The Regimen success stories

I've never taken the time out of my day to write any product-maker a note of thanks, but I feel I truly do owe you one. I first came upon your site two years ago and started using your regimen using products available at drug stores that you suggested (i.e. Neutrogena 2.5%, Cetaphil, etc.) I had great success with this for over a year.

When the acne came back last summer, I tried this again but it was less effective. I moved to ProActiv and things were better, but I was still breaking out a lot. I finally revisited this site and after reading through everything, decided to try your brand of products. So far, the results have been wonderful. I've been using your products since March and my skin has never looked better. I've recommended it to many friends and all are equally pleased.

I just wanted to say thanks for making such a quality product and presenting it in such a genuine way.

I was really happy when I got your reply on my asking about moisturizers some months ago. You said that I had to use it after BP even if the weather here in Indonesia is hot and humid, and I followed your words.

I got into the regimen for some days and then I was off to New York for about two weeks. I used a lot of BP during my time in NYC (and didn't forget to apply moisturizers as well), and my skin was definitely red, like when I got sunburns. I was a little bit worried about it, but I continued my regimen, even when I was already back in Bandung.

My skin definitely cleared up. I can see it through my pictures (before going to NYC, which is before the regimen, and after, which is about 1 months after regimen). I didn't stop the regimen, but honestly after browsing through some websites, I got a little bit scared about the BP causing cancer issue. I didn't stop it though, just tried to use it a little bit lighter during AM. After some weeks, when I am confident that my skin won't break out anymore, I only use my moisturizers during AM, BP + moisturizers combo during PM.

I got some zits again about two weeks ago and now I am on my full regimen once again. It's probably because I was careless about my skin treatment for the last weeks, I was busy with my exam. But you know what, after horrible Accutane experiences, I am really happy to find Acne.org regimen! It's a miracle for me. I never know I can clear my skin with over the counter products, inexpensive ones compared to going to dermatologists. I thought I had to go to dermatologists once every two weeks for my entire life!!! I've been spending years and lots of money for skin treatment!! This is my dream come true. Thank you very much, really. You guys are extremely helpful.

Words cannot express my appreciation for the 2.5% bp gel...it has changed my life! Growing up I was fortunate to have nice skin, even during my teen years. When I turned 21 I started having acne for the first time in my life. For 2 years I tried everything...changing my make up, specialty creams, Rx treatments, etc. I have pale sensitive skin...and when I say sensitive I mean SEN-SI-TIVE! Even the stuff made for reactive skin like mine broke me out - cetaphil, eucerin, etc. Frustrated and lacking the confidence I once had I finally decided to look for alternate treatments. During my research I came across acne.org and was intrigued by the 2.5% bp gel. I had tried zap zyt which was too hard, neutrogena on the spot which did nothing etc., so I was skeptical. Desperate with no where else to turn I took the plunge. My item arrived quickly and there was tons of product. I begain the regimen on a Saturday and by Thursday my skin was perfect...I mean 100% clear. I only have a few r!
ed spots that need to fade. The best thing is that my skin is soooo soft! I was worried I would have drying problems but did not (and I even have dry skin.) I cleanse with purpose in the am, use the bp, then purpose moisturizer with spf. At night I cleans again, apply the bp, and then complex 15 cream. My husband commented that my skin looked great and that I was glowing! I feel happy about my apperance for the 1st time in 2 years...I have soft, clear, radiant skin. I want the world to know about this amazing product...PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER STOP MAKING IT!

I just wanted to thank everyone at Acne.org and Daniel Kern for creating such a place as this on the web. I am a student fresh out of college searching for jobs, and the last thing I need is problem skin. I thought for a really long time that I would grow out of it...that it was an adolescent thing. I was so completely wrong. I had a dermatologist appointment coming up and wanted to be knowledgeable about certain products, so I began doing some research online, which is how I came across Acne.org. After reading the tips and reviews on certain products, I tried The Regimen with my own products that I bought at my local retail store and I have had incredible results. It never crossed my mind not to scrub my face with a wash cloth! I realize not every one is lucky enough to find a mixture of products that work, but I went with what the reviews said, and got extremely lucky. I don't have severe skin issues, but I have constant issues with my t-zone and know how a breakout can effect a perfectly wonderful day.

To anyone that may be interested- I have very oily skin and began using the Purpose facial bar as my cleanser, then the Neutrogena On-the-spot Acne Treatment for the benzoyl peroxide (both products very inexpensive), and for a moisturizer, I use Prescriptives All You Need Oil Absorbing Lotion (fabulous for flakiness). You can buy it at Macy's or online... And for young women...Prescriptives make up is incredible. It is the only makeup that has never broken me out...plus, their concealer does wonders for covering pimples!

Dan, I have to write you to thank you for your site. Even if you didn't provide the regimen on the site all the information you provide is well worth the visit. Your site is also very easy to navigate and find the information you need. Anyway, last year I began having an acne problem for the first time in my life. I never had a problem as a child, a teen, or in my 20s. But last year (I was 33) I began having an acne problem. Nothing I did seemed to help. In fact, some of the things I did seemed to over dry but the acne still got worse. Then one day while doing searches for more information about acne I found your site. I had a hard time understanding why I was having a problem with acne all of a sudden at my age. Upon reading your site, I learned that it probably wasn't my diet. I read about your regimen and viewed the videos. Immediately I went out and bought the supplies you recommended (On the Spot, Purpose Bar, and some of the Neutrogena Moisture). I really didn't have much hope that it would work. But within 2 weeks of using your regimen, my skin had cleared. I am very thankful to you for putting your regimen on the site free of charge and all the information on the site. I later found that the main reason I began having an acne problem was a skin exfoliating towel I was using on my face. After reading on your site how sensitive the skin on your face is, I stopped using the exfoliate. Within a few months of using the regimen, I felt confident that my skin was much healthier. I now still wash twice a day with the Purpose bar, but I only use the BP when needed. Since I wash twice a day, I can usually catch pimples early and as soon as I feel a bump I use On the Spot and it does the job. I also use the regimen whenever I know I will need my skin to be at it's best (like before presentations, etc.). So this is my long overdue note of thanks to you for the info on your site. I randomly started breaking out last year. I used to have almost perfect skin, the only problem being an occasional pimple or black heads around my nose. I tried every single product out there. You name it, I tried it. Nothing helped...from proactive to neutrogena ; but nothing seemed to get rid of those blasted zits. I saw a dermotologist who prescribed differin, not only was it expensive, it also made my acne worse than ever. Finally, I gave up on everything flushing my self esteem down the drain along with my hopes of having better skin. Finally, I stumbled across this website and well just figured there is no harm in trying? it cant get much worse than it already is. In desperation, I ordered this and patiently awaited the package. I am 33 years old and have NEVER used a product(s) that worked.

I was skeptical yet hopeful that these Acne.org products would be helpful. After watching and reading the reviews. I decided to purchase the products from Acne.org because they are a much less expensive than the comparable drug store stuff. I didn't really have acne as a teen but started getting acne that has gotten increasingly worse since I was 25 years old. I am always very self conscious and worried that I look dirty because I have acne. Well, I have only been using the regimen for 3 weeks and when I put thestuffonfor the first time in years my face is SMOOTH! I don't know how well the pics portray because I have scars, but I have had no breakouts whatsoever and my face is clear because of The Regimen! I am so pleased and thankful for this website. My only complaint is that I did not find it sooner!
