i just wanted to share my success story with you so that you could post it up as evidence of yet another successful user of your regime. i've had acne for about 13 years now (i'm currently in my early-20s). for the most part, it would be pretty mild-moderate but there were 3-4 times during that period where my acne was REALLY bad. during these times, my whole face was covered with pimples, literally. i would definitely say that my life, confidence and self-esteem were negatively affected by my acne...in a huge way!

for the record, i've tried proactive, murad, acne statin, zenmed, accupuncture, oriental medicine, most over the counter products, antibiotics, birh control pills, face creams, been to several dermatologists, i watch my diet, and i drink plenty of water, but nothing has completely cleared my face.

i've been on your regime for about 3.5 months and now i'm 100% clear! it's pretty cool because normally when i'd eat certain types of food (chocolate, fried foods, etc.), i'd break out. but now that i'm on the regime, i don't even break out when i eat those foods.

i just want to thank you for putting your regime out there for everyone to use. i think it's really great that you're doing this just for the sake of wanting to help people as opposed to making profit!

some advice for new regime users. in my experience with the regime (which i followed precisely for about 3.5 months), my face showed improvement within the first few days...and then it got bad again and REALLY dry and flakey. however, don't give up when it gets bad again...because after i reached the 2 month mark, my face drastically cleared. and after about 2.5 months, my face has been completely clear! try it for the whole 3 months (whether you think it's working or not or if it's worth it), then you'll see the results within a couple months! also, for best results, make sure to gently massage the BP into your trouble areas for a good amount of time. don't rush through it. ”

“I've suffered with acne ever since puberty hit. And it wasn't just sometimes a zit here, sometimes a zit there. It was those painful ones & they were all over my forehead. I tried so many things from the drugstore, but nothing worked. I don't even want to think about all the money I've wasted on that junk. I actually smeared egg yolk over my face every single day for one whole summer because I read an article that said this will cure acne. I have to admit that my acne did lessen, but I still had breakouts & my face became an oil slick. It was embarrassing. I blotted my face in my high school bathroom stalls after every class & sometimes I pretended to nap in class just so I could secretly blot my face with a piece of notebook paper. By the end of high school I started breaking out on my cheeks, too. My mom bought me Proactiv & I felt so embarrassed that other people were really noticing my skin to the point where someone actually bought me products to use! I don't!
know why I continued to use these products, even though nothing was working. I guess I figured it would work eventually or I would outgrow acne.

Anyway, I lurked around this website for a long time until I finally bought Dan's Benzoyl Peroxide & AHA & jojoba oil. Within a month, :::angels singing::: I had clear skin. Just one month. Eleven years of acne & it all went away in one month. I NEVER wear makeup anymore because I don't need to. I wish I started the regimen earlier because I'm just so happy with my results. I want to suggest it to a couple friends, but I'm trying to slip it into conversation without embarrassing them.
I make sure to stick with my regimen, no matter what I'm doing - traveling, going out late, anything. Even my sister who never compliments anyone about anything has complimented my complexion. “I've tried everything within my ability to achieve clear skin , but with no success I begun to search for solution online. I stumble on this website by accident and decided to follow the regimen deligently. The first week was tough for me. My skin was itchy and patchy. I have tried Proactiv in the past for years, but honestly I didn't like the cleanser and the toner that came with the system. It's a total waste to spend $45/month and still get breakouts during my period! What's the difference? I only get breakouts during my period anyways. The system didn't come with a good moisturizer either, therefore my skin looks dry and feels tight all the time.”

“My name is Angie and I have had acne since I was 13 or 14 and am now 25 just about to turn 26. I started seeing a dermatologist when I was 19 and after about 5 years I had tried everything they had even 2 rounds of Accutane when at age 21 I developed cystic acne. None of it helped except the Accutane but we all know it stops working after you stop taking it and the side effects are awful. I stopped seeing my dermatologist about a year ago when I realized she had nothing that would help me. I don't have severe acne anymore but I usually have several breakouts at a time and b/c I have fair skin they leave ugly red marks that last for months. I have really oily skin and stopped wearing makeup all together about a month ago. Anyway my point is that about 2 weeks ago I was sitting at home and I decided to look on the internet for possible acne treatments that I hadn't tried yet and yours was the first website I looked at. I know God answered my prayers and directed me to your site b/c my skin is finally clearing up. I have only been on the regimen for about a week and a half but my skin is almost perfectly clear. “To whom it may concern, I am a 27-year old wife and mother of two. I had struggled with moderate acne since the age of about 14. However, after I reached the age of 20 my acne breakouts began to be what I would consider severe. I tried every product on the market, (acne statin, murad, proactive, clearasil, oxy, acid peels, skin creams, egg whites on my skin, I even tried bleach I got so desperate). The dermatologist cost a fortune just for the visits and that didn't even include the medications he was giving me. He tried to convince me that I was breaking out due to hormones and stress, and prescribed medicine to help control my hormones(dioxycyclene) along with 2 bottles of his brand of facial cleanser and toner which costs me $20.00 each. I experienced severe drying, cracking and peeling of my skin and looked somewhat like an alligator:) But I just cut back on the amount of cream I was using and stuck with it. Now here I sit, and much to my surprise ALL of my large, ugly, discolored bumps are GONE. I have not had ANY new bumps since I started using the products and my scars and marks almost completely fell away with all the dead skin that was shed off of my face. “I'm a 24 year old woman from India. Have been following the regimen for about 2 weeks now. My skin looks fantastic.:) I use dove soap before I slather on the BP(In india, the only 2.5% BP I've seen comes in a small tube that lasts for 2 weeks max. It costs about Rs 60 and it is manufactured by galderma). I have very dry, sun-sensitive skin and I follow up with Oil of Olay SPF-15 moisturizer. Works like a charm. Like most Indians, I have light brown skin. The first 2-3 days of BP made my skin rough, and there was a mild bleaching effect in patches. I was a little hesitant to continue. People at work even asked if I had a vitamin deficiency (If you've suffered a long time from acne, you realise that the average person isn't too big on tact).

But I decided to give it time. I've suffered from moderate-severe acne for about 8 years now with limited success in treating it. I've tried retino-A, clindamycin, oral antibiotics(doxycycline, tetracycline - they were terrible. Felt like throwing up all the time. They really messed up my tum). I've also tried BP in the past, but probably didn't apply it effectively. This is brilliant Dan. You're doing the world a great service. Keep up the good work, and god bless.”

“Hi Dan, Thanks so much for your site! I have had moderate acne since I was in junior high - now I'm 23 - I have a huge date coming up tomorrow and a few days ago sprouted some really bad blemishes - While looking around on the internet for some new ideas, I came across acne.org - I've only done your regimen for two days now but WOW!!! what a difference already! Those blemishes are gone, just in time for tomorrow - THANKS SO MUCH!! I also noticed that they dried up in a way that seems like they won't scar too bad, which has always been my biggest problem. I have always used benzoyl peroxide products, but not in this way. It makes a huge difference. Also, I would like to make a reccommendation on moisturizers - neutrogena has a new spf 15 alpha hydroxy pore refining daily moisturizer - a bit expensive ($15 for a smallish tube) but I love it.
