Pros: Commpletely clears skin ! Cons: Dries skin& causes red marks & flakynessBUT > Bottom Line: BBUUUYY iTTTTT had really really ad spots for years & it was putting my confidence down alot, so i tryed quinoderm, at first it really stings but i carryed on. For the first week& a half the was red marks around the places wer had no spot, ut no my skin is used to it theyve gone. My skin got really flaky as well, but heres the trick to get it to go away, for the 1st week or so DONT use moisturiser, let your skin produce it itself. Pros: Completely clears spots up, and reduces blackheads resulting in smooth skin. Cons: Burns skin and is very drying Bottom Line: I really only suffer with spots on my chin, and had been on dianette which cleared them up. After 6 months I couldnt cope with the weight gain and so came off dianette, after which my spots returned. I bought quinoderm after researching suitable regime products available in the U.K. Even though my spots are only on my chin I applied to my whole face, and after only a few days was stunned with the immediate reduction in spots on my chin, and the blackhead infested skin on my nose was clear and smooth, (something I never thought Id see!) However my skin was horribly dry, uncomfortable and flaky, so Ive switched to using it only at night time with a very thick moisturiser. As my acne was only light this has had no negative effect so far. Very impressed that such a cheap, side effect free treatment works! Pros: It does work, and is nicely absorbed into the skin unlike panoxyl becasue it is a creamy base Cons: does sting (but that mean its works) takes about week or 2 for skins to adjust to but bare thru it! if skin does gets too dry\flaky apply a light amount of oil free moisturizer! Bottom Line: have tried alot of things (like most people) I would def recommend it, its made a big difference, b4 i use to get numerous big lumpy pimples espically on my cheeks, which effected my confidence alot! since using this in the morning and night (after washing my face with the quinoderm anti bacterial facewash) i now get only 1 or 2 pimples which arent even half as bad as what i use to get SUMMARY: , i wash my face (with face wash) in the morning, pat down with towel, apply cream in blobs on my cheeks, nose, fore head and chine, then join these blobs up so face is covered with thin layer of cream and let it absorb (takes 10 mins) i repeat this routine before i go to bed!!! i would recommend getting it off amazon as saves the embarrassment of going to the store and you can order both the face wash and cream together in one order i first tried the quinoderm 5 but gone onto 10 as i think its more effective....my confidence is alot better!!!!!! Pros: Reduces number of blemishes, redness, size of existing spots and prevents new ones from forming! it actually works! :D Cons: You have to ask for it over the counter at a pharmacy (some might be embarrassed), can dry you out, can bleach pillowcases if you use it right before bed. Bottom Line: I bought my Quinoderm at Boots - it cost £4-5 for the 50g tube. Its a creamy consistency which i prefer to gels and you only need two pea sized amounts to cover your whole face. Now for me this has been a life saver! I'm 22 and have tried EVERYTHING else, including Roaccutane, until reading about Quinoderm on here. Ok my skin still isn't 100% clear but after only 1 months usage my skin is the clearest its been for many years. I currently have only three visible spots! After the first week my skin did become a bit dry and flakey but i have countered this by using olive oil soap every other day to add some mild moisture. In my opinion this cream is well worth a try. Pros: Dries out spots, reduces size of pores, makes skin less oily. Clears up acne :) Cons: Stings after first few days of application, but this dies down after about 30 seconds. After about a week, you should be able to apply the cream without any stinging at all. Dries out skin, but a good moisturizer can combat this. Bottom Line: This is a miracle cream! After trying PanOxyl 2.5 aquagel which burned my face, this stuff is genius :) Today is the sixth day I've used this product (2 applications a day), and my skin is the clearest it's been since I was about 13. My forehead (which had the least acne) is completely clear now, it looks amazing, and the rest of my face is slowly catching up. When washing my face in the morning, I've started exfoliating with a gentle scrub because skin can get a bit flakey during the first few days, and this makes it hard to apply make up. But the exfoliator buffs away any dry bits of skin. However, this might not be suited to everyone so be careful. But seriously try this product, I paid £3.50 for mine, and it's the best £3.50 I've ever spent :) Also, I recommend the 5% for first time users. Good luck !
