I cannot thank Dan Kern enough for creating the only products that have ever worked for me.

By the way, I am 64 and still (!) have acne!
I started on the regimen in late September and was totally clear in 3 weeks. Not only was I clear, but the painful redness, flaking and cracking caused by other products I had used were gone.

However, the real test of the products is the cruel Wisconsin winter. As of today, mid January, my face is as smooth and hydrated as a baby's behind! I love the outdoors and am happy to report that my skin is finally enjoying the outdoors with me.

This proves that you are never too old to find a solution.

I just wanted to say 'Thank you' for coming up with this wonderful skincare regimen! I have been dealing with acne on and off since I was 12 and now i'm almost 29 years old. This regimen has been the BEST THING that has every happened to me in clearing up my skin. I have been on numerous antibiotics, retin-a, proactiv, whatever, i've tried it. Nothing has worked until I tried your system. My skin hasn't looked this good since my July wedding on 2002. I'm so thankful that I ran across this website and found something that has cleared up my skin and given me back the confidence I needed. When you're skin's broken out, you don't want to talk to anyone, much less look anyone in the eye. I don't have to worry about this anymore. For anyone out there's who's skeptical of this regimen, DON'T BE!!...Thank you so much, Dan, for coming up with the greatest skincare regime out there!

Hi Dan,

I've been on your regimen for about one year, I think. It works. Other topical treatments controlled the number of breakouts I had but did not get rid of them compeletely. Those prescribed by doctors like Stevamycin were too harsh for my sensitive skin. Although accutane worked for me, after about four months of going off the drug, the unwelcome visitors started creeping back in. In my case, using your regimen, the progress was gradual - first the number of breakouts decreased, then after about a month, they stopped altogether.The healing process might have been faster if I stuck to one BP gel but I'd run out of the Spectro-Jel 2.5% gel and would have to use my left over Hydrogel 4% in the meanwhile etc. My skin didn't like that. Anyhoo, I'm using your 4oz BP gel now, and I don't have a single complaint, plus it lasts for months. I found that my skin was getting really dry after the first month. I was initially on the Cetaphil daily moisturizer but that wasn't strong enough - I would flake. Then I went on Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion with AHA and multivitamins and although that worked the best for me, it wasn't enough so I gradually reduced the amount the BP gel I used (like you recommended) to a third of the usual dose. That helped a bit. I then switched to using the BP gel every mornings and the Aveeno Clear Complexion Daily Moisturizeer (or Cetaphil) at night. My skin is happy now. The brown spots from my acne days are clearing up nicely, albeit slowly. I don't want to use a hydroquinone cream or a harsh exfoliant: 4% AHA causes me to break out, so I'll just have to be patient. Sometimes I look in the mirror and I'm like Wow! I think I'm beginning to take clear skin for granted - that's when I get lazy and don't wash before bedtime, but then I usually get a pimple as punishment!

To cut the long story short, thank you VERY VERY MUCH. I have clear skin, and the products are affordable.

Growing up I always had terrible skin - pink, irritated, very bad acne. I'm 23 now, and over the course of these acne-prone years I've been on every dermatologist-recommended prescription, from Differin and Retin-A to antibiotics, and eventually microdermabrasion and mild chemical peels. My older sister had bad skin as well and went on Accutane while in high school; shortly after ending the cycle she was hospitalized for diabetes, and the doctors suggested the Accutane may have been a trigger. Because she felt the drug was so dangerous, she never wanted me to take it. As I graduated from college, I started to look for other solutions outside of the dermatologist's office, since my insurance didn't cover dermatology visits. I continued to use a glycolic acid product and a moisturizer from a popular makeup brand - oil free, etc. However, I still had breakouts and my face was consistently red. I didn't even mind the breakouts as much as the redness - it was impossible to cover with natural-looking makeup, and any makeup would have faded midday. Finally I found your regimine - and it's working! I'm hardly breaking out anymore, and my skin tone has become almost normal. Makeup is no longer a necessity. The dryness is a bit bothersome, but I'll start using the Eucerin moisturizer soon and that should help. Acne is such a sensitive topic; I'm glad you approached it in this way. Although I had moderate acne, it was a stubborn case that took 3 months on the regimen to clear up. As soon as I started the regimen, my forehead was clear within a week. However, the acne on my cheeks resisted the treatment for at least a month. I began to get discouraged but the posts and blogs helped me keep up with the regimen without quitting. By the middle of my second month, I noticed that the acne of my cheeks had decreased in size and that it was no longer spreading. I also (per the blogs) switched to the clear skin gel on the website since the Neutrogena was giving me a pasty look that was slighty embarrassing on days when I was in a rush and had little time to adequately cover-up. Another month passed, I was increasing my BP steadily, until FINALLY the acne began dissapearing in days. It happened in less that 4 days at the end of month three. My face was COMPLETELY clear. I did not have one pimple. The change was rather sudden since the next few weeks people continued to tell me how beautiful my skin was (something I rarely EVER heard) and how they wished they had such great skin. My skin is SOFT (you wouldnt believe how soft) and it glows. I continue the regimine to keep up this gorgeous skin, but with smaller doses of BP.

