Pros:Pretty cheap if you know where to get it (see -bottom line-) ~Organic!~ Overall *heals* skin and makes it feel fresh and new; and most importantly, get rid of acne!
Cons:The smell is bad, but I think it's a little comforting because you know it's the real stuff- not masked in a million and two chemicals and other additives to look and smell pretty, etc. You will get used to the smell though pretty quickly.
Bottom Line:For tea tree oil to really work wonders, you need to use it at the end of your face cleaning routine and consistently. I sleep with my cat every night and since tea tree oil is a known poison to cats and other animals, I'm a bit paranoid = I dry my face with my hairdryer before leaving the bathroom [and I honestly think that this also helps the oil work on my face faster and more thoroughly; plus, prevents oil from getting on pillow or anything (I've never had this problem but other reviews mention it)].

I've searched everywhere and the best priced tea tree oil can be found at Target (for about $5)! Your next best bet is Walmart for about $8; and after that your forced to pay $10 and up (CVS, Walgreens, local grocery store, etc.).

Since this product _is_ an _oil_ = can leave skin oily = I only use this product at night (and not in the morning when you need to put on makeup after cleaning the face).

Apply with a clean finger tip (not a cotton ball, tissue, cloth)

Pros:best for shampoo and body ACNE
Cons:none...when you hae acne your need to drain your skin of oil
Bottom Line:I recently found a great chemical free tea tree shampoo – which really helped me grow stronger hair –its from the Made from Earth product line called the Tea & Protein Herbal Shampoo….it actiallu has wheat proteins in it and that’s what makes my hair look so full after I use it.

The directions say for the shampoo to work – you have to leave in your hair for 2 - but I usually do it for about 5, since my hair used to be so thin. But 5 minutes really works for me cause I can see a major difference in how thick my hair is…

Even my husband comments on how my hair felt better – and he never notices anything! I recommend it for all healthy women out there who want better full hair.

Pros:Works really great, soaks into skin pretty fast, dries up blemishes and acne and overall looks to be improving my skin's texture and look. I use the 100% Australian stuff and don't dilute it because my skin isn't sensitive, works great!
Cons:None!
Bottom Line:Buy this! There are next to no bad side effects, other than people with sensitive skin saying that it dries their skin out, but you can always dilute it with water if that's the case. My skin can handle the 100% and it works wonders on it. I'm sad I didn't use this sooner! It is a little expensive for the amount you get (2-3 or so ounces) but it works great, I don't use any BP or any products anymore just this!

Pros:It has a lovely smell and unlike other products has not caused any irritation to my skin!
Cons:It unfortunately doesn't seem to be improving my acne, more or less just keeping it stable and under control. I bought the 100% tea tree oil from the body shop and facial toner, matifying moisturiser, facial exfoliater, foaming face wash, face mask
Bottom Line:It is good for keeping my acne under control BUT no signifcant improvement has been made. I haven't broken out since using this product BUT it hasn't cleared up any of the remaining spots. I will continue to use because all the other products I had tried were clearing up the acne I had but then I was breaking out in other areas. I am going to recommend it but I do not guarantee that it will help you. Also it was wuite expensive to buy all the tea tree oil products and it came to well over 30-40 pounds.

Pros:- Works very well with consistent use.
- Much, much heaper than other co-called acne treatment system in the market.
Cons:- Strong smell (but you'll get use to it).
- May dries and irritates skin.
Bottom Line:I've tried Pro-Active and other acne systems but none seem to work. I was about to give up, until I tried this tea tree oil. I apply 100% tea tree oil along with 100% Vitamin E oil, so that my skin doesn't dry, night and morning daily. The result may takes a few day but you can definitely see the difference.

Pros:Dries up current acne, evens out skin tone and it is really, really cheap! I'm going to add the smell to my pros section, too... my pillow smells like tea tree oil from applying it at night and it helps me go to sleep.
Cons:Some people complain about the smell, but I actually like it. It's a tad strong but you get used to it.

It can sting a little bit when you first apply it, but the stinging goes away very quickly.
Bottom Line:I really love it. If you're at a complete loss as to what to try next and you haven't given tea tree oil a go, just do it. I have to agree with a review I read on here; much better than slathering your face in chemicals that usually don't work.

Definitely a plus to have it around for other purposes, too! You can use it for cuts, scrapes, bug bites and also boils. Even if you don't use it for your acne, keep some in your medicine cupboard, it is VERY handy.

Pros:i will keep this very simple. my acne used to be very bad when i was 13-16. ive used lots of OTC and prescription products, but it was still irritated and not helping.my routine really works because its simple. enough of this abrasive, hardcore
Cons:chemical sh*t on your face. in the morning, use moderately hot water and a clean face cloth everyday (not one you throw by the sink basin, theres germs there) after a light scrub all over, hold your head under the sink for a few minutes, let the wate
Bottom Line:jar or bottle. while your face is still wet or moist, shake the solution all over your face. dont worry about your clothes, it doesnt stain. the smell can be intense, but theres worse smells. also, watch out for your eyes. after that, head to be and get a good sleep. i cant exactly remember how long it took to really get my skin clear, but i went from grimy teenager, to polished. really, my skin is stunning now, and i feel it can be attributed to this minimalist approach. dont go crazy, your skin is alive. keep it simple and routine. also, something else. i wear mineral makeup now, and it gives me no problems what-so-ever. tea tree oil works wonders.

the important thing is to not touch your face. facial pores are much more open and prone to letting bacteria enter. seriously, dont rest your head or chin on your hand, dont itch your face or nose (use a tissue or clean cloth) and most importantly, if food gets on your face, go rinse it off gently, dont rub it in with a napkin.

Pros:i almost cleared up my skin in a month, it worked as a wonder to me, really soothes your skin and makes your acne disappear in less then two days.
Cons:has a bit strong smell but its good
Bottom Line:I bought whole line of tea tree oil products from The Body Shop which usually includes a scrub, foaming cleanser, toner, moisturizer, facial mask and pure tea tree and it is really effective.
