I had to write and say THANK YOU for everything you do on here. I never had a problem with acne until I was in my 20's. I felt ashamed and embarrassed because I was an adult and shouldn't be breaking out like a teenager. I tried everything to make the acne stop and nothing worked. I would just end up frustrated on the verge of tears with a face full of acne and an empty valet.

My best friend came upon your website (Acne.org) and tried your regimen. Two days later she sent me an email saying I had to try it because she was already seeing positive results with her skin. I was skeptical at first because I felt as though I had tried everything already and the only thing I should be concentrating on was accepting a life with acne.
Thankfully, I decided to give it a shot. First I tried the store products you recommended. Within 3 days my face looked fantastic! Hey Dan, I'd just like to start with expressing how thankful I am for you and your ance regimen. I am 17 and a senior at PHS and have never had a bad enough case of ance for my parents to take me to the dematologist, however, it was still enough to make me very self-concious. My story is not unlike others... I have battled acne for many years. It started to get bad when I turned 14. I am 20 now, and I spent my entire teenage years hating my face, trying to cover it with ugly thick makeup. I tried EVERYTHING. I have been using 'the regimen' for exactly a year and what a difference it has made. Every morning I get up and am so thankful I found your website. Last year my acne was so bad that with the exception of going to work I never left my house. My face was alive with cystic acne and it was horrible. I had seen several doctors about my acne and they had concluded that the only way to mitigate it would be by taking accutane.

With the thought of accutane only minimizing rather than alleviating my symptoms I began to feel depressed. I didn't want to subject my body to such harsh drugs. However, the reality was that I was watching my twenties slip by as I hid my face at home. I needed to do something and then my husband found your website. I have faithfully executed the regimen for a year now and my cystic acne is HISTORY. My self confidence has returned and I once again feel up to making friends and going out. I wish I could tell the whole world about your website. If nothing else I think you should be a candidate for sainthood with the grassroots efforts you have made.

It's really all about the regimen. It just makes so much sense. I started having serious issues with acne when I was 14. I'm talking horrible cystic acne on my chin. So I started Proactiv which sort of worked. Kind of. The problem with Proactiv is the cleanser which is just a horribly irritating exfoliator. Nobody should be exfoliating their face two times a day. Anyways, so there I was slowly killing my skin until I clued in that the only thing that was helping was the benzoil peroxide. So I stopped using the other garbage and was only using the benzoil peroxide. Miracle. My face was beautiful. Beautiful. However, it didn't last as long as I would have liked because as I was increasing the amount of BP I was using, I wasn't getting a shipment of Proactive soon enough. So then I thought it just wasn't working anymore. I cancelled my account and tried different products for about a year. No good. Then last April, I found this site. And there it was; the words benzoil peroxide. So I went to the pharmacy and I bought the stuff Clean and Clear makes which is 5% but nonetheless... I had beautiful skin again just in time for my highschool graduation and it was the best feeling in the world. I've been using it ever since and I still get the same great benefits. The only problem I'd say is that the 5% really does increase my skin sensitivity but I havent been able to find any 2.5% bezoil peroxide anywhere close to home. So i'll settle. I've never had such beautiful skin and I just want to say thank you. This really does work. I gave myself a month with a good, oil-free moisturizer, and I saw amazing results. Thank you so much!

Thank you Dan! You see, I've never had terribly bad acne - just a patch of acne here, a little patch there. Still though it bothered me a lot and has given me a lot of self esteem issues throughout the years. Nothing I had tried had ever seemed to really phase the acne. I was greatfull my outbreaks weren't extremely big, but I was upset I couldn't seem to make it go away.
About a week ago I hopped on the PC looking for a new solution, frustrated that this "All natural miracle acne facewash" I had just paid 60 dollars on gave me a huge outbreak. I recently got on the acne.org regiment. It has considerably helped clear up my acne. At times I would have clear skin but it would only last a week tops and then slowly my face would break out again. It seemed like I was on a 3 week cycle between being clear and breaking out. I have been using the acne.org regiment for 2 weeks now and my face is clear. I have HIGH hopes for this product and hope the results last for many months to come. In addition to this regiment I also use Murad skin dietary supplements, Murad's toner, and I sleep on Canopy's skin therapy pillow cases (VERY smooth). I also try to eat healthy.

Everyone is different and I am a firm believer that it takes TIME to find something that works for you. I have been using different products with various results for the past 3 years! Hang in there and remember you need to approach acne from the inside and outside. Acne.org regiment handles that outside component and I am a fan! Just a side note, the moisturizer that comes with the regiment is the best I've ever used on my face in my entire life. I would recommend this to family and friends it's that good.
