The Regimen success stories

Hi Dan, just wanted to share my story because you have an awesome system and I am sooo grateful to you.
I used to post regularly but my face clearing up coincided with getting a job, so I am not spending hours on the net anymore - sorry.

I was sort of pimply when I was 11-17, then for some reason it got really bad from 17+ (it was so hard to socialise at uni) so I went on oral medication (antibiotics/birth control) which I eventually stopped at about age 21 because I didn't like the idea of taking medication. Horrible painful breakouts after that! Nasty nasty miserable time.
I then stumbled on Dan's regimen (wish I had much sooner btw) although I have to say the first two months were hellish because my skin is sensitive and it was peeling VERY badly (felt like hiding during this time). I persevered though, and I think I was completely clear at 6 months. I have been on the regimen about 2.5 years now and am very very VERY glad I have something to control my acne.
(I know I still have acne because sometimes I miss days and voila! it appears).

(word of advice to potential regimen users: keep going, it takes some time; be careful with your favourite clothes because BP can bleach them!; it can also bleach hair, I have a lock of reddish-blonde hair now because it always falls against my face, I think it looks cool though lol)

I have been using the regimen for a couple months now. I use the BP product for sale on this website. I still get occasional pimples (deep, painful ones), and I'm a picker, which makes them worse, but the number has been GREATLY reduced since I started the regimen. I think the results have been great especially since I don't follow it religously. I don't always wash my face before bed and I wear makeup every weekday and sometimes on the weekends.

At first it made my skin REALLY dry and ITCHY, but I did notice fewer pimples almost right away. I would nromally get a least 1 new pimple a day. It took about 4 weeks for the itchiness to go away. Once the itchiness goes away, the regimen isn't hard to keep up with at all. The only thing that is annoying about it now is that it takes a while for the BP cream to dry on my face before I can apply my moisturizer and makeup. I get breakouts on my chest too, and I wish I could use it there without bleaching my clothes as well.

I am writing this to say how absolutely wonderful this regimen is and how it has changed my life! I am a 27 year old female that has been battling adult acne since I was about 18 years old. I have tried everything over the counter and even some prescription topical medications. None of them seemed to work completely. Retin A would work for a while but then the acne would come back even worse. I got so tired of my face hurting and looking awful that one day I went on the internet to do some research of acne on my own. I stumbled across acne.org and after much skepticism decided that I had nothing else to lose but a few more bucks (battling acne has been awfully expensive) so I ordered the products. In a matter of a few days I began to see a difference. I was doing many things wrong, including using a washcloth to "scrub" my face. I have had acne since I was 12 years old. Big, red and sore bumps in my pale skin. I realized just a few months ago that you couldn’t see my real face color anymore because of all the scars. I have literally tried everything except going to the doctor to get a prescription of pills. I have struggled for 5 years, and it wasn´t until 4 weeks ago that I found out about acne.org. For years I have been scrubbing my face, used alcohol to soak my face in and used so many strong chemicals that promise to take away my acne after a month. Yeah, right...

About 4 weeks ago I was searching about a new acne treatment, and I stumbled over this website. I was stuck by the computer the whole day, reading and learning more about acne than ever. I thought I had to try this out, my problem couldn´t get any worse than it already was. So I did my research on Swedish pharmacy cleansers and so on that was gentle to the skin. In Sweden we only have benzoyl peroxide in 5%, but I figure I could work it out anyway with only using it once a day. So now, after going by the regimen for a month, I could not have been any happier. My skin is clear! I get a few pimples now and then, but not like before. And because of the gentle products I use, and because of the gentle washing and drying with a towel, my scars isn´t as red as before, and I actually have my real color again instead of all the redness!

I am so happy and proud and the regimen really works. No words can actually describe how good it feels to feel beautiful again.

Me Again, just to say that I received your gel and it's brilliant - my skin is now not as red or dry. I have finally found a system that works - I am now using Johnsons Baby Shampoo to wash, followed by your BP Gel and then Nivea Oil Free Moisturising Fluid. My skin looks fantastic and I can't stop staring at it. I feel so much more confident and like others on your message board, I can now go completely without makeup - and that is all in the space of 2 weeks - I am eternally grateful - If I had your home address I would send you the biggest present in the world cos you really deserve it after making a difference to so many people lives and I know that it wasn't your intention to get rich through this but I hope you do become rich and famous. I really can't understand why dermatologists don't tell their patients about this to avoid giving them all those nasty drugs. Anyway, I know that you are doing all you can and just want to say that I will always be eternally grateful.

I have to tell you that as cliche as it sounds, I used to lay in bed and pray for a cure for acne. I had the small, stubborn pimples that left my face red and blotchy. In between all that I had deep cysts that were painful and incredibly ugly. I used to get anxiety just running my fingers over my face in the shower, feeling all the bumps. I found acne.org and read about Dan's regimen. I ordered the benzoil peroxide product. Within a week, I didn't see any new pimples! My old pimples slowly went away and my skin was clear within a month. That was 9 months ago. I am 30 years old and have been suffering from cystic adult acne for about three years. I have always had rogue break outs here and there but after my third child, my face exploded. I tried everything out there and nothing helped. Finally, my acne got to the point where I would cry if I had to leave the house. I had seen this website before, but since I had used and failed with BP products, I passed on your advice. This was a huge mistake~! I have struggled with adult acne for 3 years. I have been on drugs, spend HUNDREDS of dollars on facials, creams, doctors, even went crazy on insane hormones to help and nothing worked. I started the regimen because i though well, whatever. AND 2 days after I started I already had noticed a difference. What a relief to wake up in the morning and know what my skin will look like. Recently started photofacials to help rid of scarring. I am SOOOOOO excited and it is so easy! Seriously changed my life. I do not know why this but something like proactive did not work for me.
