i tried proactiv for the first time about 4 years ago but i didn't use all 3 products every time so of course it didn't work. years later, after every acne-fighting pill including accutane, i tried it again but the right way. it worked great for nearly two years, even in the friggin hot texas summers. sadly, i have been fighting acne again since the fall of 2004. i've been getting big, painful blemishes and at times i get them in like 3 spots on my face at once...i also have clusters of whiteheads. i'm about to go back to the doctor to try somethin else but in combo with proactiv cuz i feel it's helpin me out somehow. i'm afraid to get off of it for fear i'll break out even more! in the end, i think it's worth it to try it. even if it stops working for you like it did to me, you might get 2 years of blemish-free skin!!!! the key is to make sure to do all 3 steps twice a day though!!!!

Hey ive been using proactiv for a while and it is weird!!!! At first i got an itchy patch and then after a while i got another, then i had to stop using it, the 3rd cream, or wateva, it is burns like all [censored], and i have to use the moisturiser as a cooling agent. OUCH! Other then that it has cleared my skin heaps but it keeps staining everything, towels are now white, clothes are turning yellow and it's stinks like baby powder, gros. Now they've stuffed my oder and it aint comming nemore and initially i had a massive breakout but now im fine so maybe i was detoxing after it. Neways it expensive and may not work but im using and if u do use it, actually try the patch test, it's a good idea.

Great product... when I first began using proactiv I noticed that the first 3 days my skin got worse.. but I stuck with it.. and now I have been using it for 2 full weeks and I have noticed a nice change.. My skin feels smoother and looks great. Apparently you don't get full results until after 3 weeks/mnth. I am looking forward to after 3 weeks.

The pore refining mask is FABULOUS too!

OMYGOODNESS... My skin is moderately sensitive and it dried me out way too much during the winter months... I could actually see skin flakes... so for the winter I have taken up using the Dove Face Care line... it works wonders and is much less harsh!

I just purchaed ProActiv and have been using it for 4 days now. My skin has already started improving. My acne is clearing up and my face is so much smoother than before. I have dealt with acne for years now and nothing has worked. So far this is the best product I have tried. I have read the reviews other people write saying that it made their face red and dry... but it has made my face glow and my skin is not dry at all. I recommend at least trying this product once. It may not work for everyone but it is working for me!

Hey there- this product is great for me; I developed acne (one huge zit at a time) that was stress related. So this product did clear up my skin completely (I used it faithfully twice a day). I stopped using it after, a year or so, and its been about 4 or 5 years, and I am using it again (stressful job situation). The products LAST a LONG TIME, so for me, I think its a good value. (Especially when compared to Philosophy). The packaging is good because you can squeeze out only a little at a time, and once you cant squeeze any more out, you can take the cover off and use a q-tip.

I LOVE Pro-Activ, I think how well it works depends on how many spots you have. I have a quite a few on my fore head and chin but maybe if you have more it wont work aswell. I know on TV it promises you no matter what it will help but after all its still a commercial!

i ordered proactiv and it made my skin have little itchy patces all over it!! it didnt work a bit!! i sent it back but i didnt get my money back and they STILL send bills every 2 months even though i called them two times! this is waste of time and money you will hate it it doesnt work!!!!!

It made absolutely no difference to my skin,the only difference is that my sheets and towels changed color from the benzoyl peroxide,plus it's so darn expensive.Don't waste your money.

well i have been using proactive for almost a year now and i still have acne, sence i live in canada it cost 80$ for a 3 piece set every 2 months the toner last alot longer then the rep locian to. i am 16 almost 17 and i didnt have as bad as acne now but pro active doesnt work to the fullest i quess im still hoping it works.spent alot of money on it and home remedies works just aswell,and if i hade a docter i would for sure go get Acutane.

Dont get it go to a doctor!!!! not worth your money im just stuck in the it will work it worked for them! thanx