I keep refering friends to this website and they are skeptical. I hope they get over themselves and try something that works.

If you are on your second month, DONT GIVE UP. Certain cases, as mine, take time and you will be blown away by the results. I researched this stuff and it is scientifically sound. There is no acne case that can resist this treatment. Trust me, I asked doctors and researched texts on acne. Most dermatologists, though, perscribe medication because the Pharm companies are BIG BUSINESS. You lose nothing by trying it, but you gain amazing skin WHEN it works. Because it WILL work.

I'm a 26 year old male from North Wales in the UK. I have been following the Regime now for over a year, quite simply this is the first acne treatment that has worked for me over a sustained period of time. I like a number of other people have tried x-amount of the prescription and non-prescription products available, some did work but not for any great period of time. The Regime is the first to still be working after a year, so THANK YOU.

I would love to say that the Regime has changed my life single handidly, but it wouldn't be quite true. What it has done simply is stop me from getting spots, which in turn has made me a more confident (overly confident in a few peoples eye), attractive (the few people maybe right), happy, carefree individual.

I'm not sure a simple thank you is a big enough statement of gratitude, but it any how 'THANK YOU' again.

I can never thank you enough for this service you have provided! I have had mild acne since I was 11 and I cannot tell how wonderful it feels for it finally be clearing up. I am now almost 16 and I can't tell how wonderful it feels to have my skin looking better than it did when I was 12! I debated about leaving a post because I didn't want to say all the same things that everyone else has. However, after using the regimen (treatment only) for a couple of months, I decided to go ahead and sound like a broken record.

Because this works! I poured over every aspect of this site before ordering the treatment. I was skeptical but have suffered from acne for as long as I can remember. With the great price, I decided to give it a try.

I am 31 and it seems like finally I have my acne problem under control. I have very oily, sensative skin. My biggest problem, however, is my obsession with it. After reading and trying my hardest to follow the advice on "picking", I really see a difference. I could tell that the treatment was working but my fingers were working against me.

My solution - stay out of the mirror! As my face clears up I find it less tempting to pick and am really seeing the results. I haven't even made it through my first bottle of treatment yet.

I did have an issue in the beginning with over-dryness and irritation. This was due to too much too fast. I re-read reviews and advice on the site, gave my skin a week to recover and started back using the treatment only at night. This works much better for my sensative skin. I continue to use my same face wash & moisturizer (Korres Brand). I've recently added this new peel off facial to my routine. It also seems to help with the dryness factor and gives me a glow like never before.

My final advice - give it time! Make the regimen fit into your schedule and personalize it a bit to your needs. The results are so worth it!

Dear Dan,

I'm writing to you to let you know that I appreciate your hard work and dedication to helping others. I have had a struggle with acne that is very similar to yours. For ten years, I've never seen a clear day. Some days were like you described, hiding from the mirror... but most days are just bad (for my skin that is.) I am a confident, successful person, but have been completely plagued by this skin problem. No matter what, there is always a wall up because of this skin problem. I've spent hundreds of dollars on medications, treatments, facials, microderm, and even surgery. No doctor would ever give me Acutane, no matter how much I begged because they always assumed I would get pregnant. Do you recommend Acutane? Anyway, I hope to get your system in the mail this week and get started. Even if it doesn't work as well for me, I hope you know that I appreciate your help.
