THE PURPOSE SOAP BAR IS A GREAT PRODUCT TO BUY FOR ACNE...YOU GET A NICE LATTER BUILD UP IN THE SHOWER...GENTLY PUT IT ON YOUR FACE...DOESN'T CAUSE ANY ALLERGIC REACTION WITH ACNE...GIVE IT A SHOT AND TRY FOR YOURSELF....GOOD LUCK

I used this for years b/c a dermatologist recommended it to me. Then another dermatologist recently told me it was too drying for my skin (my skin has gotten dry as I got older). If you have dry skin I would use something with shea butter. I use a product that I have to buy at my dermatologist's office by a french company called laroche posay. I use the lipikar bar of soap. I highly recommend this instead of purpose for anyone with really dry skin...if you can find a place to buy it...it's a little more spendy...$9 for a bar that lasts about a month.

I use it with Complex15. It works better than accutane.

This is one of the best cleansers I've used. I have very oily skin. It leaves my skin clean with no residue left behind.

I have been using this bar for about three weeks and it has really cleared my face, back, and chest up. It has also really dried all three spots out as well. This does not bother me that bad because I will gladly trade acne for dry skin any day. I am using moisturizer (Eucerin)to counteract the dryness. This bar is a wonderful product, but I may have to switch to something less drying further down the road.

Works very well and not drying.If does for anyone dont wash so long.Then follow with 2.5 on the spot Neutrogena and last Purpose Moisturizer.I got a new bar today at Walgreens with a dollar off coupon so it was only 1.69 plus tax.Then went to other store and used another dollar off coupon for Moisturizer.
