don' try it...burns like a bitch and rips your face to pieces

Everything that I've tried has never worked. I tried the toothpaste and it had the same effect that Proactiv did. I think it would work perfectly on anyone else.

i have one pimple on my face at the moment, it wouldnt have looked as bad if i had more, but it was just one.. which made it look really noticable..

anyway after reading this page i applied toothpaste, colgate, not a gel.. and voila.. whoa its like no where near as noticable! cheap, and it works.. fantastic (i also recommend the use of tea tree oil in conjunction..)

this stuff burns like [censored], it didnt do anything but make my acne worse

Ive tried it a few times and it always works great for me. it makes my acne reduce in size and makes the redness go away.

i have got my college phot tomoorrow and have a monster on my nose, it has not head and i dont no what to do to make it go away HELP

Toothpaste works great on acne! The weather here in grand forks can hurt your skin really bad by drying out, therefore leading to an increase of oils in your skin. The toothpaste really helps keep my face in line. I recomend though you dont use a gel, white toothpaste works the best. also you may get a "burning sensation" but that just means it's working. (or you have alergies)

I don't recommend Aquafresh, caused some spots to bleed a tiny bit that left a scab... have had good results in the past but can't rem the toothpaste i used

It works great! BUT.. you should use a brand with baking soda, usually a "whitening" kind has baking soda in it. I use it ONLY on my whiteheads. I put a very small dab right on the head of it. It tingles and uproots the ENTIRE whitehead! I do this after school if I don't have to work and am not going to hang out with my friends. I do it right after school because then I can take it off right when i go to bed. I do this because it makes the skin around it very red because the baking soda changes the pH of your skin. So putting it on after school and taking it off before you go to bed gives sufficient time for your skin to regain its normal pallor overnight. If you are going to apply it at night, I suggest you cut off the sticky part of a bandaid and place it over the area you are going to use it on. One time when i applied the toothpaste at night with no bandaid on several whiteheads and i tossed and turned during the night and woke up to find toothpaste all over my pillow, in my hair and on my sheets.. hehe.
