Pros: Actually works, inexpensive, no smell Cons: Itchy and dry skin after use Bottom Line: I was using Oxy 10 wash for quite a bit a while ago, but for whatever reason i stopped using it for a few months. My acne came back worse than before i started using it. I just went back and use it again, my face starts to clear in about 3 days. It proves to me that this BP wash actually does something. I'm using this twice a day. My face feels itchy occasionally but it's not bad enough for me to stop using it. Recommended: Yes Usage: Eric has used this item for about a week. Pros: cheap and it actually works Cons: definately agree with everyone else when they say that it's pretty drying Bottom Line: looooove it. a few months ago oxy came out with a new wash containing salicylic acid, but for some reason, i think this one works better on my skin. anyway, i have oily, acne prone skin and this definately clears it up. i use this every morning and night, along with a deep pore cleansing scrub every other day and a mud face mask once a week. great results. although i am in a search for a good moisturizer.. any suggestions that would work well with this? Pros: It clears up acne! WOOH! Cons: Dries skin a bit. Bottom Line: It dries up zits. Along with this, I use BenzaClin at night, and Differin in the morning. If my skin gets dry I use Cetaphil cream. Pros: I works fast. It doesnt sting or burn. I really think I will be using this for a while Cons: It does dry your face out but I just cut down my using it to once a day(at night) and that solved my problem Bottom Line: This stuff shocked me. I read several reviews and most were good. Some people complained about the dryness at first but I would rather have dry skin than acne any day. I just wash my face with Cetaphil in the morning and use the Oxy at night. The both work well. I know from having acne since I was 12 that cetaphil is a good product but I also needed something to treat the acne and so far it seems to be the oxy. One thing to remember is that once your face clears up YOU STILL NEED TO USE THE OXY. There is no cure for acne and you just need to prevent it. If I had known that and listened years ago, maybe my skin would be clear now. So far I really like this product. I have sensitive oily skin and it is working for me. p.s. I got mines from Wal-Mart and if you work and have a flexible spending account, this product does qualify as a reimbursable expense. Recommended: Yes Usage: Linda has used this item for about a week. Pros: actually works Cons: makes skin very dry could have worked better... Bottom Line: Very very good for the price and definitely has saved my face on many occasions. I stopped using it for a while to try just Cetaphil and benzoil peroxide lotion, but my face exploded until i got oxy again :) still searching for the perfect cleanser, but still. Pros: Cheap Works nicely Clean tingle Cons: May be too drying for sensitive skin Bottom Line: My boyfriend has been using this stuff for months, after years of searching for a good face wash to clear up his skin. His skin looks bright and beautiful now, in conjunction with a Salicylic acid moisturizer, he is completely clear. Recommended: Yes Usage: Jamie has used this item for about a year. Pros: Nice liquid easy to rub in, the 10% is fine for my face. I only use this on my face. It has pratically no smell to it and works good I guess, only because I still get about two bad acne spots on myface. But did help clear things up.Butnot100%perfect. Cons: Some times it does not rub in all the way and leaves white marks. Just use water for that spot and rub it off. Dryness can occur, but that helps stop new acne. Bottom Line: Go ahead and try it as something new and see how it works on YOU. Everyone here has a different situation and the only way to find out if something works it to actually get it and try it. Recommended: Yes Usage: Steve has used this item for about a month.
