Hey Dan, I'm just writing to say thanks because yes, your regimen works for me also! I'm a 16 year old student from Ireland and have suffered from acne for 3 years, which is not very long considering the length of time some people have had it for, but lets just say I'm glad I found out about this regimen now rather than suffering for more years. Before using your regimen I felt very embarrassed and had low self esteem due to my spots. I tried other over the counter cures but none of them worked, some even made my spots worse. I have tried everything before and nothing worked. I was an adult acne sufferer, everyday there was a new zit on my face and I dread the day when my period comes because I get more and larger zits on my face, not to mention the dark spots from the scars that were healed.

Your regimen has been working for me for more than a year now. At first the 2.5% BP was irritating to the skin but I still continued it until my skin got used to it. I put on the 2.5% BP all over my face to prevent breakouts.

When you look at my face now, its as if I never had a breakout in my life. I only get 1-2 zits whenever I get my period. I am still continuing on with the regimen and have told friends about it and they could say the same thing.

I felt compelled to write to you to thank you so very much for your site, which I came across by accident. My name is Angie and I have had acne since I was 13 or 14 and am now 25 just about to turn 26. I started seeing a dermatologist when I was 19 and after about 5 years I had tried everything they had even 2 rounds of Accutane when at age 21 I developed cystic acne. None of it helped except the Accutane but we all know it stops working after you stop taking it and the side effects are awful. I stopped seeing my dermatologist about a year ago when I realized she had nothing that would help me. I don't have severe acne anymore but I usually have several breakouts at a time and b/c I have fair skin they leave ugly red marks that last for months. I have really oily skin and stopped wearing makeup all together about a month ago. Anyway my point is that about 2 weeks ago I was sitting at home and I decided to look on the internet for possible acne treatments that I hadn't tried yet and yours was the first website I looked at. I know God answered my prayers and directed me to your site b/c my skin is finally clearing up. I have only been on the regimen for about a week and a half but my skin is almost perfectly clear. The night I started it I had 3 big pimples on my forehead and when I got up the next morning they were gone!!! I was amazed and so happy!!! I know that there may still be more pimples that will pop up but that's ok b/c I'm gonna stick with the regimen b/c I know it works!! Dan I am a 24 and have battled acne for quite a few years now. When I was 16 and had beautiful skin I had some lucrative modeling offers, then all hell broke loose when I was 18 and started breaking out. To know that I was a pretty girl under all that redness and pimples was heart breaking. I started your regimen about a week ago. At first I was not seeing the results I wanted because I was rubbing my back with a Loofah mitten.

Big mistake there! I watched your video and noticed you weren't using a cloth or any type of sponge and the way you dried off your back was kind of funny. PAT DRY! So I stopped using the Loofah mitten and began to PAT DRY with the towel. I followed your instructions to the 'T' and got incredible results!

For years I have struggled with constant, annoying, and unsightly bacne. I thought the best way to fight it was to wage all-out war. I have done and tried EVERYTHING to make my skin look good and to keep it clear. It has always gone in cycles; from good to horrible. When it was horrible I didn't want to go to work or out with friends or (heaven knows) be close to someone or have them see me first thing in the morning with no makeup.
