Pros: When I started sing it, within two days my acne began to clear up. It works great removing pimples overnight. It maks popping pimples easier (it "hardens the pus so when I squeeze pimples it easily comes out like a worm and the bump goes down :))
Cons: Seeing that I live in the Caribbean, sun exposure wen using this product irritates my skin a bit, but the moisturiser, makeup and sunblock helps
Bottom Line: I LOVE IT! The best Acne product I've ever used.

Pros: having to use pro box as not enough room in cons box: CONS:doesn't work.....? all those saying it smells - i don't think it does... it burns which i wouldn't mind IF it was burning for a reason but it doesn't do anything so its (ctd below)
Cons: more a pointless burn. doesn't soak in or dry on face so it wipes off onto anything that comes into contact with your face.... bed cover... pillow... etc etc....
Bottom Line: another item to add to the long list of products i've tried on my acne... spots... scars... pimples..... day 1: left it on over night.... woke up wiped and washed off - skin exactly the same! day 2: left it on over night.... woke up wiped and washed off - skin exactly the same! day 3: left it on over night.... woke up wiped and washed off - skin exactly the same! day 4: left it on over night.... woke up wiped and washed off - skin exactly the same! day 5: wasn't going anywhere so put it on after washing night before's cream off - kept it on til 6pm washed it off and put more on.... wore overnight washed off.... skin exactly the same! bottom line - doesn't work for me. and i only have the odd few spots, i have more scars that actual red pimples whiteheads blackheads.... however i was informed this was for acne and the scars left behind - yet my skin looks exactly the same as it did before using it-there's a surprise!!! a cream that works for everyone else but me - story of my life

Pros: Starting to clear up skin
Cons: I'm on the 150mg Slow release pill and OMG it's like a horse pill!! Can they make it any bigger??? ;) Anyways besides it being really hard to swallow, and upsetting my stomach a little bit nothing else so far.
Bottom Line: I started to take this on Monday so 3 days now. Before I started to take it, I had the worst breakout ever! I mean at least 20 big pimples on my face and a TON on my arms shoulders back and chest. I look like a walking pimple! I had one on my arm that was double stacked! Freaking gross!! Anyways now that I have totally grossed everyone out my point is the Doxycycline seems to be making the breakout go away. I have those cystic acne ones that are a bugger to get rid of. They take WEEKS to go down and they seem to be getting smaller and less painful! My main goal is to get accutane but if this works heck I swallow a horse pill every morning!! I already took the Monocyclin and it made me really sick so I stopped taking it after 2 weeks. I'm totally allergic to Penicillin, so hopefully this works for me! Also I got these as a sample from my Derm so I don't know what my co-pay is going to be. My last one for the monocyclin was 20.00

Pros: Helped clear my skin some what. I have back, chest, and face acne. (Sucks but oh well). Anyways this antibiotic helped clear it up in the time I took it.
Cons: I got really really sick from it. I could not eat because I was so nauseous.
Bottom Line: I took it for 2 weeks but could not take the nauseousness anymore. After I stopped taking it it took 3 days to feel like myself again. But it did do what it was supposed to do it cleared my skin as much as it could in those two weeks. If it did not make me so sick I would totally keep taking it! Also it cleared up my chest and back acne which NOTHING has ever done that!

Pros: It's immediately started clearing up some very stubborn breakouts i'd had for weeks
Cons: My skin is very dry and flaky... i'm sure this will go away once my skin gets used to the medication.
Bottom Line: Taking this with doxycycline and using an 8% benzoyl peroxide wash. I'm sure once the antibiotics kick in after a few weeks I will clear up nicely. The first week I used it started clearing up areas that were very broken out. For a few days my skin and pores were very dry and flaky but I can see improvement in my pores... a lot of my black heads are gone. So far this is the best topical I've used thus far (ive used retin a). I have had a few new zits here and there but they are much faster to heal and I'm sure it's just getting prior existing blemishes out of my system.
