After using almost everything out there, including prescription medication, PROACTIV is the only product that got my acne under control after years of trying everything. I have been using it for over 4 years. I only use it once a day-to avoid overdrying my skin, but as long as I am consistent using the products my skin stays clear. I just started using the makeup remover cloths at night with nothing else and they work really well. I also like the automatic shipping, because I never run out.

I used proactive and i thought it was pretty good. I don't have bad acne. I have annoying little blackheads. It got rid of a lot of my blackheads. But not all of them. I have not been using it like u are supposed to, so maybe that is the reason why. It works pretty good but the MAIN POINT is that it is REDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE and that is the reason that i won't be buying any more. When u pay THAT MUCH for a product you should get a miracle face cream that totally dissipitates acne. It should do more than it does for the amount you pay.

This product only made my face dry. I used it for a month as directed and saw only slight improvment. My face was dry thought, that it was embarassing. I heard over drying skin only causes your oil glands to produce excess oil resulting in even more breakouts. I went onto a new product that has been around forever and is really cheap! Baking Soda! Just use a mild cleanser and mix baking soda in with it. Or you can use your cleanser and then afterwards make a paste with water and let sit for 5 mins. It exfoliates and leaves skin soft. It's only about $1 a box and it is also good for all kinds of other things too.

I used proactive as directed for 6 weeks. It made my skin break out worse, I thought in the beginning the products were in a sense purging my skin and bringing everything to the surface but the acne continued with no improvement. I am 31 years old and tired of acne problems. The commercial did not live up to it's claims. I found the 3 step system twice a day time consuming. I do not recommend this product.

it worked okay for the first few month. nothing miraculous though. i thought it was pretty comparable to otc stuff like apricot scrub and clean and clear astringent. it kept my face pretty clear. but after awhile it stopped working and my skin seemed to be immune to the benzoyl peroxide.

I'm almost 15 years old and I've had acne since I was 11.
When I was about 12, my mom found ProActive. It seemed great. The first month I just kept clearing up, but after that, it didn't do anything. It was just like any other product. Tried it again when I was 13, same thing. And just
so everyone knows, ProAcne and AcneFree are just knock off
versions of ProActive, I've used all of them and they were
all exactly the same. Except the other two made my skin so
dry I couldn't even smile, my skin would just crack and
flake.Plus, ProActive is way too expensive, it's totally insane.

IT is so stupid and bad people i suggest do not use nothing that shows on tv or anywhere else. Just pray and if you will really belief that its gona go away it will.

I have been using Proactiv for almost three weeks and I've seen no significant change in my skin's appearance. It's definitely softer but my existing blemishes and pimples haven't cleared up and I'd venture to say that the news one I see were directly caused by using Proactiv. I've also been using sunscreen when I go out like users of Proactiv are advised to but my skin is peeling and sore in some areas. Oh well, at least I can get my money back.

works well the first few months for me. im starting to run out though.. so we'll see how that goes. at first, i was really consistant with using all the products.. the 3 main ones and the mask... but now i've let up a bit and mixed other products... but it works well for me and my skin is smoother than ever ;o) so i'm loving that.. i still have scars, but they are from before... so hopefully this will help to take away those scars and keep my skin clear ;o) we'll seee....
