ok heres the deal about tootepaste
* NEVER APLLY IT ALL OVER YOUR FACE [LIKE A MASK] BECUZ IT WILL DRY OUT UR FACE SO BAD AND MAKE IT PEEL AND MKAE IT ITCHY AND RED AND U WILL JSUT WANNA DIE !*

IVE FOUND COLGATE WERKS REALLY WELL, AGAIN LIKE MANY PPL STATED, DONT USE A WHITENING TOOTHPASTE; IT CONTAINS TOO MANY CHEMICALS AND WILL WORSEN UR COMPLEXION

ALSO WHEN APPLYING TOOTHEPASTE, APPLY THE SMALLEST DAB ON UR PIMPLE (S) AND IF U HAVE A FEW IF TEH SAME AREA, STILL APPLY THE PASTE TO EACH ZIT SEPARATLEY.

I HAVE FOUND THAT LEAVING IT OVERNIGHT WERKS WELL FOR ME....I DUNNO ABOUT EVERYONE, SO GIVE IT A TRY !

ALSO I WOULD SUGGEST APPLYING TOOTHEPASTE MAYBE ABOUT A HOUR OR SO BEFORE GOING TO BED SO IT HAS TIME TO DRY BECUZ IF IT DOESNT DRY THEN U COULD EASILY GET IT ON UR PILLOW (LIKE IF U HAVE IT ON UR CHEEKS ..) AND THEN IT WILL NOT WERK TO THE BEST OF ITS ABILITY.

LOL OK SO GUYS GIVE IT A SHOT ...I SUGGEST USING IT WITH AN ACNE SOLUTION SYSTEM (THAT CURES, AND PREVENTS FUTURRE PIMPLES ) BECUZ TOOTHEPASTE IS ONLY FOR CERTAIN SPOTS...I DONT THINK ITLL PREVENT ZITS

you have to be pretty optimistic to try this stuff on your face. surpisingly for me it worked. it dried out the active pimples i had and they disspeared within a few days. not a bad remedy. when in doubt, USE TOOTHPASTE :D

Toothpaste really does work on your face! I've done it now on and off for about 5 years now. NEVER use whitening toothpaste, cause that can scar your face due to the whitening substances, and to not use the gel forms...just the plain ol' white toothpaste! I don't know how it works for people with sensitive skin, but I've found out to just put it over the opening of the pimple...don't EVER spread it all over your face because that dries your entire face out! Toothpaste works because it sucks all the dryness away...don't dry up your skin...just the pimple!!

Well, now that my acne has gone way more outta control than it ever has, ive read through this page, and decided that i might as well give toothpaste a shot. doctors sometimes tell me that it works too, so i figure if a doctor suggests it, then its gotta have some credibility. ill let you know next week how it works out! laterr :)

I find toothpaste works but i would not reccomend using it all night. try leaving it on for a couple minutes then washing it off.

toothpast does work. but dont use whitening paste use colgate total. its da best

Toothpaste works great for some and not for others... I put Colgate Total (white paste) on just my individual pimples and it helps increase the healing time and clears them up faster then any over the counter acne products I have tried. Also, Colgate Total has triclosan in it which kills bacteria.;)

I think the toothpaste works for the pimples....Cuz I am doing a project on that......

Ok, im 13 and have had ok skin for about a year. I get lots of really little pimples on my forehead and i get a few big ones on my cheeks and between my eyebrows. Ok so i once put tonnes of toothpaste (and i mean tonnes) on my cheek and covered it over night. In the morning i noticed that the pimple was gone but in its place was a big red patch. After a week it was still there so i realised it was actually a scar. Its still there now and its so bad i cant cover it up with foundation/conceler. I use some honey, seems to fade it!
