The Regimen success stories

Can I just say what a change around in the last year I have had! And I merely think it goes to Dan and the team at the website for having such a brilliant scheme and recommending it to people with whom suffer with acne in such a non biased sort of way. I once emailed the team compalining about severe itching and break out hear and there from using 5% peroxide. But to any newbies, you must follow the regimen so striclty and I believe in looking for the right cosmetic products for your skin. Having a look at Dans website, it recommended the basis skin soap bar from america and i have never seen a better cleanser!

I have honestly got the confidence to believe in myself and dont feel embarrased when talking to people. My skin is that much clear! Thanks dan! An I hope this story can be shared with other people. I have been a long term acne sufferer for 6 years, and believe me, this works!

I've had mild acne since i was about 13 -14 so for about 5 years. I say mild because sometimes it was fairly clear but not perfect, and other times it got quite bad. I really hated it, like everyone else, but everyone elses' seemed to go away as they got older and mine didn't. It really affected my confidence sometimes when it was bad. I'm sure everyone with acne has felt the way that I did and much worse.

I tried everything; antibiotics, chinese remedies, vegetable soap, clearasil, face wipes, tons of stuff, but nothing really worked noticably well in all honesty. I have used benzoyl peroxide for a long while but i used it the way my doctor advised me too, and that didn't really work much either.

My mum showed me this website and at first i was pretty sceptical, as one can imagine, but i thought I'd give it a go. In the first couple of weeks it made a real difference, but I put it down to chance or it just coinciding with the clear spell of skin I sometimes have.

The good news is, the clear spell is still here and I have only had one or two noticable pimples in the last few months! My skin is clearer than it has been for so long! I can't believe that I had to cope with the acne that I had when now it's all gone so suddenly. I really hope it stays that way.

Hi Dan, This will probably be the only time I will be on the message board. I was just searching for a way to thank you. Here is my story. I am a 22 year old married female, and I have never in my life had a pimple, zit, or black head on my face, back, or chest and I still don't. However, my problem area was on my bottocks. sometimes mild and sometimes severe. As embarrassing as is this is to admit, I feel that it is necessary. I could never understand why this happened! It seemed so strange to me how my skin coud be so clear and smooth every where else but you know where. I tried changing laundry detergents, soaps, lotions, underwear material because I figured this was just an irritation or allergic reaction of some sort. My mother convinced me that this was staff infection caused by irritation of hair and to use Dial because It is a disinfectant. Although this certantly improved, It did not cure my problem. I saw your website and decided to give your method a try. I went to my local drugstore, and looked for bp. The strongest they had over the counter was 10% in other acne medications. I picked it up. To my supprise after only a couple of weeks It cleared up completely. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Not particularly for confidence because my husband teased me for even worring about It. My main problem was It could be very painful at times. Thank you so very much. You are a very smart man.

Dear Dan and all...

I started using your regimen and products this past September and am having great success! I used Proactiv on and off for a few years, but never felt that it improved my skin greatly and it ended up just being too costly every month. I am so happy with acne.org products--the quality and the cost. They leave my skin feeling clean, soft, and clear, and all the products have a great scent.

I have dreamed for years of waking up in the morning and putting NO makeup on to cover pimples...now I no longer dream! I actually receive more compliments when I am not wearing makeup.

Here in Hawaii, I love being able to swim or surf and then come out of the water, not worrying about what my face looks like! I am searching for a good facial sunscreen that will complement the regimen and your products...any plans for creating one in the future?

I was so sceptical when i first saw this site and saw the regimen. it looked almost too good to be true... i mean an inexpensive and easy way to get rid of my acne that i have been suffering with for years now... it just seemed impossible. but i said to myself, what do i have to loose? i followed the regimen precisely as dan's explains it and i started seeing results within days. YES DAYS!!! and after a couple weeks i was almost completely clear! i am so fortunate to have come across this website and i recommend the regimen for anyone and everyone who has mild to moderate acne. it really does work you just have to follow it EXACTLY with the right products and steps.

I've had acne since I was in high school. It wasn't too bad in high school. A pimple or zit every once in a while. Then when I was 19, I broke out with pimples everywhere basically overnight. I went to the derm and he gave me adoxa - that worked but the acne came back much much worse than before. I was now 20 and suffering from pretty bad cystic acne that I knew would scar my face once it went away. My derm tried me on a bunch of other products before putting me on accutane in Feburary of 07. I was taken off in September of 07 but my face was still not clear and I thought I should have been on a month or two longer. For about a week or two, I just used Cetaphil to clean my face. Within a week, my acne was getting worse. Frustrated and not wanting to go to the derm anymore, I picked up on Dan's regimen. Maybe I shouldn't have because I had just been on accutane? but at that point I didn't care anymore. I've been using the regimen since October of 07 (it's now Marc!
h of 08) and I couldn't be happier. My acne is under control except for the red marks left behind. The scars were bad at first but have gotten much, much better with time.

I use the Cetaphil face cleanser followed by Dan's BP and then Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion with AHA.

The red marks are noticeable on one side of my face still but are getting better and aren't as dark red as they used to be and quite honestly, it doesn't really bother me that much anymore. It's better than having a face full of acne.

So, thanks Dan. I've had help along the way with other products but your regimen seems to have finished the job.

Well just wanted to let you guys know I am finally Acne Free! No more at all! I always got the occasional pimple and such, but when I started training and working out intensely I just started breaking out like crazy. So of course I went out and tried all the designer products, cause why wouldn't the expensive stuff work? Well it didn't, go figure. Then I came upon your site, started the regimen, but had no luck at first. I was still breaking out. I stuck with it for about 2 solid months, following it to a T. Then my brother decided to talk to me and give me some advice with his personal experience. He said he found he didn't need to use a moisturizer, our faces produce enough natural oil I guess. So I quit using the moisturizer but still followed the regimen for the rest of the cleanser and BP. Sure enough, I cleared up in about 9 days. So maybe other's will be able to benefit by not using a moisturizer. Anyways, thanks for the great products, I'm so happy to find something that finally worked!

Without trying to sound too corny, I would like to take this opportunity to say that, quite simply: you have saved my life!
Yes, it is true. I am 40-year-old English male living in Hua Hin, Thailand for the last 3 and a half years years and have suffered from bad acne and extremely oily skin since I was 19-years-old. I had tried everything from topical lotions like Quinoderm to tablets like Oxytetracycline to sun machine treatments: nothing worked - apart from Roaccutane. But, that was just too hardcore and was very detrimental to my body so i decided to stop it.
So, as I was about to give up, I came across your website by chance. I saw the Regimen and thought: why not?
The rest is history. Your Regimen works very well. My acne is now minimal to zero and, although my very oily skin is still the same, the spots are gone. I am very happy and now I am no loger scared to look into a mirror!
The heat and humidity here is incredible and relentless so oily skin is a small price to pay for living here.

When I first started your regimen, I was a bit wary. For almost ten years I suffered from moderate to severe acne, beginning at the age of twelve, and have used almost every over-the-counter and prescribed medication out there, including two runs of accutane. Although my acne has improved as I've become older, it still gives me problems and I break out frequently. After using your regimen for over three weeks and following your instructions exactly, I have never seen my skin better. It is almost 100% clear and older scars are fading. I never thought my skin could look so good and I want to thank you so so so so very much for making this happen. You are truly a wonderful person for sharing this regimen with others!

Thanks so much for making these products! I have sen some experience in just 1 day! yup 1 day! I found this site and I just wanted to give it a try.
