I made this part of the site to share the many stories from people who have had great success with The Regimen over the years.

Some people have asked if I ever get feedback from people who were unsuccessful. The answer is yes, albeit infrequently, but I find that they are usually not following the Regimen precisely. Once we get them on the Regimen, they will usually clear up nicely.

“I've had acne since I hit puberty and I had an early puberty. Yeah I hit it hard. I had really bad acne and I just hated it. My mother told me it was a phase and I'd get over it. I was so self conscious that I just hated getting my pictures taken and everything. My mom would also make me Chinese remedy to help my acne (didn't work too well), took me to the doctors (the drugs didn't work), many over the counter acne cleanser and what not (went through a lot), I even ordered Proactiv and I thought "Hey, for all skin...maybe it'll work" Just made my skin more irritated and didn't work. I just gave up and somehow I came across this site and said "Well...might as well give it one last try."

I'm a soon to be 19 year old, first year college student and I started January 7th, and so this is my 4th week into it and my skin is CLEAR! For the first time, I took a picture of myself, took it into photoshop, fixed the colour of the picture (since my camera isn't the greatest) and for the FIRST TIME I didn't have to air brush my skin. It looks GREAT! Other than the few scars I already have (which I don't mind) My skin is CLEAR. You MAY get the occasional pimple but they disappear in a flash. The regimen really works and I can say nothing more but THANK YOU DAN! This really boost my confidence and I just feel great with clear skin. ”

“When I was a kid, my face was always as clear as a bell. When I got into my mid-twenties, and as my endometriosis worsened, everything went downhill!

I have been through several phases of terrible breakouts. I thought this last one might endure forever. It lasted for over a year. I couldn't clear up my face to save my life. “Hello,

My name is Sam W. and I have had acne since seventh grade. My parents have spent over thousands of dollars for medical treatment from dermatologists. All of the trials and medications they prescribed to me had eventually caused more acne. Let me remind you at one point I was consuming orally two capsule pills twice a day, on top of the topical ointments.

Throughout school and even today, I have many friends and will always have little problems meeting new people. Despite that great characteristic, having acne has still caused me to develop little self esteem and sometimes even self confidence. “I really didn't feel right putting such harsh chemicals into my body.

After stumbling upon your site a few months ago, as a last ditched attempt before i succumbed to the accutane treatment, i decided to give it a go. I wasn't expecting a miracle or anything - i tried to be realistic about how well it might work... but boy, WAS I SHOCKED! Within two weeks of following the regimen using your products my live literally began to change. My destroyed skin started to heal. After using a really "good" exfoliator for so long I never realised that i was doing so much damage to my face. The moment i read your articles on the regimen, someting clicked. I have struggled with acne from my teenage years on. I started going to the dermatologist when I was 14. During that time, I have been on 2 rounds of accutane and various other treatments. My dermatologist eventually told me that I might always have acne. I was so hopeless. I tried everything, literally.
