Pros:It dries up pimples
Cons:Sometimes stings a bit or can overdry
Bottom Line:I use this product on pimple that I absolutely MUST pop... It gets rid of them over night! I pop it and put pure tea tree oil on it and then appyl one of those little spot band-aids on it so it will absorb and when I wake up the infection is gone and the pimple is already starting to scab! Although on big stubborn ones you may have to repeat a second night because it might form a small whithead during the day but this stuff works better than any other spot treatment!

Pros:dries up current zits very quickly, good to add to current toner or cleanser, i myself like the smell, 2 oz. is a good size, available at local drugstore/walmart, cheap, evens out skin tone, lessens scars, over time inflamation of old zits goes down.
Cons:my dad hates the smell and so i have to keep it away in my room, the glass bottle almost broke because i dropped it since the oil gets on the bottle...making it slippery, makes skin flaky, inflames skin.
Bottom Line:i recommend it. probably best at night because it does make your skin dry and it does make it inflamed and you do stink.

Pros:Dries out pimples better and faster than benzol peroxide or salyic acid products I've tried.
Cons:Some may not like the smell, I didn't really mind since it was helping my acne so well. If you get it near your lips it numbs them for maybe 15 minutes. Leaves patches of flaky skin, but that's better than a pimple!
Bottom Line:About the best product I've found for spot treatment. I apply it by dipping a qtip in the bottle then rubbing a little on each pimple. Its not a miracle cure or anything, but really good at drying out problem pimples in a couple days. I had a bad one on Monday morning, started applying this twice a day and by Wednesday evening all that was left was a little patch of dried skin. Also seems to prevent big ones, when you feel that sore pink large area on your cheek, put some ice on it and occasional tea tree oil and it will never form into a bad one. I found it in the vitamin aisle of the local large grocery store pharmacy department.

Pros:Those of you who have acne-- I have found the best product line over the weekend. It is called LUSH. You can order it off line--expensve but worth it! I saw results in two days. Get the ocean salt scub and then follow it up with the tea tree oil.
Cons:There is none!
Bottom Line:I recommend getting the smaller size bottles of both to make sure they work for you. I have been using them in the am and pm. I've had acne since I was 12 and I'm now 22. I have used everything under the sun including accutane. Lush products are the first I have used and saw immediate results. It is WELL work the money! It leaves my skin REAL soft. Also, I've heard that tea tree oil has a smell. Lush's tea tree oil has no smell and comes in a spritz container. Get the product--no joke it could just be the best thing you will use. If the results keep getting better for me, i might just not have to go back to the dermatologist!

Pros:WOW! works on spots and redness very fast! it only takes a few days and you notice the difference. seems to keep the general balance of skin in check.
Cons:non
Bottom Line:i use %100 tee tree oil - first i use hot water to open my pores and use good clean face wash then i apply a drop of oil in my hand and rub it on my face - then i fill the sink with freezing cold water and dunk my face in it, i also add a few more drops to the cold water - the cold water closes up pores with tee tree oil deep in the skin - then pat dry - you will see the difference in one wash! i do this twice a day - also quit smoking - do exercise - drink lots of water - and relax!

Pros:Dries up wounds
Antiseptic so it prevents infections
Cons:None. If your skin is sensitive you might want to dilute it with water, but I use 100% on SPOT TREATING ONLY and find it works well.

Pros:I have used tea tree oil for a month now in the form of a cleasing foram. It has dried up the whiteheads as soon as they occured, does not change my complexions and left my forehead smooth. I am sure it will do the same to my temples and cheecks.
Cons:It really dries up my face but i have an oily face that moistens itself immediately.
Bottom Line:I will give a clear recommendation after 3 months of using it regularly both morning and evening.

Pros:-takes the "infection" out of pimples overnight
-seems to have prevented new ones
-not very expensive considering how long it lasts (use 1-2 drops at a time)
Cons:-strong smell
-may cause dryness if not used properly
-may cause skin to darken if not used properly
Bottom Line:Do not use this pure! It may seem like a quick fix but you run the risk of overdrying your skin.

I mix with emu oil and it works wonders! I squirt a dime size amount of emu oil in my palm (not on your fingers, the tea tree oil is liquid and rung through). Drip a drop of tea tree oil in there and mix well. I have applied this to my whole face acne or not with no problems (avoiding sensitive eye area of course!). If you wish to apply emu oil to your undereyes (it works great for fine lines and darkness) apply pure emu before never after as when applying it after it may mix with the tea tree already on the skin.

Use at night as the emu oil leaves you shiny. I wake up in the morning my skin looks so plump and radiant!

Remeber to use a fresh pillow case every night! Old oil that gets smeared a round on it can't be good for your face.

Pros:Shrinks acne
Cons:smell, price, sometimes drips
Bottom Line:I use pure tea tree oil. Each night, I dab a bit on my zits and put some Clean&Clear Salicylic Acid on top to keep it in place (it's liquid). This makes my zits so much smaller. I love it, I just wish it was less expensive. Luckily, mine was on sale; a tiny bottle for $1. :)
