I am a 27 year old woman who suffered from hormonal acne since a teenager, but not anymore!

My skin has always been very sensitive and tends to get red very easily. I tried it all. I bought drugstore products, then tried expensive ones and finally visited several dermatologists who gave me pills and acne treatment products with no success (they only over-irritated my sensitive skin). I visited a dietician and followed a healthy lifestyle (diet + regular exercise) and I felt great, but my skin was a different story.

A month ago, my face was a complete disaster and even strangers felt the need to share their tips about acne with me as if I weren't trying hard enough to get rid of it. The first 4 days my skin was very red and stung a lot, then it started flaking, but after only 5 days I was blessed with clearer skin! I’m on my 4th week and my pores are tiny, my skin feels so smooth I even started applying the Regimen on my forehead too. I get compliments on my skin for the first time in 27 years and I don’t even need to use foundation to cover my blemishes because I don’t have any! I get a tiny whitehead on my nose or chin every other week (that’s why I’m thinking to include AHA in my plan), but nothing to worry about. I am SO thankful for the time and effort you put on your products and website. Hey Dan Add me to your unbelievable list of people who tried your regimen and had success. I'm 35, and everything else in my life is going great except my skin! Since I was about 30, I started getting really bad acne. The kind of blemishes that hurt deep down and take weeks to really go away. I always got them in my chin and it made being close to a guy painful. Also, I'm in public relations so I feel how I look is important....I work out, get my hair done, and spend $$ on clothes.....only to be mortified by an emormous red pimple on my chin. Recently, it started getting worse. And, the worst part is I had started to let my zits control my social life.....as in I'm not going out tonight because I have a pimple and Im embarrassed. I have been able to cut back a little on the BP and I just make sure I cover my chin extremely well in the morning. Right, so it's only been about 3 weeks, but to be fair I could easily have written this a week and a half ago. This stuff is actually a miracle! It's got some magical joo-joo or something that just makes it so fab!!!

I've had bad skin since I was 12 (18 now) and have never really found a 'cure' for acne. Stuff's made it better, stuff's made it worse, but I've never really found anything that made my skin literally perfect. Even when I had phases with no acne, my skin still had a bumpy feeling. In close up pictures, my pores looked clogged and nasty. Just not a nice skin texture.

The Regimen has 1. Gotten rid of ALL my spots and 2. Completely smoothed out my skin. It's stupidly good. My skin now looks crystal clear, and I can easily go out without make-up without wanting to tear my face off.

The only down-sider is maybe that my skin was very awkward after a week of using it, but I know that it was only getting used to the Benozyl Peroxide. It actually feels nice going on now.

So...my verdict? Try this stuff, now. I dawdled around this website for two years before trying it, and I wish I'd tried sooner!

I'm 28 yrs old and just recently started to have adult acne. It was starting to effect my self esteem, especially at work. One day while scouring the web for an answer I found your site. Hi my name is Danny, I am a 32 yr old male that started breaking out at about the age of 26. My lite skin complexion only expounded the problem. I, like many others, secluded myself from going out even to the supermarket. I would get several acne in a certain area of my face and because I would pick at them, you can just imagine the inflammation and scarring which caused the acne to take twice or three times longer to heal. I tried many over the counter products to include holinistic. I also started with RoAccutane, which worsened my situation for the first 4 months and then slowly my acne went away (but not completely) for about 4 months. I did two cycles and then just gave up on the RoAccuntane. My situation was made worse because due to my work, I must shave everyday. Yes, causing irritation and bleeding. So, for awhile I gave up on using any acne products. Until about 3 months ago, I found your website and simply started reading, I followed your regimen and for the first two days I got small pink pimples that healed quickly. I shave with the nuetrogena cleanser and apply BP to the trouble areas. After about 3 weeks, my face was clear, I am not lying. I continue to shave and wash with the nuetrogena cleanser and apply BP during the night only to the trouble areas, even though the trouble areas are clear. My face has never been so clean and clear, I even had a girl tell me that my face was so clear while on a date (she was a bit jealous). One thing that I would like to recommend is that the regimen can be tailored to one's particular needs but always start with the regimen as a base. Another thing is not to STOP your regimen just because your skin clears up, you can lower the amount of medication and applications to suit your needs. I am glad to have found your website and it has given me my self-esteem back.

I would just like to thank Dan and the creators of this website, it contains a large amount of accurate information that I have found very valuable. I recently switched from using ProActiv to the regimen and I am already seeing great results after just a week. ProActiv has worked ok for me for a few years but I just wasn't getting the kind of clear skin I wanted (plus it is REALLY expensive). Since switching I have been using over the counter Neutrogena products and getting results very quickly. I'm glad I tried the Regimen before buying another ridiculously expensive 3 step kit. It has been a little over a week since I started this regimen. For the past few years I have had bumps on my cheeks. And recently I broke out on my forehead. After a few days my cheeks became VERY dry and irritated, but I continued. Now my cheeks are smooth, only after a week. My cheeks haven't been this smooth in years!! Dan I am a 24 and have battled acne for quite a few years now. When I was 16 and had beautiful skin I had some lucrative modeling offers, then all hell broke loose when I was 18 and started breaking out.
