This scrub is pretty gentle if you use your hands and lightly brush over your face. It has the capability to make anyones face irritated if you scrub to hard but that goes with any facial scrub. This clears up skin farely well and should only be used once a week if even that much.

I wanted this product to work because I love most of the St. Ives products. However, this was way to harsh on my skin and after my husband used it, his hands and face became irritated and red. I think it would be a great scrub for occasional use but as part of a daily regimen.

This stuff is really something that I keep coming back to. It is cheap enough for college students on a budget. It has a very refreshing and non-perfume-like scent that is quite agreeable. Best of all, I find that this is one of the few cleaners that helps my breakouts while at the same time it is not too harsh.

I think it is good for a scrub that you can use once in a while but it tends to over dry skin and make the redness of spots more visible.

It worked really good! I loved it, but after it started over drying my skin, and i have oily skin. Now I use noxema cream clenser and the this product once a week.
