| Pros | Cleared my skin up. LOVE IT. Really good value for money. I got three tubes for about £10 and it lasts for ages. |
|---|---|
| Cons | It does dry your skin out a bit and this can someime make it a bit red but this lessens after the first few weeks. Just make sure you moisturize well. Bleaches fabrics |
| Bottom line | It does take time but then so does everything when it comes to acne. You just have to stick with it. I've been using it morning and evening for nearly a year now and my skin has improved massively. I would say this time last year I had moderate acne and now I only get the occassional spot now and then. I can't live without it. |

| Pros | worked brilliantly at first, 5% cream twice a day and for 6 months my skin was the clearest it has ben since i was 12 (im 20 now). also cheap and easy to get. |
|---|---|
| Cons | skin must have got used to it i suppose, had a few breakouts recently and nothings changed, so iv started using quinoderm in the morning and ibprofen gel at night, its bin a month and things are getin better so we shall see! |
| Bottom line | worked when nothing else did. definately give it a try though use 5% cream if your using it for the first time. |

| Pros | not sure yet |
|---|---|
| Cons | stings a bit, able to handle it though |
| Bottom line | just started using quinoderm today, like many others on this site i have tried everything and nothing works. slightly worried about my skin getting dried out, even though i would rather that to spots. just wondering about the people who say the use moisteriser along with quinoderm, do you use them at the same time? or use the moisteriser and then the quinoderm after a while? |

| Pros | Very effective, inexpensive, readily available. |
|---|---|
| Cons | This cream really dries out your skin, it stings a little when you put it on (not really a con in my opinion, but just so you know). |
| Bottom line | I initially only bought this 10% Quinoderm Cream while waiting for my acne.org regimen to arrive. I do not have very severe acne compared to some other people and the photos I've seen on this site, but I do suffer from an ongoing attack of lots of red, angry, pussy spots, especially around my mouth and cheeks. This cream has really worked in clearing up my problem areas. Everyone says it dries out your skin, and it does, it really dried out mine, so just make sure you moisturise, because I didn't. My acne.org order arrived this morning, I ordered the regimen, the AHA+ and the Jojoba oil. I've been very impressed by the Quinoderm cream, it really cleared up my spots. I'll let you know how I get on with Dan's PB. I really recommend it. |

| Pros | It works, though not instantly, in fact not even reasonably soon. i have been using it for a month now and can see an improvement in my skin, but the acne sure aint gone! also dont expect a smooth steady improvement in your skin. you will still have breakouts and skin may yo-yo around alot but overall you will notice an improvement. id say about 3 months before i'll start looking really clear. |
|---|---|
| Cons | can dry out your skin if you're sensitive, but thankfully mine didn't, just moisturize! |
| Bottom line | Definetely worth a try if you havent already, great value for money as well, about a fiver for a 50 gram tube. |

| Pros | Free on prescription because I'm pregnant! Quickly dries spots out and reduces swelling. No more painful red lumps. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Very drying, results in flaky patches and wrinkly dry areas. Stings and Burns when you first apply it. |
| Bottom line | My skins is so much better I would defintely recommend it to others. It is drying, but I use a very good facial scrub (MD formulations, glycolic, if anyone's interested) once a week and this definitely helps. Also I use a good moisturiser now and then on the dry areas. My cheeks were clear anyway, so using moisturiser here instead of the quinoderm. I am so much happier now that my skin is improving all the time, it used to reduce me to tears, but I haven't felt like that for weeks! |

| Pros | Helped control acne and oil initially. Used at bedtime after washing face with Oxy Wash. Needed a good anti-sebum moisturiser during the day. Worked a miracle with Erythromycin |
|---|---|
| Cons | After prolonged use, effect wears off unless other treatments are added |
| Bottom line | Helped me banish my acne! |

| Pros | I used biooil all over my face, which intially worked well, but the 2nd time it left me with small minute whiteheads and bumps all over my face, as well as teh acne that i suffer from. I used quinoderm after hearing great reviews, and it got rid of those and made the acne better too.It does get rid of spots quikcly and isnt overly drying. its very cheap! the cheapest acne product ive ever used, and is fairly effective. |
|---|---|
| Cons | The only con is that after working well for a few days it actually broken me out on my forehead quite bad and one one side of my face weirdly! it was quite bad. So i stopped using it and started again and it has really helped with the spots again?? weird. |
| Bottom line | Its a good cream and did make my face look so much better the 1st time i used it, now im using it again for a a few days and its getting better again, but remmeber it did break my out quite bad too. I would definetly recommend this. Go and try this! |

| Pros | Clears up initial spots and gets rid of new spots quickly. Also very cheap and a tube lasts for ages. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Redness and dry skin for ages |
| Bottom line | Been using this for about 3 months, like a lot of others I had tried SO many treatments ranging from a 3 day fast (bs) to countless creams etc. I started with the 10% one which may not of been the best idea, however it did get rid of a big lump of sticking out spots on my face and turned the whole area into a spot free but red mess. Granted, I prefer redness to spots but still it's not brilliant. 3 months down the line I have no real sticky out spots but I do have some red spot marks (scars?) still on my face that have been there for ages, not the end of the world but I'm still not 100% clear. I still have bad dry skin problems, I have to carry round moisturizer with me everywhere I go, not too much of an inconvenience but not perfect. I would reccomend this product, it's the only one that worked on me and has cleared up my skin fairly well, I am a lot happier now compared to before. Still prepare for flaky dry skin! Also for the people that have reactions and cry about it on here, read the instructions on the packet, it clearly says to test a small dab behind your ear overnight before applying it too your face. |
