The Regimen success stories

I fought acne as a teenager and thought I'd grown out of it, thankfully! But as an adult, and as I entered a pretty stressful time in my life, I broke out again. It was terrible and my self-esteem really suffered. It was the awful, painful systic acne I'd had as a teenager. I had no idea what to do. I guess I thought it was a phase and it would clear up, but after several months, I knew I was dealing with something more serious. I tried Proactiv because it had worked for me when I was younger, but this time, as an adult, it did nothing. One afternoon, in one last depserate attempt, I did a search on acne. The very first site that came up was Acne.org. So I read about the Regimen and tried it out with some stuff I already had at the house. I saw some minor improvement so I ordered Dan's products. It's now been about four months and my skin is completely healed. I unfortunately have some scarring from some of my more severe breakouts, but overall, my skin has drastically improved. Just the other day my husband looked at me and told me how beautiful I was! I just wanted to tell you that I'm hooked. I'll continue using the products and I just added the AHA to my daily ritual. I decided to try the regimin after reading Dan's story which
sounded just like my own. I've had moderate/severe acne for
about 17 years, and I've tried everything. The only thing that
ever worked was accutane, but I don't recommend it. My acne
was flaring up again when I went to the web to try something
new and found the regimen. I've been using it for a few
months now, and it actually works! My skin is about 95%
better which I am very happy with. My skin will never be
perfect because I have a lot of scars and enlarged pores from
the many years of acne, and I still get the occasional pimple,
but my skin is so much better now! I don't use the regimen
perfectly though. I use apricot scrub with my cleanser and
neutrogena foundation and powder. I would advise anyone to
try the regimen. Give it at least a few months before quitting.
Acne takes time to heal. Your skin does adjust to the BP and
stops itching after a few weeks, but lots of BP is key! My skin
peeled at first, but now it barely needs any moisturizer.

I've had mild to moderate acne my entire life. I 've seen dermatologists back when I was a teen and was put on antibiotics, differen gel. Months later there was no impovement. I tried Retin A. It was a disaster for me.I started using proactive, it worked ok but not great. Now I'm 27, married with 2 kids and I am just sick of dealing with acne. I thought I should've grown out of this by now, but I haven't. So then I came across Acne.org, thought I would try it. It worked better then anything I've worked with! My skin started to improve right away and I was feeling like I was on the right track, just a few cystic zits would show up, so I went back to a new dermatologist this time he recommends a mild antibiotic for the cysts and to continue with acne.org. A few check ups later and he's impressed with the product and my results. I use Cetaphil (normal to oily) to wash my face, then the acne.org treatment twice daily. I use Aveeno moisturizing lotion as needed. Now most days I don't even wear makeup! And I still look and feel good going out! Its amazing! Thanks Dan!

Dear sir, I am a 16 years old that has a type of cystic acne that was unfortunately passed on to me by my mother and father both (more so my mother). Its rather painful and usually lasts me about a month before I am relieved of these horrible cysts. I am currently on Minocycline and have been on many other medications to try to reduce the acne in some way. Nothing really seemed to work over time I just developed an immunity toward to drugs and had to move on to something different with no guarantee that it would help at all. Dan, you are my saviour.

At the age of 20 I began developing extremely scarring cystic acne on both sides of my cheeks. Before that (in high school) I would get the occasional whitehead or two and plenty of blackheads. But this time it was extremely bad. It wouldn't go away and I didn't know why. I remember not wanting to leave the house because I was so sure that everyone was always staring at my huge red acne. I used expensive department store regimens, ProActiv, Murad. Doctors prescribed doxycycline and tretinoin cream. I even did some $300 IPL treatment. Nothing worked.
I had a friend with the same problem who heard about your regimen through another friend. She started using it and her face cleared up dramatically. I was still a little skeptical; afterall, I spent thousands of dollars on countless products and procedures and none of them worked.

I can't thank you enough Dan. I've had fairly sever acne since I was in junior high. I'm 21 and for the first time since then I am clear. I have to say it took some patience, but within a few months I had clear skin, and the customer service is great (when a tube of BP was sent 1 week late, I wasn't charged for it). I'm finally rid of this annoying thing and can concentrate, get some sleep, and have some confidence. It sucks feeling bad about your appearance, but unfortunately we're made to feel that way. That good thing about having or having had acne is you have sympathy. I was more stressed about the dry skin and the painfull pimples than my apperance. I came across your website about 2 months ago. I have oily skin, and moderate acne with 1 or 2 bad blemishes and moderate rosesea under my eyes. I have dealt with this for 15 years. I have been through all the antibiotics and topicals, and was on the verge of accutane.

I started with the on-the-spot for a week until I got your BP gel.

The gel is great, and is sufficiently hydrated that I've found no need for the moisturizer. I endured maybe 2 days of mild irritation at the outset.
