Pros When used with Dan's regimen I started seeing results in about a week and a half and it helped prevent acne when used properly according to his instructions.
Cons Dry skin but I used CeraVe moisturizer which helps.
Bottom line When used in Dan's regimen it works but I highly suggest replacing it with his gel but I saw results with this when used properly but the gel is a better alternative but if you can't seem to get the gel then this makes an accurate substitute.

Pros It works for my moderate acne with consistent use.
Cons EXPENSIVE and leaves a white film.
Bottom line After finding Dan's website about a year or two ago, I began using a modified version of his system. I use eye makeup remover to gently remove *all* my makeup each night before bed then applied the Neutrogena product generously over my face. It leaves a white film but gets the job done and is in an easy to use package (tube sits on the cap so I know I am getting all of the product out). If I skip it for a night or two the blemishes re-appear, so I must use it every night. This is extremely frustrating because I am on a tight budget and this stuff is expensive, but convenient (pick up at the local Wal-Mart).

Today for the first time I ordered Dan's version and I will use it for a year or two and then write a review on it. I read some of the reviews people have written and I hope that it works better than the Neutrogena for me as well. I'd rather give my business to this website since it is less expensive for Dan's version.

Pros Don't waste money on it There are many cheap, organic, and quicker methods. Like: egg whites, honey, lemon juice, and more. Don't waste money on expensive things like Neutrogena.
Cons EXPENSIVE, DRYS SKIN
Bottom line Don't get it.

Pros Definately dries your skin so best to use small quantity initially then work your way up. I use dove (non fragnance) soap and found that it helps aliviate the drying effect. This is by far the best product&ive used tons of them!
Cons its small for its price but still worth every penny as its so effective.
Bottom line This (like any other product) wont work for everyone. However this product is definalty worth a shot esp if you have oily skin. I have very oily skin and it certainly helps curb that too. Besides using this cream my breakthough moment came 3 mnths ago when i eliminated MILK from my diet, and went from 10 plus new zits a week to 1 or 2 max a week! I strongly beleive diet affects acne so definately watch what you eat.My conclusion is that a holistic approach is needed when fighting acne, watch what u eat, excercise and drink loads of water

Pros Cheap, worked better than Differin, and many oral prescriptions I was taking.
Cons Don't use too often, obviously it will be too drying.
Bottom line AWESOME. After many expensive prescriptions, oral and topical, I was very frustrated. I switched to this cream, and a generic birth control, which in combo, made my acne all but disappear.

Though many other topical gels/creams worked ok/fine, this one is by far the best, and also made my skin tone more even.

Pros cleared all my acne in two weeks. did not irritate or dry up my skin. cheap and sold everywhere.
Cons it did not work for my friend, who did not have acne as bad as me. it only irritated her skin.
Bottom line my skin was always red and inflamed. i could not touch a spot on my skin without feeling my bumps, and to finish it off i had combination skin. i was so embarrassed of it.

i saw an obvious difference in my skin the first day, thats how i knew it would help to clear all my skin. other products ive tried would leave my skin in worse condition the next day. this wont work for everyone, but give it a try. and be sure to moisturize!! i never used to do it, but after being on this site i took the advise and it really made a difference in my skin. I also use the asprin mask to help fade my acne scars and it is really fading them! i can see them lightening every time i use it. its recommended to use only once or twice a week, but i use it every other day. i am planning to start using it only twice a week. i also changed my foundation to Revlon ColorStay foundation

this is my regimen-

Pros it does clear up some pimples, and reduce blemishes
Cons frigging drying! May cause peeling, burning sensation.
Bottom line IM FREAKING OUT OKAY, I GOT A 2 BROWN PATCHES WHERE I APPLIED THIS PRODUCT!

Dont listen when ppl say to put it all over, just use this on pimples directly. It does help, but dont use this product excessively. And if ya feel a weird burning sensation, my advice is to wash it off before skin discolouration occurs.
