Pros It works if you really want the redness away in minutes or overnight. If you get strong toothpaste like cinamon scent n stuff, u really feel the burn but atleast its the working feeling burn
Cons not lots, if ur a lil scared of a lil burn.
Bottom line Its good and I'd recomend it to anyone, just use hot water mainly and then if big bumps n zits show, zap it with the toothpaste.

Pros i had none
Cons i look like a monster
Bottom line i hardly ever get blemishes so when one came up last week i remembered reading somewhere to use toothpaste. i did mistakenly leave it on overnight. this was a huge mistake. i look disgusting now. it burned all of the skin off my face in the area of the zit. it's been 2 days and it looks like someone stuck a curling iron to my face. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Pros It totally works on those really red bumpy pimples overnight.
Cons Doesn't work on existing acne.
Bottom line If you have a brand new red or whitehead, just apply a little bit overnight. Just dab it, don't rub it in. Use a whitening toothpase because they contain baking soda, most of the time, and this helps dry out the pimple. Don't over use as this can lead to severe drying of the skin. Only use as a spot treatmen on a new pimple, doen't work on existing ones. Remember never try and pop the whitehead because this will spread the acne and will cause the pimple to get worse. Works really well on whiteheads.
Price paid $3.00

Pros reduces the redness and size significantly of a zit...cheap...easy to use...you dont even have to go out and buy it cuz its sitting right there in your bathroom!
Cons none, except if you use it for over 2 days then it will dry out your skin. DONT USE IT OVER TWO DAYS!!!!

Pros dry acne, reduce oilyness and redness
Cons may lean the opposite way and induce redness
Bottom line I've used toothpaste before for large acne spots. Lately I've used it overnight and it has reduced some redness and made spots not so obvious. Before I've used it and spots just turned dark red and worse. My skin used to be sensitive, though, whereas now it is not. I suggest using Benzoyl Peroxide everyday in order to prevent acne in the first place.
