I'm Sixteen and I have tried it all, Proactiv, Regimen, Neutrogena everything. The panoxyl 10% bar works great because it is very strong. Maybe people that only use 2.5% like I did for awhile weren't getting results because they need more strength like 10%. I'm no expert at this but this product has cleared my skin all the way up and no other product has come close. The thing that surprises me is panoxyl isn't as popular as Neutrogena. Neutrogena did nothing for me. Anyways it's the best product that I have ever used for acne and I've tried many things. (It will dry your skin out so get a moisturizer)

iv tried everything going i think i even paid a fortune to have the new laser n-lite to help with spots and roaccutane tablets, but to my horror they made me look and feel worse, my acne was only mild but after having these treatments my face was covered so bad i, became very very depressed and very suicidal, and that awful looking i never went out my front door for 9 weeks, now all i use is acnisal facial wash and panoxyl gel 10% every day and my skin has cleared up great dont get me wrong i still have breakouts but compared to what it was like great now .

I have been using the PanOxyl facial bar for about 2yrs now and it works wonders. I previously tried the Neutrogena facial bar, Clearasil, and a few other products. Nothing else worked except Clearasil. The problem with Clearasil is that it did not prevent the acne, I had to wait until it was visible to apply the Clearasil and it usually took at least a wk to work. PanOxyl is unbelievable, within the first 3 days I noticed a big difference. I started off having to wash twice a day with it, now I have cut back to once every 3 days and my face still stays clear. The other 2 days I use normal soap to keep my face from drying out too much.

Well so far it has work for me I have no problems with this medication at all! But now I have another problem I'm African American and form the acne I have scars that I'm trying to get rid of sooner do you have any ideas?

I've tried many, many products and nothing seemed to work for me. I even went to a dermatologist for years and tried more products than I can count. I spent so much money for so long. One day, I went to the pharmacist to get one of my prescription acne products refilled and they were out of the product. The pharmacist took me over to the shelves and told me that Panoxyl has many of the same ingredients that all those other products had and he's heard from many of his customers that it works well with their skin. I tried it - because I didn't have much of a choice - and I've been using it ever since. I've been using Panoxyl 10% bar soap to cleanse my face and the Panoxyl Peroxide Gel for about 3 years now and my face has been clear for just as long. I am so grateful.
