Pros: It worked every once in a while. Cons: It made me break out more, i no people say this can't make you break out more, but it did for me. It dries my skin and is random(works, doesn't work). My acne wasn't bad and i think, if anything, this product made it worse. Bottom Line: I'm not buying another bottle of this, istead im going to try, "Exposed Acne Treatment." Ill try to come back and tell about that. If your still going to buy this, hopefully it works for you. Recommended: No Usage: Tyler has used this item for about a year. Pros: works pretty good most of the time in clearing up and preventing acne Cons: dries your face out a little if you use in excess, but can be helped by lotions Bottom Line: i've been using this for almost forever and everyone always complimented me on my face and how soft and clear it was, occasionally there was times i did break out but face it- that will happen sometimes Recommended: Yes Price Paid: 8.00 Was this comment helpful? Pros: Works great! One of the only Benzol Peroxide products you can get over the counter. Cons: Will dry out skin if you aren't used to Benzol Peroxide. Use every other day until you get used to it as directed on the bottle. Bottom Line: Works great. I was paying a $40 month co-pay for a benzol peroxide pad prescription that was only 3%. This item is saving me a $35 a month. I am try to find the new extreme pads that are 2.5% but no one carries them yet so I am using the spot one until then. * Keep in mind that most acne treatments take at least 2, but usually 3- 4 weeks, to work. So to the people rating this product after just a few days have no idea what they are talking about. Recommended: Yes Usage: Jenn has used this item for about a month. Pros: Trust me, it works --- under certain conditions Cons: It may dry your face too much upon applying Bottom Line: It works. My face was apprently used to all the benzyl peroxide, so I upped the percent by using OXY --- this stuff is 10%. If your face is not at all used to taking bezyl peroxide which is stronger than salicylic acid, I recommend you start with something low. Also you have to consistently make sure that your face gets all the moisture that it needs. It is true that bezyl peroxide dries your face. Even though you may suffer from having oily skin, you need to keep your face happy --- moisture and pH level happy. Recommended: Yes Usage: J has used this item for about a month. Pros: Gets rid of the big zits that you don't want people seeing Cons: Makes your face kind of dry, and when you put the lotion on your face is very stiff Bottom Line: I just got the product a few days ago. It actually makes my skin soft, but I don't know. I have senstive skin and it makes me really red. I like it though so far. It will take my skin some getting used to. Pros: affordable, works well Cons: very drying to the skin Bottom Line: This product is affordable and works well.
