Pros MY SAVIOR!!
Cons NothinG.. I actually LOVE the smell :)
Bottom line I had similar experiences with the other people here.. Iv'e tried almost everything just to get rid of my acne..1 thing i tried that led to SERIOus breakouts was the PROACTIVE system. It dried out my skin the fisrt 2 days of using it..

I bought the tea tree oil kit from body shop..facial cleanser, toner, moisterizer and tea tree oil..
I was scared of using it at first so i started out with the TTO.. it actually did bring out a difference.. havent seen 1 pimple pop up after my first tym.. i put it on my acne 3 times a day.. No irritation at all..

I lOVE TEA TRE OIL!! :)

Pros I think it smells really good, feels incredibly clean, makes my skin the softest its ever been. Definitely improves skin quality and reduces acne
Cons None, really
Bottom line I bought this from a store in Kohler, Wisconsin. It's organic tea tree soap made by Ord River, and I have only found it available on one website, and its really cheap. I paid 3.50 for my bar and its quite a big bar too. Makes my skin incredibly smooth and soft, I couldn't imagine being without it!

Bottom line I decided to test out tea tree oil after using proactiv for a couple years (which worked very inconsistantly decent for me). Ive been using tea trea oil for a week, and it seems to be primarily preventing breakouts but so far it hasnt eliminated acne i had prior to using it. It definately does not irritate your skin, but occasionaly drys out my skin slightly. The smell isnt the greatest, but you will get use to it. Ive just been diluting it with water. Im not sure exactly how much TTO to put in, and water. If anyone has any suggestions on how much tea tree oil to use with water or even another product to mix it with it would be greatly appreciated.

Pros Clears up blemishes and makes skin feel cool and tingly!
Has effects similar to BenzP, but without the possibility of harmful side effects.
Cons Strong smell. I know that some people experience some irritation of it is not diluted or if it is left on skin too long (personally, I don't have this problem)
Bottom line Clears up almost all blemishes if left on overnight. May have a strong smell but it fades if you don't use too much. Works great if you don't want to use BP. I have sensitive skin but my skin reacts very well with Tea Tree Oil. If it irritates your skin, try mixing it with your moisturizer. It is also good to put on your skin after you shave your legs! It clears up razor burn very quickly.

Pros clears skin up, makes skin feel soft and smooth, relives redness, is a better antibacterial product than any other I have tried, dries up pimples fast, if you have a scab on your face from where you have picked at a pimple it help it heal faster.
Cons Smells really strong and foul, the smell will stay with you for maybe an hour after you use it. burns slightly.
Bottom line This product is great. What I do is I take my face wash, which contains green tea and witch hazel, and put some on my hands, just enough that you need to wash your face, and then I add just one drop of TTO then I mix them together and apply to my face and wash, when I am done washing my face I tone it then moisturize it with an oil free moisturizer. it works so great just after the first time I used TTO I saw imedent results. my skin was so much smoother and softer and the acne quickly dried up. I use TTO twice a day one in the morning when i wash my face and at night when i wash my face. yeah the smell is strong but it is well worth it.

Pros Clears spots and scars w/out drying out skin
Cons Strong smell, slight burning.
Bottom line Being 13, I hate getting spots. After searching a few forums i found that tea tree oil (as well as lavender and olive oil) helps clear acne. Now my face has minimal spots and all my acne scarring has gone.

Pros lifts dirt
clears skin
evens skin tone and brightens
Cons oily
foul smell, very potent
Bottom line My skin is as such that is greasy and almost sops up the dirt from the air and otherwise. Tea tree oil aids my fight against acne. In combination with bp and moisturizer and a very light cleanser, I find that I only get break outs when I'm stressed or there's a shift in hormones.

It has helped clear away the little bumps, not the more prominent blemishes

Pros Antibacterial, Better than Every Acne Treatment That Exist! Natural and brightens complexion. Will see fast results when used correctly. A wonderfully potent acne remedy
Cons Smells STRONG. May BURN sensitive skin if left on too long. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the 100% Tea Tree oil correctly since it comes with no directions :) (Burned me before :(..
Bottom line After using TTO many different ways ( spot treatment, mixing with face wash, lotions, experiencing burns, peeling, etc.) I've finnally found an effective way to use this wonderful stuff!
I saw immediate results, and I hope you will too :)
You will need: Purpose gentle cleansing wash (loves this stuff);100% Tea Tree Oil; An Aloe Plant or gel (but I perfer the plant).
Procedure:
-I wash with purpose twice and rinse thoroughly with luke warm water.
-lightly pat dry so that skin is still soft and slightly damp.
- Pour some TTO in my hands/fingertips and I massage it into my skin avoiding the eye area and corners of mouth.
-Massage deeply into skin over bumps and scars for about 1 min..(Tingling is expected, but if it starts to BURN rinse with cool water immediately.)
-After massaging in a couple of rounds, let it sit for about 3-5minutes NO LONGER!
-Rinse Thoroughly with cool water, and apply aloe. Go to Bed and Wake up with Prettier Skin :) GOD BLess! Great Lu

Pros I have used tea tree oil diluted with witch hazel (Dickinson's) for 2 weeks. Helped reduce oil production on my face and my skin is overall, softer and smoother with smaller pores : )
Cons None, really. I kind of like the smell, it's kind of medicinal.
Bottom line I really like this combo if witch hazel plus a little tea tree oil. My breakouts mostly come around period time so I will have to use it for another few weeks to see if actually reduces the next round of breakouts. My bottom line is, I will continue to use this blend to help with the oil production and overall skin texture.
