I've had horrible acne for a few years before I finally found this website and tried Dan's awesome Regimen. Gosh, talking about trying many products, I've tried Proactiv, doctors' prescriptions, Dermetologist's suggestions, mom's secret traditional medicine (thank god it's over), and even over the table medicine and other CVS' products... Sadly, none of them worked or stayed working for a long time. However, I unfortunately found this website out and after reading all the materials on it, i've decided to actually give it a try. I also have to mention that one of the biggest reason that helped me decide whether to try Dan's Regimen is the site's community. I reckon, "If it worked for most people here, it might actually work for me". Turns out it did, and right now, pimples are the last thing i worry about bout!

Dear Dan, Like many others who have emailed you, I accessed your website as a desperate last-ditch attempt to get rid of my acne, as it was ruining my self-esteem. I was embarrased to look at myself in the mirror and really thought I was a hopeless case, since I had been to the dermatologist on many occasions with no success. So I thought, why bother going now? I can't explain how helpless I felt. Basically, I thought this was something I just had to live with. I am 23 years old, and have dealt with acne in some form or another (mild to horrifying) since I was 10 years old. I had been using BP cream before I accessed your site. However, I was using a tiny amount. Also, I was constantly rubbing and picking at my face, even as it got worse. Your site gave detailed and honest advice as to how to procede with the regimen. I began right away and within 3-4 days, began to see a dramatic improvement. I am now entering week three and even though I have had some flare-ups, my skin is remarkably clear and smooth. Hello!

I have been using the Bp for around 3 weeks now and i feel fantastic!
i still have a few pimples an my face but it is nothing compeard to what it was!!
i feel alot more confident and just all in all great!
Because i have very sensitve skin :S i was really worried about starting using the bp....Did you know that Bp is used in hair dye???
I started using it slower than Dan had said to, for the first week i only used Bp once a day and then slowly worked up.
my mum brought me some bp produce of the internet (I would have gotten Dans produce but it costs ALOT to ship things out to Iceland) its called Panoxyl Aquagel 2.5%. Works like a charm!! i also use Panoxyl Aquagel wash 10%. Only use a pea size amount in the morning and evening. Moisturisers from the Body Shop are great! i use mango body butter for very dry skin on really dry places on my face(I am a skier and my face is regulary exposed. the mango body butter is quite shiny) and Q10 Moisturising day cream.
I told my friend about this product, but she found it a bit to long to put everything on in the morning and her makeup, She found a really good product caled Zinerit. You can only get it at the doctors (Lucky her her dads a doctor)- this has not compleatly cleard her up but she is now a totally new person, and lookes great!
I can not wait till my 8 weeks are up and i can show my face totally clear to the world with a big smile on my face!

I am a 40 year old mother of three that has been dealing with cystic acne for years.

I was at the end of my rope with my skin and it was getting worse every day. My chin area would break out so badly that it would physically hurt to smile. My daughter had seen a physician who put her on minocycline, antibiotic refrigerated cream, topicals and birth control-yaz. This child had flawless skin in high school and had massive breakouts in college. When the physician directed regime didn't work, she was willing to try Dan's regime for 4 weeks. Well, in 3 weeks the regime worked wonders. In 4 weeks, the active acne was gone.

I love the fact that Dan's regime is all otc-over the counter- and cost effective. Now, she's working on fading the hyperpigmentation areas. THANKS Dan for sharing your regime.

I wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the information on this site. It has totally transformed my skin and life!!! I came across the website as I was desperate to improve my skin for my wedding which took place last week. I started the regimen back in January. I was first in two minds about whether to take the Dianette pill or try the routine. I opted for the routine and it worked! I had the most amazing wedding last week and no spots!!!!!!! I cleared my back, chest, shoulders and neck! I only had mild acne but I have had this since I was about 11, I am now 33. The best thing is a couple of weeks before the wedding I decided to stop the BP cream and have found that my spots are not returning. I think the key for me has been the moisturisation. It's so funny as if someone told me to use moisturiser on my body before I came across your site, my reaction would have been 'no way, that would make my skin more greasy!'. But now I think I have been getting spots mostly because of dry skin. Anyway, I actually went swimming the other day with my little boy and did not feel self-conscience and I am now looking forward to wearing a bikini on the beach this year. Last year I sat on the beach with a t-shirt over my bikini.

First of all, I just wanted to thank you Dan, for taking the time to not only trying to find a solution for yourself but also for others suffering with acne. Your persistance in creating quality and affordable products really shows. I went through all my teenage years without acne, until the age of about 18 when I started to get acne and it really through me for a loop. I tried EVERYTHING, with little success. Some products even made the acne worse, to the point of sensitizing my skin. I just decided that I was just gonna give up and settle with the skin I had, until accidentally coming across your website. The way that you explained the products and procedures really intrigued me.So I ordered the products and hoped for the best. I was so impressed with the results right away. I, fortunately had no sensitivity to the BP, just a little dryness. That eventually faded away. My skin got better and better.
