“I've tried so many things to help my acne: Proactive, dermatologist proscribed topical treatments and drugs, mainstream acne treatments, etc. Nothing worked. A lot of money was spent.

So, I heard of the acne.org regimen and thought "Really, this works? It can't be that simple." But since it was so simple (and cheaper) I decided to try it. Success! I couldn't believe it. In a few weeks my face started to clear up. Of coarse I still get those random breakouts sometimes (little "presents" during midterms and finals) but overall my face is clear.

Thank you so much for putting your time and energy in figuring out this regimen. I've been telling everyone about it. And I haven't felt this good about my skin since the 6th grade.

“Hi! I just want to thank you for giving out your acne-clearing regimen to everyone! I started it about 3 months ago. I had pretty much always had a certain degree of acne. Sometime it would flare up worse, but for the most part it would stay mild to moderate. The things that frustrated me the most were these tiny little flesh-colored bumps. They weren't big or sore, but they just changed the texture of my skin and made it look a little rougher. Well, I was surfing online back in September and found some sort of link to your site and I thought, what the heck! So I visited and saw that the ingredients for your regimen were things I practically already had! But I started using them in the order and with the frequency that you advise about. I am not kidding, I saw results within that week. Now, save for the occasional pimple and a few tiny ones, my face looks wonderful! Where I would have normally seen little bumps on places where the light reflected on my face, I see smooth clear skin. I don't think my skin has ever looked this clear since I started getting acne! I am so extremely happy! I don't worry about my face nearly as much as I used to and although I still wear makeup to even out my pinker skintone, I don't use nearly the amounts of concealer I used to use. It just looks smooth and clear! People have even mentioned to me how my skin looks clearer! Just for your information, I use Dove soap instead of the Cetaphil or Purpose that you prescribe, but I find it gentle enough. I use a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream that is 1.86 at WalMart. I just use less than you would of the 2.5%. And I use Curel Extreme Care moisturizer. But with your regimen, my face looks great!! I am so happy and once again, thank you so much!! ”

“I have struggled with acne since I was 13. My father had cystic acne and his cleared at 21 so I just assumed that mine would clear over time. Was I WRONG!!! By my mid 20's I was realizing that I was not simply going to "grow out of it" like I always expected. I am a 36 year-old mother of three who has suffered with acne as long as I can remember. As others you have read about, I have tried numerous products and treatments with little to no success. The only product I had a slight improvement with was Proactive, but it seemed to lose it's benefits after a few months.
Searching the internet for help two months ago led me to your site, Acne.org and your personal video. The "Regimen" seemed to simple to believe. As I watched you put the product on, I thought, "I can do that!" I had the Neutrogena 2.5% BP, the Basis soap and some Olay Complete moisturizer. So that night I tried your suggestions and by morning I could already see a difference! No way!!! After three days of using the products in this manner and finding it a little hard to spread the Neutrogena, I ordered your starter kit. I LOVE EVERYTHING!!!

“Hi,

Massive thank you for the regime!

I had uncontrollable, almost cystic, spots on my cheeks. I was on Antibiotics and Adapelane but I deviated slightly and use 10% strength BP and Antibiotics and I'm clear bar one spot.

Also stopped using soap/face wash and simply bath my face in water for 20 secs each morning.

I use E45 cream and some Jojaba oil so my skin doesn't flake.

The confidence you have given me has changed my life.

At the age of 20 I began developing extremely scarring cystic acne on both sides of my cheeks. Before that (in high school) I would get the occasional whitehead or two and plenty of blackheads. But this time it was extremely bad. It wouldn't go away and I didn't know why. I remember not wanting to leave the house because I was so sure that everyone was always staring at my huge red acne. I used expensive department store regimens, ProActiv, Murad. Doctors prescribed doxycycline and tretinoin cream. I even did some $300 IPL treatment. Nothing worked.
I had a friend with the same problem who heard about your regimen through another friend. She started using it and her face cleared up dramatically. I was still a little skeptical; afterall, I spent thousands of dollars on countless products and procedures and none of them worked.
