I loved Smoothbeam the first time I did it. It made my zits clear up and smoothed out any fine lines. My husband said it was indeed smoother. Yet, my second treatment I literally heard my skin burning and the next day I had blisters on my skin. They went away with some antibiotic and Aquafor, but I am scared to do another. I don't think they will scar too much, but I was doing the Smoothbeam to get rid of scars...not create more. I am up in the air right now and will have to do the test of time now. It cleared up the acne though.

I just had my 2nd laser treatment yesterday! I would have to say so far so good. I can tell that my skin is calming down. I use to have very bad cyst that would come up from no where. Now, i have less breakouts and my skin is much more smoooth. I can not put a price tag on this laser treatment. Between this and the peels it has done wonders for my skin.

Smoothbeam has done wonders for me. I have only had 2 treatments and I see my skin smoothing out. I still have occasional breakouts but not like before. I am in my 30's and never thought I would have acne. I will be going for my 3rd treatment and I am soooo excited. I keep looking at myself in the mirror and say WOW! I have spent $$ on cleansers and antibiotics from dermatologists, I highly recommend smoothbeam before you head on out to the dermatologists.

I am a 52 yr old woman with acne that has gotten worse over the last 6 yrs. I finally found a new dermatolgist and have had 4 smoothbeam treatments and my face has definitely improved. I encountered redness on only the first procedure and then for only an hour or so just like the doctor said I would. From then on no redness and my face has cleared up. I still have small cysts under my skin that I hope will also go away with this procedure. I think that like any procedure it will work for some and unfortunately not for others.

Great for my acne (fewer/smaller flare-ups); still have more redness than I'd like. Meds never worked for me, but this does. Not for the budget-conscious, great for those with room on their credit card who want to improve their acne. Check [link removed], with two locations (Saint Louis Park and Woodbury, MN). Owned/run by a husband/wife (doc/RN) team. Bonnie(RN) does all my treatments. They have package discounts, student discounts, and the VBeam is cheaper if you add it to the SmoothBeam. Free consults and sample treatments, too. Plus, she's really nice.

I've recieved two aramis laser treatments. I got in tomorrow for my third. I am so pleased with the results already! I've had so many problems with my skin...I've been on accutane twice (each time helped for about a year, then I would start breaking out badly again) and every prescription under the sun. I would get big read cystic acne all over my face. I'm 28 years old and thought that I would outgrow it, but haven't yet. The aramis laser is expensive, but it works! Just after 2 treatments, my skin is 80-90% cleared up! Plus i've noticed my skin is less oily than before. The change has been dramatic.
