| Bottom line | Do not use toothpaste on your pimples! Use Aloe Vera, or get rid of pimples other ways without so many harsh chemicals. I made such a mistake and left it on for 40 minutes, and now i am scarred. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake i had made. |

| Bottom line | By the way, I use a Chinese toothpaste in LYCHEE flavour. Many people use it. I've been using it for a while now and most of my acne is gone :) It's called 廣東牙膏 荔枝味. It is in yellow packaging, the letters are green & there's a picture of lychee on top. ^^ I got many packages for free. |

| Cons | I used Colgate Total for about an hour. It felt like it was working but when I took it off it burned my skin. Not just a little redness but dark red burned look. Its been two days since and its improving very slowly. |
| Bottom line | I wouldn't recommend using Colgate Total. I talked to my aunt who has acne problems she said there are only certain types of toothpaste to use. She suggested to use toothpaste without a bleaching agent. |
