Took about 7 years ago for moderate acne for about 3 months. it worked. the I stopped taking it. about 2 years later w/ bad stress from an ex I was put on acutane for 5 months. acutane was horrible and didn't work for me. After trying to remain drug free ( inregards to acne meds )I just borrowed 5 100mil. pills from a friend. WOW it worked, i don't get sick on it, plus cream in my coffee didn't seem to affect the drug at all. Maybe because i'm 37??i have just ordered a month suppy to take. i will post my results. i have to be on this drug for the rest of my life....well beauty is a pain. PS never new to take inbetween meal.

I had excellent results from this medication. However, it is quite a pain to be on an antibiotic all the time (having to arrange the time you take it around meals, renders birth control pills useless, etc). Overall, it worked well and the side effects were minimal. It is also very inexpensive...even without insurance, etc. It is just not a permenant solution and not something you'd want to be on forever.

This cleared up my moderate acne somewhat, but the benefits did not outweigh the risks. The first time I took this I had no idea that you weren't supposed to lay down for a half hour to an hour after taking it (I knew to eat with it though), and I vomitted within 15 minutes. It was horrible. I got sick quite often using this medication, but I tend to be senesitive to meds (especially those that affect the digestive tract). I wouldn't recommend this medication if you're sensitive to side effects or have trouble sticking to a schedule for medication.

This stuff almost made me die! it worked a lil with my break out but i couldn't breathe! although this serious side effect happens to a few people but it scared me a lot. before taking this medication consider the side effects. its deadly.

I took the tetra for about 6 months. It was good and cheap. but didnt do much for me... it was a pain to take because it needed to be fit in between meals and you couldnt lay down after taking it... it also causes an increase in cranial pressure...so beware of headaches

Having to time taking this between meals and with no milk etc is very hard to follow rigidly. The first time i took this at about 18 it worked great-clear for ages. Took it again recently at 24 and it didnt work at all. I have no idea why. the human body is a funny thing

it is doing its job so far but it is a pain in the neck trying to take it 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals and then you have to wait a half hour before you can even lay down you would think they could give something a little less hassle free

This worked for about 4 months and then lost all effectiveness. It is also a pain to try & work out when to take it...at regular intervals, but not with food... or milk... or indigestion remedies. Sorry, but i have a life.
