Hey Dan,
I just wanted to thank you so much for developing the regimen. I had been doing it for a long time on my own- wash, BP, moisturizer, but I never saw the dramatic results I was looking for. Then I compared what I was doing with your regimen and figured out I needed to be using BP twice daily and needed to moisturize every time. I've gotten a lot more consistent, doing the same things each day and trying to keep improving results by doing little things like not touching my face, changing my pillow sheets ect. It's been amazing, I have no new breakouts, just working on reducing the scarring I have. Something that has helped tremendously as well as a bonus is calamine lotion(with antihistamine). I put it on before bed and wake up with an even skin tone and a lot less redness. Thank you for your great work on here! I always come and check out reviews before putting anything on my face.

Dear Dan, I am 34 and had acne as a teen but nothing bad. Then this last year, I have had it worse than ever before in my life! I remember the very first pimple I ever had. I was eight, and it was the end of my 3rd grade school year. It was the first of many. I have struggled with acne for almost 18 years. A very, very, very long 18 years. I do not think that people who have not struggled with acne can understand the devastating effect it has on those who have it. It alters who you are as a person, physically and emotionally and changes how you behave in social situations.

Early on, everyone told me it would go away. But as I looked at my mother, who in her 40s still battles acne, I knew that wasn't true. My mother, father and brothers have all suffered. I was lucky, my mother and brothers have some of the most intense "crater" scarring. I seemed to escape that. In my quest for clear skin I have tried EVERYTHING. Every OTC medication (Clearisil, Nutrogena, Clean and Clear, Ahava, Clinique, ProActiv, Murad, MD Formulations, BE Blemish Therapy Line, I could go on for days.) I tried just about everything my dermatologist could think of, from Differin to Retin-A to chemical peels, with no lasting results. Finally, 3 years ago I took Accutane. Contraversial as it might be, Accutane gave me something I hadn't had since I was 8...clear skin. It was the most amazing and liberating year of my life. But alas, it wasn't permanent. While my chest and back have never broken out again, my face was another story. I was no longer a candidate for Accutane as I had some serious side effects, ones that I will suffer the rest of my life from. I would do it all again in heart beat though. But, I'd pretty much just accepted that I was going to have acne the rest of my life. Then, I finally decided to try the regimen. I was pretty skeptical because it looked too simple, too easy; too cheap... I'd tried BP plenty of times before and got no results. Let me just say this. My products for the regimen arrived one week ago today. As I write this letter, my face is almost perfectly CLEAR. I can never thank you enough.

Hi Dan, Thought it was about time a wrote a soundbite for your success story page. ------ I am 27 years old and have suffered from mild but persistent acne since I was 14. In that time I have tried countless OTC treatments also accutane, topical and oral antibiotics, topical retinoids, and androgen inhibiting contraceptives. Depressingly, the acne persisted. I have been following the regimen for 6 months and I have been clear for 6 months. How fantastic! My friends and parents have all noticed my even spot-free skin. And now I am clear - I realise the full scope of how acne had affected me - low confidence, self doubt, frustration, the obsessive worrying over my skin and constant constant constant peering in the mirror! heyy dan! thank you soo much for this regimen! i have suffered with acne for years, and i tried everything. seriously, i was almost going to go on birth control for my acne against my parents wishes, thats how desperate i was! then, i made a post about acne on another board and they said to try your regimen. i knew this stuff had to work, since it seems like you know what youre talkin about! well, you do! i bought everything yesterday morning, and my skin is already clearing up! i couldnt find the recommended face wash, so i bought the neutrogena transparent bar soap, since that helped my brother with his acne. your regimen is amazing! i hope the results keep getting better. im just soo surprised that i saw results in less than 24 hours! my overall complexion has improved, and there are much more smooth areas on my skin now. i cant wait to show my family at our christmas party now! thank you for giving me more confidence. im truly amazed!

I was lucky to stumble on your website after doing a web search on acne. To be honest, I was a little sceptical at first. But now, I can't thank you enough.

After years of BP 10% (which on many occasions had literally burnt off my spots), I was a little hesitant to try out your regime. But, after trying out everything on this planet I decided it was no loss. So I bought myself a tube of Neutrogena OTS. The regime wiped out my spots in just a matter of days but it was extremely drying. But I persevered and went through the first 2 weeks of agony. Although OTS managed to get rid of my spots (and kept them away for a month), I hated the white flaky residue that came with it. And it was a nightmare to spread around the face. So, I decided to order a couple of tubes of the CSR gel.

The CSR was an instant miracle! I've been on the regime for 5 months now and never get any breakouts, only the occasional spot (coz of picking or a late night). I've also been able to use other thicker moisturisers & serums to soften my skin. And all the red marks left behind by my previous spots have virtually gone. So many people have complimented on my skin recently!

And the best thing is that after 5 months, I am still using the same tube of CSR gel! I think I must be one of the lucky ones who can use just a small layer (I have a very small face!). I'm now onto the last dregs and took your advice and cut the tube in half and scooped the residue into a small container. I think it will last another month!

I'm a 26 year old male from North Wales in the UK. I have been following the Regime now for over a year, quite simply this is the first acne treatment that has worked for me over a sustained period of time. I like a number of other people have tried x-amount of the prescription and non-prescription products available, some did work but not for any great period of time. The Regime is the first to still be working after a year, so THANK YOU.

I would love to say that the Regime has changed my life single handidly, but it wouldn't be quite true. What it has done simply is stop me from getting spots, which in turn has made me a more confident (overly confident in a few peoples eye), attractive (the few people maybe right), happy, carefree individual.

I'm not sure a simple thank you is a big enough statement of gratitude, but it any how 'THANK YOU' again.

I want to thank you so much for saving my skin and my money! I took Accutane in my late teens but had a resurgence of acne in my late 30s (I am now 40). I was using Proactive which was very expensive and the toner seemed unnecessary. So, once I found your website I knew I had found the solution.
I did have excessive dryness at the beginning of the regimen, but once I added the Jojoba oil to my moisturizer, it has been perfect.
