Cons:if you want dry skin get this becasue that is the only thing it works for.

Pros:It smells really good... some people said they don't like the smell but I love it. The consistency is also really nice, and it lathers good. It's really cheap too, only 2.00!
Cons:nothing!

Pros:Nice gentle cleanser that can be used multiple times per day without drying. Nice scent that smells clean...it also leaves your face residue free. 6oz bar lasts forever
Cons:Constantly having to change sandwich baggies to store it in ...a little messy unless you gave some special huge soap bar container..
Bottom Line:It's an excellent bar cleanser that won't make you break out and it does it's job. It cleans well without making you dry and it doesn't leave an odd film on your face. Gives a clean feeling...overall i'd recommend it to anyone.

Pros:non irritating, big bar (lasts a while), just works good!
Cons:I can't really say I have any...
Bottom Line:I've been using for this for about FOUR years now. I've also been on been medications for four years for my acne. I don't have a severe case, but I hate outbreaks, so any amount of money is completely worth not having to deal with it. this soap seems to work fine, it doesn't overdry in my opinion and has not really caused any outbreaks that I can tell, my acne just flucutates a lot, which is a part of life for teenagers like me, so I get over it. but I don't think you'll find anything better than this bar of soap - it's a great choice, I'd really recommend it. just look at the ratings! is there a comparison?!?!?!?!

RECOMMENDED!!!!! FOUR YEARS OF USE AND IT'S GREAT! :)

This soap seems quite lovely when you take it out of the package and use it for the first time, but just wait a day or two. It leaves a strange residue on your face after washing(like when you use hotel bar soap) and it dries out your face quite a bit! I felt like I had reptile skin. Not good for people who wear makeup, and not good for people with moderate to oily skin. Get this if you have super oily skin- it might help.

Purpose bar is my all-time favorite cleanser to use with The Regimen. It is great for oily skin types,lasts a long time, priced affordably, and cleanses without irritation.
I store it in a travel container made for soap bars. Just be sure it is dry before you put it in there so it doesn't sit in the moisture and get slimy. Love this bar!

I've tried numerous cleansers, BP, SA, and even Retin-A, but none have ever cleared my face up completely like this has. Just a couple days after I started using it, my acne completely stopped dead in its tracks. I can't believe just a simple bar of soap could have saved me from years of frustration. I have to admit, though, it is a little drying, but if that's what it takes to finally lick my acne, then I'll gladly shut up and keep moisturizing.

I used this for the first 6 months I was on the CSR. I was pretty happy with it and it got the job done but its overly drying. I recently switch to dans new cleanser and I like it alot more, it leaves my skin feeling softer.

I used this product along with benzaclin. I used purpose to wash my face in the morning and night and after I wash my face I apply benzaclin. Together these two products have helped clear my skin. I highly recommend this cleanser. But I don't think I would recommend it to people with the dry type of skin because it might make your skin more dry. It's made more for people with combination or oily skin.
