I came online to order my usual and saw the TLC segment. If i still had the acne i would say PIC ME...but your product has worked wonders for me. I am 27 years old and i am free of acne w/out being on oral meds/prescription meds, for the first time. I have done it all, proactive, murad, rentin A, tropical's, Acutane (worst stuff in the world), birth control the level the hormones, since i was 11 years old. Several Dr.'s told me that i would suffer from Cystic Acne for the rest of my life and just accept it, so i almost did. Until i found your website. My first impression was..."yeah right. This product wont work, esp with no scrubbing!! Ive done everything under the sun, how could these simple steps help?" BUT IT DID!!! Granted, i still get a little one here and there, but come on, nothing like it was before. I used to wear soooo much makeup that i looked like a circus freak, now all i wear is a little powder on my face w/ mascara and that it. My self confidence has sky rocketed. I used to be soooo scared to even go out in public when i had 6 or seven boils on my face. I have so many pictures when my face was soooo bad that i should try to find them and send them to you, and you can see the outcome. I have never written to anyone praising them for a product, but you truly have changed my acne routine. Being GENTILE is the key. I now treat my face as if it were a delicate peach that I don't want to bruise. Before I used to scrub w/ brillo-pad-like substances. Thank you again so much for inventing this product. I hope it stay's around forever so I will never run out.

I am a 26 year old Asian male who had suffered from acne for 15 years. It is with great happiness that I share this amazing acne clearing experience with you. Thanks to Dan and his regime.

Subsequent to mild acne since 11, I started having very severe breakouts from 13 or 14. I was on accutane for about five years on and off, three months being the longest interval. During the course of medication, my acne built up its tolerance against accutane all the way up to 80mg/day. At the time, I was 17 weighing around 135lb.

Unfortunately, moderate acne gradually returned about a year after I went off the pills. Being emotional and desperate, I tried just about everything available for treatment. It was literally a dead end for me. I couldn’t find anything effective. My face burned, itched, and flaked. I always had at least ten pustules with multiple red/brown spots….and severe white and black heads.

One day, I tumbled on Dan’s website and learned about his regimen. Always searching for ways to make my skin better, his unique routine caught my attention. I studied the regimen closely, including his shaving guidelines, and decided to give it a try with his 2.5% BP at first.

Amazingly, a dramatic change came just within days. I experienced a moderate level of burning, itching, and peeling for the first 10 days. Thereafter, pustule and red/brown spots completely vanished by the end of second week. Whiteheads significantly lessened as well.

As Dan advised, my acne returned when I stopped the regimen for a week. But I noticed the size of the pimples were very small and significantly less severe. From this little test, I was able to affirm that the method was effective.

This morning, I placed an order for Dan's full StarterKit. I can't wait to get it.

I did, however, decide to follow your treatment steps to the letter for my face, neck and back and used the "Drug Store" brands you recommended and guess what???? It worked! Hi Dan,

Just a thank you for your website and concern. Last year, my 12 yr-old son had begun to suffer with mild acne. It was beginning to progress with each month that went by. After trying prescription medicine and OTC acne products,with no success, I found your website. The success stories gave me confidence to have my son try out your products.
It took a full three months (even though his acne was mild it was resistant), but his skin is now basically clear. What a difference! He is a very happy teenager now.
I want to encourage new members to persevere with the products. My son had difficulty at first seeing results and keeping exactly to the regimen. He had some setbacks learning what would work for him, but I encouraged him to not give up. Family and friends are now complimenting him on how clear his skin looks.

Thanks for this site, Dan. Have to admit, having been on strong medications for the past 9 years of my life, that didn't seem to work all that well, I was a bit skeptical about something so simple. But having tried the regimen, I'm absolutely amazed that it actually works really well!!!! I know it's a bit clichéd but it has changed my life. I used to swim competitively but gave up after my skin got so bad that I couldn't stand to be seen without heavy make-up. I started training again yesterday. :o) My disappearing acne has also given me the confidence to pursue a career in Law. Oh, and I was really close to taking isotretonin, but I’m so glad I found this site before I did! I can’t thank you enough.

I wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the information on this site. It has totally transformed my skin and life!!! I came across the website as I was desperate to improve my skin for my wedding which took place last week. I started the regimen back in January. I was first in two minds about whether to take the Dianette pill or try the routine. I opted for the routine and it worked! I had the most amazing wedding last week and no spots!!!!!!! I cleared my back, chest, shoulders and neck! I only had mild acne but I have had this since I was about 11, I am now 33. The best thing is a couple of weeks before the wedding I decided to stop the BP cream and have found that my spots are not returning. I think the key for me has been the moisturisation. It's so funny as if someone told me to use moisturiser on my body before I came across your site, my reaction would have been 'no way, that would make my skin more greasy!'. But now I think I have been getting spots mostly because of dry skin. Anyway, I actually went swimming the other day with my little boy and did not feel self-conscience and I am now looking forward to wearing a bikini on the beach this year. Last year I sat on the beach with a t-shirt over my bikini.

First off, let me start by saying THANK YOU for your regimen! I'll tell you my story before asking the questions:

I started the regimen with eucerin daily skin lotion, and got BAD reactions from it. My face felt like it was on fire, and I turned red. People constantly asked me if I had a sunburn (I'm pretty pale normally). My skin also flaked out and all the old dead skin cells showed! It looked a mess! Discouraged but not defeated, I kept going with it, and after 2 months, it stopped hurting my face and the redness cleared a bit...but my skin was still flaky with dead cells! It looked gross! I started using more lotion, and that kept my skin looking fine, but oily. My acne (moderate) started clearing up everywhere but my chin which was as bad as ever. I figured this is the best it's going to get, so I may as well stick with it.

Fast forward a few months later. The burning was completely gone, and my skin looked REALLY good except for my chin (which was kind of a mess) and flaking was minimal and controllable. However, one day I thought about this dead skin around my mouth. I wondered if there was any connection between the dead skin cells around my mouth and the acne around my mouth/chin...

I know this completely goes against your regimen instructions, but one day I figured I'd try to take a washcloth and scrape all the dead skin off. After about 10 minutes of good scraping, I got all of the dead skin off. My face was red, but that cleared up after a few hours. Every day from here on, I scraped any excess skin off my face (after soaping but before applying BP and lotion)...

Fast foward again another month. My chin (and now my whole face) is completely CLEAR! THANK YOU SO MUCH! The only extra tidbit it took was exfoliating all the dead skin cells!

Dan, I would have made a great before and after person... unfortunately, I didn't take the before photo. It would have been unsightly but it would have truly shown the difference three weeks makes. I'm 33 years old and female and over the past year have experienced horrible acne that got progressively worse and worse. I was getting several whiteheads a day and overnight that would turn into monster pimples and my skin was extremely oily. I am fair skinned and freckled! But I guess the stress and hormones were really destroying my skin. I was extremely depressed and have considered Accutane but I am trying to have a baby so that wasn't an option. My mother sent me your web site on September 7 and I bought the on the spot treatment that day. The first three nights I had burning and itching but the b.p. hasn't irritated my skin since then. My face is still healing but I am getting fewer and fewer new pimples and today I actually went out without makeup for the first time in a year! My face is not nearly as oily either. Your web site has changed my life and what's really exciting is that your regimen is not expensive at all (I used Proactiv for a couple years... that worked well until I went off the pill). The guidance on limiting irritation is excellent. I think I was exacerbating my condition by using the new Oily of Olay cleansing cloths... they were really scratchy on my face. Now I'm just using Cetaphil (huge bottle of this available at Costco for $6.99). I really hope your book comes out... and I do apologize for not taking the photo before I started this. You really would not believe it.
