urine treatment twice a day during winter and summer time just once a day (in the evening). |

| Pros | Listen do yourself a favor and throw all your acne products out the window. i mean..EVERYTHING! I tried this and all my pimples are completely gone! |

| Bottom line | I have been struggling with bad cystic acne for almost two years now and nothing was working. I tried antibiotics, I tried Proactiv, I tried all sorts of creams and everything just made it worse. The one thing I refused to try, however, was Accutane because of the bad side effects that it has on your body. About a month ago, one of my mom's friends who is a naturopath suggested that I try urine therapy. When she first mentioned it, all I could think was 'is she serious right now?' but after doing further research and reading all the positive reviews, I decided it was worth a try. Needless to say, my acne COMPLETELY cleared up in less than a week. I applied it three times throughout the day for the first week and now, almost a month later, I still apply it once a day at night, before I go to sleep. I've only had four or five pimples since I started UT and they were around the time when I got my period, so mostly due to hormonal imbalances. Just a tip: make sure you drink lots and lots of water throughout the day if you start UT as the urine will smell very little this way! Seriously guys, try it! As gross as it sounds, once you get used to it, it just becomes part of your everyday routine and you don't even think about the fact that it's pee anymore. It's a healthy, natural, fast remedy to even the worst acne. |
