PROACTIVE IS THE WORST ACNE PRODUCT ON THE MARKET!!! DO NOT USE IT MY FACE LOOKS WORSE THEN EVER!!

i have been using Proactive for about 2 weeks. My acne is almost gone, but I would rather live with ane than extremely dry skin. Im a light-skined black girl and it has made my skin really dark in some places. I dont even have sensative skin and I have scabs on my face, I would not recommend.

i was dissapointed by the results. it hasn't worked and i'm still getting more pimples. it's also very expensive for something that doesn't work.

I am warning you do not use proactive solution!!! it is a waste of time and money! it does not work at all! all it does is is dry you out! let me explain proactive only works by cleaning and getting rid of oil which may lead to less furure breakout, but any face wash can do that, the only time it is beneficial is if your face is really oily, it does not heal acne or reduce redness at all.... it is just face wash toner and benzoyl peroxide. you can go to walmart and get it all half the price of proactive, if your acne is moderate to sever i suggest you get neutrogna on the spot cream and use it twice a day and wash face twice a day with cetaphil, also make sure you moisturize dry areas, if that does not work because you are more sever i suggest you see a dermatoligist the only things that actually do work from a dermotaoligist are retina A micro, or accutane, altho accutane has lots of side effects, they both have large percentages of people who have seen real results! or differen gel, do not get discouraged with accutane cuz it does take 5 months till you fully clear up but it is all worth it, and differen made my skin about 99.9 percent clearer in about three weeks, give it a few weeks, thanks for your time

I have been using Proactiv for about a week now and I have noticed a difference. I am not breaking out everyday like I used to. It is even getting rid of my blackheads. Although when I use it my skin burns like I have put my head in boiling water especially when I put on the Repairing Lotion. I don't like the fact that you wash your face with the cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide and then put on a lotion with it in it as well. It's a bit much! My skin is also peeling and all flaky but I am just hoping it is just my skin getting usec to it. I think this product should work you just have to give it time and allow your skin to get used to the regime.

I've already buy it from Australia and I hope it'll take a good effect on my skin like other people and like my rates ;)

I have really bad acne, prob. worst than most people. I have acne on my face, back, chest, upper arms, lower back, IN MY EARS, neck, and worst of all my buttocks. (I get marks and acne) My face and my back is the worst everthing else is moderate. When I saw the commercial with jessia simpson, and all the other stars I was soo excited! Especially when i saw people with skin a lot worse than me. I got my proactiv and used it how it was recommended on the package. My face didn't really clear up but i don't get that many new pimples occacionaly i do. My face burns very bad everytime i use it and it is extremly dry. When my 60 day guarantee is up i will prob. stop using it due to the extrme burning and dryness.

I have been using Proactive for a abaout a year and a half. It has made a big difference. I have sensitive skin and when I used the original product although the pimples did clear up quite a bit, it made my skin feel really dry and my skin flake off in patches. Also my skin burned. I told the sales person about it and said I wanted to send it back for my refund... They told me that they had a SENSITVIVE SKIN FORMULA that would most likely not do that to me. They are right the new kind they sent me has been very gentle on my skin. I do still break out a bit, but my skin is greatly impoved over what it was before I started using Proactive.

I only got the proactive stuff a week ago and its pretty cool. Even after the first wash (call me an optimist!) but i coulda sworn my forehead was smoother. The cleanser stuff it kinda weird, it like soaks into ur face when ur using it, but it rinses off easily. The toner feels kinda oily, but not in a bad way! The repair lotion is kinda funky as well, i thought it was supposed to be a moisturiser, but it like fixes all ur pimples. my skin wasnt full bad, but after a week i can see differences. My skin is really tolerent to stuff, adn ive had no trouble with it drying my face or making it flaky. its a bit pricey, but hey...its better then a pimply face!
