| Pros | Natural Dries pimples Good for large pimples |
|---|---|
| Cons | Not recommended for sensitive skin or acne scars May experience a burning sensation/red irritated skin Caused my skin to peel when applying it to my acne scars. |
| Bottom line | If you were to use this, do not slab it all over your face or else you may experience burning, reddish or peeling. I use this as a spot treatment. I apply this at night with a q-tip on pimples and I leave it on overnight. I do see a noticeable reduction in the size of the pimple however it is no miracle and it may take a couple of uses to see real results. When I tried applying it to my acne scars my skin became irritated and as mentioned before, it caused my skin to peel and I do not have sensitive skin. So I would suggest only using it for pimples. |

| Pros | Did help prevent new acne, (cysts) helps control break-outs, leaves skin soft, non-irritating, didn't break me out |
|---|---|
| Cons | Smells a little funky but goes away, potentially drying when not diluted, not a cure all |
| Bottom line | Tea Tree Oil works like BP but is less irritating especially when diluted. I use 3/4 Tea Tree, 1/4 Olive Oil as a toner/moisturizer. I haven't found a reason to stop as it's never caused me to break out or been drying in any way. It leaves my skin very soft. Smells pretty bad but whathe smell goes away as it dries. Definitely something that should be paired together with another acne treatment. I really like it because it brings the severity of my acne down to a type that I can control more easily with other products. Tea Tree Oil also kills bacteria on the skin and helps the acne from spreading. |

| Pros | Reduces pimples Has nice tingling feeling on skin Drugstore and available everywhere Natural |
|---|---|
| Cons | Doesn't work all the time Sometimes the results aren't long term |
| Bottom line | Im a teenager so I have acne and acne scarring and I have used soo many products, none of it seems to be working so once, I used a bit of tea tree oil that belonged to my brother and wow, I had results the very next day! My pimples were reduced and I was so happy. But some of the results weren't long term which made me not so happy |

| Pros | - Very Affordable - Lasts Long if used within moderation - Small and Portable bottle, doesn't take up any room. - Makes skin feel rather good. |
|---|---|
| Cons | - Made me breakout rather than help treat my pimples - Made the pimple a little bit more red and blotchy - The smell is very strong |
| Bottom line | I used it for about 3 weeks, and within the first week it made my skin feel alright and actually soft, and made the pimple less noticeable but never go away. As time progressed the same pimple would come back worst than before, more red and blotchy. Its possible I had a reaction to the Tea Tree Oil or something else, but sadly it didn't do the trick for me. It's different for everyone I guess. |

| Pros | -Works great! Gets rid of a new pimple in 1-3 days (depending on size and severity). - Decreases redness within an hour. -Makes scars less noticable -Not overly drying -The natural smell is refreshing and wakes you up in the morning. -Inexpensive |
|---|---|
| Cons | Doesn't prevent pimples from coming. |
| Bottom line | YES. This is a wonderful product and works great to remove pimples. I have the roll-on kind. I use in with a dab of 10% benzoil peroxide over my whole face, then roll on the tea tree oil on every pimple. When I wake up in the morning 50% of my pimples are gone. I really really recommend this product. |

| Pros | Cured my pimples! Refreshing. Natural. Tiny bottle lasts a very long time. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Didn't seem to help with blackheads/whiteheads or enlarged pores. |
| Bottom line | I haven't had an infected pimple since I started using this product, and before I used to get about 2 a day! I simply mix a drop of pure tea tree oil in with a generous amount of moisturizer (Cetaphil) every night before bed. It has a tingling cooling sensation and a strong but pleasant smell. I'm also on Yaz and Retin-A but tea tree oil seems to have been the final step that was lacking in my routine. |
