The Regimen success stories

This regimen is really something special. I can't thank you enough Dan for having the courage and heart to eventually figure this regimen out. Having done this for about a month, I can say I am about 75% clear. Mind you, I've missed a wash here or there so I might have been completely clear if I followed the regimen perfectly.

I found this website right before the fall semester started. Looking at my face depressed me. When classes started, I feared talking to my peers. Using Dan's products has saved me. I don't think my skin will ever get as bad as it did.

I've used proactive (stopped working over time), Accutane (quit after it started affecting my lower back), Salicylic acid (harsh and irritated my skin), and many more over the counter products that gave short term satisfaction.

I've have acne for 15 years and was very depressed throughout when the acne would flare up. I'm African American & have highly oily skin and would literally get a pimple everyday I just about had every type of pimple you could imagine. When I went to see the dermatologist a few years ago she said that a topical treatment wouldn't work for the cystic and commedome acne that I had so I was prescribed Accutane for a few months and after it started to stiffen my lower back I decided to stop and deal with my acne instead. Jan to May 2012 was the most depressing time for me I would cry at night because my face was broken out all over with huge cystic acne, they were red and just throbbing with pain plus I scarred easy so I'd try to hide it with makeup. In June I came across an acne.org users page on youtube and I saw the change, though skeptical because of what the dermatologist had told me I decided I don't have anything to loose so why not try this from June-September 2012 my face has cleared up 90+ percent.

Its truly a blessing. I'm happy when I look at myself in the mirror and don't feel like a slave to makeup anymore.
The products I purchased was the original kit plus the AHA treatment that helped the most with allowing my skin to shed the dead pore clogging skin.

Two weeks ago I accidentally stumbled upon your site while I was desperately seeking some acne answers. You and your dedication to this site has changed my life as a whole. Suffering with adult acne for the last 6 years I have searched for someone to get me started on the right regimen. I was using Murad and when that too was failing, I had lost hope...until I found you. My chin and cheek areas have always been the problem. I had small bumps on my chin all the time and they would never go away and sometimes turn in to huge dark cyst. Just days after starting your regimn my face cleared and is continuing to stay clear. I just can't believe someone has finally helped me! I use the Neutrogena cleansing bar, On-the-spot BP, Olay sensitive moisture, and the Alpha Hydorx Enhanced lotion(which I love!). My name is Angie and I have had acne since I was 13 or 14 and am now 25 just about to turn 26. I started seeing a dermatologist when I was 19 and after about 5 years I had tried everything they had even 2 rounds of Accutane when at age 21 I developed cystic acne. None of it helped except the Accutane but we all know it stops working after you stop taking it and the side effects are awful. I stopped seeing my dermatologist about a year ago when I realized she had nothing that would help me. I don't have severe acne anymore but I usually have several breakouts at a time and b/c I have fair skin they leave ugly red marks that last for months. I have really oily skin and stopped wearing makeup all together about a month ago. Anyway my point is that about 2 weeks ago I was sitting at home and I decided to look on the internet for possible acne treatments that I hadn't tried yet and yours was the first website I looked at. I know God answered my prayers and directed me to your site b/c my skin is finally clearing up. I have only been on the regimen for about a week and a half but my skin is almost perfectly clear. The night I started it I had 3 big pimples on my forehead and when I got up the next morning they were gone!!! I was amazed and so happy!!! I know that there may still be more pimples that will pop up but that's ok b/c I'm gonna stick with the regimen b/c I know it works!! I have read a lot of other people's experiences too on your message boards and it makes me so happy to know that other people in my same situation are finally getting clear skin too. I've had relatively moderate acne since I turned 18, I'm now 23, and was using proactive for the last 5 years on and off with less than perfect results. At the best times I would go a couple days with no pimples, but usually sported an average of about 5 on my face at any given time. Tried a few other things, but proactive seemed to be the only thing that could keep it from getting any worse.

Researching acne on the net years ago I stumbled on this website, but decided I would stick with the proactive at that time. Frustration was starting to set in pretty bad at this point because some days my face wood look good, and other days I would have 2-3 pimples that would cause me to cancel dates just so girls wouldn't know I had acne.

Getting to the point here, I recently decided to try Dans regimen (with his products, great value IMO) and had nothing short of a skin miracle. After starting the regimen I literally developed no new pimples since, all the red marks that were on my face from previous pimples are almost gone and i feel GREAT! Best part is I haven't even had to use moisturizer, the 2.5% BP doesn't even dry my face out to the point it feels tight or flakes. AND I USE A LOT OF BP, large bead along middle fingers entire length.

Don't know what else to say, IT JUST WORKS (for me anyway)

I strongly encourage anyone that is contemplating trying this regimen to do it!!! i would also recommend using dans products seeing as they have worked so good for me, and I find them quite affordable considering what I'm getting out of the deal.

Dear Dan,
I am writing to you, four days in, and I just wanted to tell you that your regimine has given me results that I have never had; especially in such a short amount of time.

I suffered with mild acne during my teen years and had cystic acne in my early twenties, on my face and on my back. I am currently 36, and have tried just about everything. I did two rounds of accutane; first with excellent results and then about six years later with so-so results. During the hurricane, (fortunately, I live in an area that wasn't affected with power loss - but I was landlocked), I watched endless youtube videos about make-up and one girl mentioned your product. I came to your website and realized that I had used many of the products you suggest (specifically benxoylperoxide and cethaphil) but not like how described. I recalled the benzoyl wash that cleared my back acne prior to my first accutane treatment and wondered why it hadn't worked for my face. However, the accutance did, but didnt prevent the years of acne breakouts that followed, even after my second round.

I went out to get cethaphil, neutrogena on-the-spot tx, oil of olay moisturizer and jojoba oil and began the regimine and let me tell you (what you already know) MY SKIN HAS NEVER LOOKED THIS CLEAR!!!! and I have every faith that in the next few months it will not only get clearer, but the break outs will cease. I intend to order your alphahydroxide and your gel bp.

Currently, I don't have any flaking, but my face is a little itchy and I am making a concious effort to stop touching my face. I never thought I could use a moisturizer everyday, especially twice a day; but so far, so GREAT. I wish I knew about this fifteen years ago but glad I know about it now.

There is no way that after all these years it could be so simple. I read over the stories of people who thank you from the bottom of their hearts and when it comes down to it this is an extremely emotional issue. People trust their doctors...only spot treat with benzoyl peroxide, it will ruin your skin otherwise etc...spending your savings on expensive regimes, losing out on promotions, romance, social activities due to low self esteem. How horrible! I was 12 when it started and I really thought one day it will stop. When I'm grown up. I'm 29 and it still haunts me. But I found your web site and I started the regime and it really works! And it's inexpensive at that. I don't know what I would've done if I didn't have the computer. This needs to come out in non-computer form for the others. This is crazy!!!! I am deeply grateful and cannot tell you the reality of what a difference clear skin can make in a persons life. love,
