The Regimen success stories

Hi Dan, I'm 26 years old and have had moderate acne breakouts since I was about 15. I've tried most perscriptions.. Benzomyacin, Benzoclin, Differin, Tazacor, and Retin-A, topically; Erythromyacin, Minocycline, and Tetracylcine orally; and many many over the counter products including Pro-Active (which is irritating to order with their stupid "club" sending your more when you don't need it) and Burt's Bees all natural skin regimen (which smells great.. but didn't clear up my acne). The only product that ever worked for me was Benzomyacin but it has to be refrigerated for it's effectiveness to stay potent and I have a job that requires a lot of travel so this was difficult for me. I kept stopping treatment and the acne kept coming back. I was having my latest breakout at age 25 when I decided to do some research of my own and found your website. I tried your regimen and your benzoyl peroxide treatment and now my skin is clearer than ever before! I am truly amazed. I just have to keep using the gel... because I still get breakouts as soon as I stop, but your gel is easy to apply and travel with so I've finally be able to keep up the regimen. Thanks!

Where do I start? I am on day 3 of the regimen and my skin has COMPLETELY CLEARED! I have some discoloration from my recent breakouts, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am a skin picker let me tell you and if my face starts to break out, I pick and pick because I don't see an end to the redness. Now not only do I see healthy, moist, and CLEAR skin shining back at me, I see my smile!! There is no need to pick. My skin stays clean all through the day (even with makeup) and all through the night. I highly recommend this regimen. I am 24, a mom of two kids, and I now have not only the skin that I used to have as a teenager, but BETTER! My skin looks great. Thank you so much!

I also use a dermalogica face wash, that works great with Dans Bp product.

Let me just start off by saying you are a genious and amazing. You have basically saved my life, your regime is by far the most successfull acne treatments ever. I have been battling acne since Ive been 15 and now at 21, (been using your regime since about 19) have been acne free for about a year and a half. When I first started your regimen, I was a bit wary. For almost ten years I suffered from moderate to severe acne, beginning at the age of twelve, and have used almost every over-the-counter and prescribed medication out there, including two runs of accutane. Although my acne has improved as I've become older, it still gives me problems and I break out frequently. After using your regimen for over three weeks and following your instructions exactly, I have never seen my skin better. It is almost 100% clear and older scars are fading. I never thought my skin could look so good and I want to thank you so so so so very much for making this happen. You are truly a wonderful person for sharing this regimen with others!

I hardly ever review things. I am sending feedback on this occasion in an attempt to help people. I'll keep this as brief as possible:

- I am 25. From the age of 15 I have had bad acne on my back. This led me to give up my hobby of swimming, refuse to go on holiday with my friends, and shy away from anything that would let people see me with no top on. Depressing. Also, blood on my clothes from burst pimples was horrible.

- Tried a few things but nothing fixed it, although some things did help, like a good diet, using the sauna, getting sunlight etc... still nothing really fixed it long term.

- Finally I thought enough was enough. I tried the regime, and expected it to fail. I was almost doing it just so I could prove to people that nothing worked, just so I could add it to the list of expensive failures.

- But, it worked. Let me say it again - DANIEL KERNS REGIME WORKED. Remarkably quickly too. I don't have a completely clear back yet, but after only a month or so it's much MUCH better, smoother and clearer. Importantly, it's clear enough so that I don't feel ashamed anymore, not perfect but not embarrassingly bad. Just light spots here and there that anyone could have from time to time. Maybe in the next few months it'll get even better, but even if it stays like this, I'll be happy.

TEN YEARS. TEN LONG YEARS. And finally my back belongs to me again.

I started to develop acne around the end of my Junior year in high school. I am 25 now, and I thought that I would grow out of acne! From around the age of 17 until now, I have been on most every prescription topical, oral antibiotic, oral steroid, oral potassium-sparing diuretic, and so on! They all worked for a little while, but eventually my acne would come back. I finally tried Accutane, after reading some great reviews on your website. I have been on Accutane two different times since then, and after my second course was up, a few months later, very mild acne started to develop, and I thought I was going to go out of my mind! So I came on your website in hopes for some kind of light as to what I could try. (Don't get me wrong, Accutane works, I just lost my medical insurance when I went back to school full-time).
I actually hadn't been to your main page of your website, I always just googled "Accutane reviews" and would find your site that way. So, I snooped around your site in search of reviews on over the counter cleansers that work (I was looking for something inexpensive), and I came across your acne regimen. I watched your videos on the exact way to use your product for the best results. It looked so good to me, and made perfect sense. So I bought the cleanser and the benzoyl (I already had a fantastic moisturizer that has changed my opinions of moisturizers!). I followed your exact regimen on how to use it, and I cannot believe the results. It really does work! It did dry out my skin pretty bad, so I just backed off using it so often, and that helped out a lot.
Thank you so much for perfecting a regimen like this! Acne is something that plagues almost everyone, and I will most definitely recommend your regimen to anyone who suffers (suffered) like I have.

I have only been on the regimen for 2 weeks and I must say this had to have been a gift from heaven. I always had 10-15 large inflamed papules on my face at any given time, my skin was bumpy, and agitated. All my pimples were really deep and painful. Like you I have tried every presciption out there short of accutane, all without success. ONLY 2 DAYS into your regimen and I could feel and see my face clearing up. Today I have only had 2 small red bumps since I started, the rest of my face is baby smooth, and the redness has gone away. I only wish I took some before/after pictures, I am amazed at how fast this is working for me, even faster than you say I can expect it to. Thank you so much.

I know you have heard this a zillion times but what's one more??!!! My daughter has had acne since 5th grade and I could see her pain growing every year. She will start high school next year and I was praying for an answer for her. We have been to dermatologists so many times I have lost tract. I was on a web page about accutane the other night and clicked on something on that page and it took me to your web page. I honestly don't know how I got there!!!! To me that was an answer to my prayer. Ofcourse, it sounded too good to be true, but I got all the products you suggest and started her on it that night. I could tell by the look on her face that she didn't believe it was going to help. We have tried every med, other than accutane, including everything I saw on the T.V. to order. I even ordered some goofy things from ebay to try. She started your regimen on friday night and I am writing to you on monday morning, weeping. It has made such a difference already. She's not clear but I can actually see her forhead. I know she's just waiting for the worst but I have such an awesome feeling that this is going to work. My 13 year old son has just started getting a couple pimples on his forhead so I started him on this regimen last night and the pimples were GONE this morning. I had acne growing up and wish I had known about this. I am clear now but I can still remember the pain of it. From the bottom of this mom's heart, I thank you.
