I have tested it enough times to know that ejaculating too frequently does lead to acne, especially cysts. You'll have to experiment for yourself to know how much is too much. 2-3 times per week is perfect for me (not in a row, though). It's simple enough to test - limit your ejaculation to 1 a week or abstain completely (if you have the willpower) for several weeks to see if it makes any difference. For some reason on day 3-4 it becomes a lot easier. Or if you're brave enough, do the opposite - ejaculate twice a day, every day for 2 weeks and see what happens. The sperm has the potential to create life. Isn't it logical it's quite "expensive" for your body to make? Why waste it daily? Tips to make it easier - don't watch porn even just for the sake of watching it, and don't touch your junk unless you have to.

This simply will not work for every guy out there. It is a genetic/hormonal thing relating to the complicated hormonal pathways in our bodies. This is surely a reliable method for a minority of guys out there. I have experimented for a long time now with different periods of withholding ejaculation, and this is the only thing that has had ANY effect on my acne. It has eliminated my acne. Try multiple periods of 1-2 weeks of abstinence to see if your acne dies down.
Iv been experimenting with this method for a few weeks now and my face has gotten much less oily. I quit BP cold turkey for 3 days now, and my face is not breaking out! I'll update my review in a few months when im 100% sure that masturbation causes my acne. It is looking really effective right now. I am giving it 5 stars because i have had no new pimples since stopping BP, my face is less oily and looks healthier. Note: this is not religious in anyway. It has to do with your bodies reaction when you ejaculate. I believe masturbation is healthy and normal, but in some people it definitely seems to trigger, prolong, or cause acne (the reasons are very debatable). If you acne seems hormonal, definitely give this method a try! You don't stop forever, just cut down a good amount. find out what works for you: once a week, 2 times a week, once a month, etc.
