I love your products! I never really suffered from acne, in fact I had super clear skin all the way up to September of 2008. My acne was mild, but going from no acne to mild acne was still a huge deal to me, and it was hard not to reminisce about my once blemish free skin. While googleing acne products, your website came up and I decided to check it out. I bought your products and about after a few weeks, my acne was all cleared up!! I love your products because they aren't harsh on my skin. I've tried things like Clean And Clear, and the moisturizer even seemed to dry out my skin. But your products are awesome! I like how the face soap and lotion is mild, and even the acne medication itself is only 2.5% benzoyl peroxide! So thank you for creating something that works and that isn't harsh on my skin!!

This is a long one. I know your inbox is probably loaded with mail everyday, but I don't care if you only get to read the first few lines of this email, for what it's worth I want to say thank you.
I'm a high school student, I emailed you about 3 or 4 weeks ago thanking you for posting your solution and proclaiming that I had been a week on the regimen. Now it has been a full five weeks and my skin is looking remarkable. Friends at school ask me what I've done for it. I give them all your website URL.
My first three years of high school were messy, I'm sort of a bookworm and I didn't care much about my appearance, I was trying to get good grades for colleges. But my senior year (this year), I wanted to have fun. I wanted to make it a great year and enjoy my last year with my high school friends to the fullest because I felt like I missed out a bit. But during the start of my academic year (September), I started to get acne. I've never had acne before so I tried a bunch of OTC products that didn't work, and my acne started getting worse. I was getting those huge, painful cysts, and they were appearing all over my face. By october I looked like I was one of those 'before' photos for severe acne treatments. This acne persisted Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec until I finally broke down and went into a mini-depression because instead of being excited to go to school, see my friends, and fixing myself up, I barely interacted with anybody and tried to hide my cheeks from my friends. It looked terrible, I literally developed 1 (sometimes 2) cysts a day.
Over winter break I started researching and I came upon your website. I've been following the Regimen and I must say, it is a work of genius. My face is cleared up, my red marks have faded significantly, and now I go to school and interact with everybody, feeling great about my skin. A lot of people noted a change in my posture as well.

Thankyou SO much for the Regimen. It worked great! Its been a month and my skin has changed drastically.
I remember when it dried me out so bad and my skin felt uglier than before, but a day later and my new clear skin was noticeable sticking to the regimen has been SO worth it.
I still have two sore spots, but thankgod theyre not the pustules I would get every week. I used a very simple cleanser from T Zone, Benzac AC and Johnsons cream and wow. I've prevented breakouts so far and i hope it continues.
My skin is actually glowing and the BP has made it so soft and smooth.

Hey Dan,

I just wanna say thankyou for helping me battle my acne. I have never really had ance before and so it has never bothered me. But when i started using many harsh facial products that overly irritated my skin and made it oily, i started getting little red bumps all over my face. At that time, it really didnt bother me much because i thought it will clear soon. But it didnt. After weeks of being bugged by my mum, who constantly warned that my skin looked really bad, i was stupid enough to go out and buy 'clearasil acne face SCRUB' (which promises clear skin in 3 days). When i used it for a few weeks, something became obvious; a mass breakout of papules, blackheads, whiteheads and large pus filled pustules! (clearly the scrub irritated my skin). This was perhaps one of the most depressing experiences i have ever dealt. My social life plummeted as i always made up excuses not to go out with friends and show my face to people. I always hid in my room and closed all the curtaiins and lights off...i tried to hide it. I would also not look in the mirror for i feared seeing myself with the skin condition. Yes, i was very depressed.

Luckily, after searching the net for remedies, i came across your regime. I read all the success stories and so i was convinced that it might work for me; and it did. It took me around 2-3 weeks to see good results and around 6-7 weeks to get clear.

I'm now 28 and have been bothered by acne for over half my life. For almost as long, I've seen more than my fair share of dermatologists and been on just about every acne prescription out there. For me, the only one that completely worked was accutane, which of course has side effects that were hard to cope with. And unfortunately, the benefits of accutane wore off after a year. The effects from a second round of it were similarly short-lived. In my early twenties, after accutane failed to cure my acne, I conceded defeat and let acne rule my life. Not surprisingly, I sunk into a deep depression.

Recently, I regained my determination to live life on my own terms. First, I tried proactiv and then some expensive microdermabrasion and extraction treatments. These were only slightly effective, and very unkind to my wallet. Two months ago, I was almost ready to give up again. Then I came across your site. I immediately went out and bought some recommended BP and moisturizer, and for the last 6 weeks I've completely acne-free! My skin looks just as good as it did right after my accutane regimen--but of course your regimen is cheap and without the nasty side-effects. Thanks Dan for all your dedication to helping acne-sufferers everywhere!

Let me also say that as a medical student, you've influenced my sense of the ideal doctor-patient interaction. My personal doctors were so quick to write prescriptions without first seeing whether cheaper alternatives (which I was not aware of) would work. They also were too busy to explain how to correctly apply the products and which moisturizers were best for acne-prone skin. You, on the other hand, guide us through the regimen, so as to leave no doubt how to correctly follow it. I try to emulate your deliberate approach as I learn how to interact with patients, regardless of the particular malady.

I am a 30 year old women living in Virginia and I wanted to share my acne story with readers.

I had a horrible outbreak of adult acne Oct�07 last year and I think it was mostly because of some personal stress that I was going through. I have had acne problem as young adult (in my early 20s) and at that time I had visited a dermatologist who had prescribed strong medications to get rid of it.

This time I was extremely upset with the ugly acne and I didn�t want to eat those medications again. I had to go back to my home country (India) for a wedding in Jan�08 and I almost thought of cancelling the trip because I was so embarrassed about my skin.

I want to tell you that I have ben using the acne treament (1.5% BP) product for about 2 years, and it has been the best change I've ever made to my skin care regimen. I use to buy all kinds of OTC products and I always struggled with fighting acne.
Now all I use is a once daily exfoliator to clear away the dead skin cells, Dan Kearns Acne treatment and, on occassion, a 10%BP product to simply spot treat a pimple that might pop up.
I no longer spend all my money trying to fight acne, and my skin looks better then it ever has! I 100% attribute the drastic improvement to Dan Kearns Acne Treatment!

I needed you 16 years ago! I have been suffering with acne since I was 12 and now I'm 28. I have spent big bucks over the years and found a few products that worked okay, but never good enough where I was comfortable with my skin. I've had many doctors visits as well. I've been researching a "fix" for years but never had luck. Finally, last week I became determined again to seek something that would work. I found your website and began to read everything. I liked the concept, but had little faith it would work. I decided to give it a try with the current products I had. I've been using proactive for a while now, but couldn't get clear skin. I ran out of the proactive facial cleanser, so I went and bought a gentle facial wash from the grocery store. With the facial wash I had purchased (clean and clear), proactiv's repairing lotion which contains the 2.5 benz peroxide, and proactiv's oil free moisturizer, I started your regime, leaving out the proactive cleanser and toner. Also making sure I was extremely gently. It has been 1 week and my skin is more clear than it has ever been before! I can't believe I've had the correct tools this whole time, but just the wrong technique. Thank you so much. Once my procativ products run out, I will be purchasing your products.

I've always had very clear skin. Then this past November/December I broke out horribly. I had no idea what made my face do it, but it did so bad to where I was embarassed to go out in public. So I ordered Murad at the end of December, only for my face to get even WORSE! I then tried your regiman telling myself that if this didn't work, I would just give up. Thank God it worked!
