Without trying to sound too corny, I would like to take this opportunity to say that, quite simply: you have saved my life!
Yes, it is true. I am 40-year-old English male living in Hua Hin, Thailand for the last 3 and a half years years and have suffered from bad acne and extremely oily skin since I was 19-years-old. I had tried everything from topical lotions like Quinoderm to tablets like Oxytetracycline to sun machine treatments: nothing worked - apart from Roaccutane. But, that was just too hardcore and was very detrimental to my body so i decided to stop it.
So, as I was about to give up, I came across your website by chance. I saw the Regimen and thought: why not?
The rest is history. Your Regimen works very well. My acne is now minimal to zero and, although my very oily skin is still the same, the spots are gone. I am very happy and now I am no loger scared to look into a mirror!
The heat and humidity here is incredible and relentless so oily skin is a small price to pay for living here.

Thank you so much for posting your site, I can't believe something is working to clear up my skin!! I have tried absolutley everything, but after using your routine for about 2 weeks my skin is definitley improving. My skin is peeling and does get some redness, but those unpredictable breakouts are gone and the new skin exposed by the peeling is acne free!! Hello I just wanted to let you know your skin regimen has worked & is still working for me. This past couple of years my skin just went bananas & broke out moderately. I used to be able to sleep in my makeup and nothing happened. I was so desperate so I searched online and found your site and my friend also mentioned your regimen to me. Hey Dan, before i get on to the Regimen, I just wanted to say thanks so much for creating this neutral and informative website. I feel that I can trust the information, that it has been well researched and has no commercial alterior motives.

I've had light to sometimes moderate acne since my early teens and have been tormented by it during bad outbreaks. I committed all the original sins like washing my face too much, irritating it with too much products - because I thought acne was caused by dirt or "grease" and desperately wanted to have control over it.

I started using the Regimen before but didn't use it properly - i was using the Benzoyl Peroxide as a spot treatment, infrequently and with a harsh cleanser like Clearasil. It made my skin dry and flaky so i stopped using it.

But then after reading through the site properly, a few years later, and understanding the science behind how it works, I started the Regimen again, building up the benzoyl peroxide slowly and using Cetaphil as a gentle cleanser. It took about a month to see results.

And now I've been doing it for about 6 months and for the first time in years, I am comfortable seeing people without make up on. I still have occasional breakouts but they are much more infrequent and much more managable. I catch the inflammation sooner and it is generally less noticeable under makeup. Gradually my skin is getting better and better because I'm getting less breakouts and so therefore there is less red scarring when my skin is clear.

I almost didn't want to write because i don't want to jinx it. But i am continuing to apply a thin layer of benzoyl peroxide every morning and evening, to maintain this.I use a Vichy Normaderm moisturiser, Clean and Clear Oil Blotting sheets throughout the day (because of makeup) and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup. I've also for the first time been in a position to wear night cream (Nivea).

I just wanted to say thanks for making this product so easy to get. I am 20 and have had acne for a couple years now and nothing really helped. I tried proactiv for a while and it didnt help much plus was expensive. Yours works so much better and is much more cost efficient. Using your method my face has cleared up much more than it had with anything else, including proactiv, and I am hopeful that it will be gone completely shortly. Also since I live in SF and my order gets here insanely fast. Anyway just wanted to say thanks, it has been a huge help.

To whom it may concern, I am a 27-year old wife and mother of two. I had struggled with moderate acne since the age of about 14. However, after I reached the age of 20 my acne breakouts began to be what I would consider severe. I tried every product on the market, (acne statin, murad, proactive, clearasil, oxy, acid peels, skin creams, egg whites on my skin, I even tried bleach I got so desperate). The dermatologist cost a fortune just for the visits and that didn't even include the medications he was giving me. He tried to convince me that I was breaking out due to hormones and stress, and prescribed medicine to help control my hormones(dioxycyclene) along with 2 bottles of his brand of facial cleanser and toner which costs me $20.00 each. My face was so bad that I shyed away from cameras and hated to go outside. I tried to wear my long-hair in my face to cover it and never looked people in the face. I hated for my husband to look at me. My children and small neices and nephews would always ask me why I had bumps on my face. I would just tell them that I had bad skin. Lately I had just become resolved that this is the skin I was born with and I might as well get used to it. Anyway, I spent time reading your message boards and decided to go ahead and purchase the products. After all, it didn't seem like my face or my self-esteem could get any worse. I've been using the products now for about a week. The first few days were tough. I experienced severe drying, cracking and peeling of my skin and looked somewhat like an alligator:) But I just cut back on the amount of cream I was using and stuck with it. Now here I sit, and much to my surprise ALL of my large, ugly, discolored bumps are GONE. I have not had ANY new bumps since I started using the products and my scars and marks almost completely fell away with all the dead skin that was shed off of my face. All that remains now are baby fine bumps that are all but unnoticeable compared to how I looked before. I'm still in shock. My face hasn't looked this good since before I hit puberty. Hi Dan, I started using your acne regimen three months ago and it started working after two weeks. I haven't had a pimple in three months. Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that after years of having issues with acne, your 2.5% solution seems to have done the trick. I have been on Acutane, a slew of other prescription meds and nothing has helped the way this has. I still can't believe how a simple product can work this well. In terms of effectiveness, this is as good as anything else including accutane. But when you factor in side-effects and cost, this beats everything else including accutane. I wish it was around when I was 16 before I developed my scars :(
