Pros Makes skin feel sooo soft after washing off!
Exfoliates
Smells good
Faded acne quite a bit
Cons Didn't help get rid of blackheads
Bottom line This is a great choice for an exfoliating scrub, and you should use it 3-4 times a week. I personally think it helps with pimples and making skin feel soft, but it didn't help with blackheads at all.

Pros smells nice
Cons Makes me break out, skin feels tight and dry, 1hr later oil comes out like I never washed.
Bottom line I switched to medical crystals and I make my own scrub with aloe vera gel. My skin totally recovered, scars are smaller, feels moisturized not tight and less shiny. No more acne in the T zone only few during that time of the month but they go away faster. Search engine medical crystals to find the site, their customer support is very helpful.

Pros I use the one with SALICYLIC ACID in it...the one for blemishes/acne prone skin. I cleared up within a week and have been using it for about 2 and a half years and this definetely reduces the breakouts. I use it everyday and it makes my skin so soft smooth and supple
Cons None

Pros nice texture, nice smell
Cons can over dry and a good moisturiser is required even on my very oily skin
Bottom line since having clearer skin due to use of roaccutane, i have used this product i feel it has over irritated my skin and caused the breakouts on my chin, it leaves an excellent clean feeling but that is not worth the acne.

Pros Cleared little tiny white heads.
Good, strong scrub
Creamy texture
Cons Didn't do much for over all skin.
Stopped working after a while.
Makes face red
Bottom line I used this scrub for around a year. Its the type of scrub that feels really fun to use. (It's creamy and scrubby) But, its horrible for your skin. Made my skin red and my acne bleed.

Pros It works for awhile and it smells nice.
Cons Once your face gets used to slathering the scrub on, it tends not to work as well. It is a little harsh but my skin is not sensitive so mine was fine. However, it is a APRICOT scrub. Some of the residue was left in the sink and a cockroach was found- eating the residue!!!! Make sure you scrub the sink after wards.
Bottom line Try it out. It's pretty good.

Pros scrubs skin well, removes dead skin well. Leaves skin nice and smooth. Great smell.
Cons None if used as directions say.
Bottom line It can over dry, but the directions clearly state to use 3 to 4 times weekly. Not every day, not twice a day, but 3-4 times weekly. If you use it like this, then it will be a great addition to any regeime and will give good results.

Pros Leaves skin really smooth and clean
Cons Does not really help with acne
Bottom line A scrub basically removes the outer later of dirt, dead skin and all that gunk trapped in your face. What is revealed is clear skin, regulated oil secretion and smoother face. And in turn, acne will be less prone to pop out.

It does that for me, so i'm fine with it. I tried some more expensive brands, but nothing gives me more satisfaction than St Ives!

Pros Helps remove dry skin from old or healing acne lesions. Helps remove dry skin from possible eczema patch on my forehead.
Cons Can over-dry. Must use a moisturizer afterward.
Bottom line I'm not sure that it's helped reduce over-all acne, but I do have a bad habit of falling asleep in my makeup.

It has made my skin much softer and smoother. I'm probably exfoliating too often, but I alternate every other day with either Cetaphil (the foaming one, to remove makeup), or Neutrogena salicylic acid wash.
