| Bottom line | This stuff does sting the skin and I bought it as I had a wedding coming up and wanted clear skin..in three days. Yes I know..nothing can really clear the skin in three days especially not hard cyst type spots, which was what I was suffering with. Anyway I tried it and yes it does dry out your spots and it turns the skin over helping to shed away all the old cells and dirt which cause spots. I am impressed with the results as my skin is starting to look totally acne free however it is very drying. It did reduce the redness and shrink the spots after two applications so you do notice results quickly. Being 28 and having started to see the signs of aging I do worry about using this product but its a toss up really...aging skin or spots? I will continue to use this if I am having very bad breakouts but I certainly do not think i would continue with this product after using it consistently for a month as I really dont want the long term wrinkled effect. |

| Pros | If you use it twice a day i garauntee that your spots will calm down within hours and disappear completely with continued use. This really is almost too good to be true-it works so well and it is so cheap. |

| Cons | The cream can at times be very drying leaving you with 'face dandruff' but this usually disappears within a day. Who cares if it can bleach fabrics if it totally prevents spots! |
| Bottom line | You simply cannot buy a more effective, inexpensive, non-prescription acne treatment. I cannot understand how more people aren't talking about/using this product-it's just amazingly good. |

| Bottom line | It might sound like a cliché but I have tried EVERYTHING and this is the ONLY thing which has worked for me. Ok I'm 26 and get spots on a regular basis not big one but little annoying ones which leave blemishes in the end. I have tried every cream going and every herbal treatment. I have changed my diet (which I still believe is a contributing factor to acne whether its major or minor factor is still debatable). I had ran out of my usual PanOxyl Gel and went into my sisters room who was advised by her doctor to use Quinoderm so I thought I’d use it and buy more PanOxyl the next day. Well after using it and seeing the results the next morning I decided never to use PanOxyl ever again as this was so much better, less drying, no red marks and my spots had calmed down considerably. After using it for 2 weeks there has been a major improvement to my skin-Thank god for Quinoderm! |

| Bottom line | I've suffered with acne for years but also have sensitive skin. I have tried everything and have found this cream works better than anything! I literally touch a spot (not the area around it though) with the smallest amount max once a day otherwise i go red and blotchy and can blister. I would still recommend it. |
