Pros: Very consistant with shipping product! Packaging looks nice! Cons: The stuff does not work. They over charge for their product. Bottom Line: They give you false hope. Leading you on.... oh it will work over time. It did not work, it was too expensive and when you call to complain ....oh we have another type that is stronger ....for more money...of course! Well why did'nt they suggest that 6 months earlier when I called in with concerns? I suggest if you have bad acne to go to a dermatlogist and get something that works. Pros: It works fairly fast.Makes your skin soft,and fresh. Cons: If you stop using it after a couple days(even if you switch to another product)your face breaks out. Pros: Clears up acne for a while Not fragranced Works okay with sensitive skin Cons: Not really for severe acne, skin got used to it Left with scars Expensive for the quality Bottom Line: I've used the three step system for about two and a half years. It didn't make my somewhat sensitive skin red, dry, itchy, or peeling, so that is good. At first, it cleared up my bad acne, but I was left with bad scarring on my forehead and chin. Eventually the system stopped working and I continue to break out. My skin got used to it and it was doing nothing for me. It wasn't controlling the oil on my face either. I was satisfied with it at first, but I finally went to the doctor and got a prescription. So far, I've seen a difference using prescription benzamycin. Pros: It worked okay for about 3 days even though I used the product for almost 2 months. Cons: After trying many acne products, I figured I would try Proactiv. To my disapointment, the product made my acne worse. I got a couple more pimples and my face became extremely dry and red. Bottom Line: I would not suggest the product to anyone who is looking for a treatment to their acne. I was not impressed with the product and after almost 2 months of using it, I discontinued using it. Recommended: No Usage: Caitlyn has used this item for about a month. Pros: Smells great, made my skin soft, definetly gets rid of small pimples, easy to use, refreshing, and works pretty quick. Cons: Does not work well for cystic acne, ordering can be a pain Bottom Line: I used Proactiv for a few years and loved it. I recently stopped because I am developing cystic acne. I recommend this product, especially if you have pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads. Anything bigger than that, you probably need something better. Pros: it keeps down the larger pimples, it smells good and it makes my face feel clean. Cons: the fact is, i have been using the stupid product for two years now and the redness and irritation around on my face has stayed the same all along. if i miss one day, or even just one morning, i break out with a HUGE pimple the next day. Bottom Line: Proactive wasnt a complete waste of time, considering that i dnt have huge pimples when i use it everyday, but i have this bad feeling that whats happening is that my skin is so used to it now that i wont be able to stop it without my face looking like a the face of the moon. its rediculous that i have spent so much time and money on it for two years and STILL have acne. Pros: -clean skin well Cons: -keep skin red Bottom Line: proactiv worked for me well in the beginning but its like now my skin is immuned to this product. for some people it worked but for me, my sis, and my friend used it and it only worked for one of us. Pros: Well the toner does help even skin tone after zits go away if you use it a lot. Cons: It doesn't get rid of any zits, for the first few weeks or months of using it your skin gets irritated and red. Even after your skin gets used to it, the refining mask and lotion just make your skin dry. It doesn't help at all. Bottom Line: Don't try it unless it's a last resort, and even then your probably better off just waiting for the zits to go away by themselves. Pros: So, i used proactiv a while back, i have stopped using it.ever since i stopped using it i have had reddness and every pimple that comes in becomes dry scabs i hate it so much i wish my skin waaasnt so sensitive now....!!!! Cons: i have had reddness for 2 years now, and every acne cleaner has not work so now i have to go to the dermontoligist and see if this helps...! Pros: I used proactive for one year - 9 years ago and even after stopping it, I haven't broken out. Maybe a pimple here and there but that's it. My friends are so jealous of my skin. I used to get picked on from my acne! It's so worth it! Cons: There's a lot of steps. I wish it was all in one bottle. Bottom Line: BUY BUY BUY!!!!!!
